• Billy (2/5): - WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. AVOID at all costs. Took us 2 Hours to check-in!! We had to go to their office to check in which is not located beside the building. Once we arrived, there was no one at the tiny office room, to check us in DURING BUSINESS HOURS. We had to wait in front of their office while we tried calling them multiple times and they would not pick up their phone call. We finally could reach them through their emergency line. We were also told that they were overbooked and had to move us to another building which we had no choice but to take. Parking was also a headache. We asked for parking and they gave us a spot at literally the far bottom end corner of the entire parking lot which had no elevator access. We had to take stairs with our heavy suitcases!! Also finding the parking lot was insane. There was no written instructions or diagram of where the parking was located. They just told us off their memory and we were told to find it on our own. We circled around the building for 30 minutes to finally find the underground parking.The entire time I was telling myself i should have just booked a regular hotel, what was I thinking. Finally got to our room and I smell a foul smell coming from the place. It's a very unpleasant smell engraved into the walls of the room, I tried airing it out but it would just come back. Also the place was gross, hair in the dirty bathtub, dusty light switches, stains on the kitchen table and chair, thin mattress. AVOID!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely accommodations - I travel to Montreal about 4x/year and will definitely stay at Le Shaughn Apartments again. The rooms (actually apartments) are beautiful, modern and clean. I save money because they have fully-functioning kitchens, so I bring all my food. They each have their own washer/dryer, too.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The parking amount was $30 per day which I parked on next street that there was a hotel and it was $15 per day.
• Fran (10/5): Ideal Location - This apartment was ideal. The layout, space, location, cleanliness, kitchen was everything I'd hoped for and more. Only thing I didn't care for was having to pick up "key" (access code) at a seperate location. Having to travel from airport to first location and then back onto transit to get to apartment at second location wasn't convenient. Otherwise was a two-thumbs up experience.
• Faye (10/5): Great apartment conveniently located - Great place to stay, close to amenities and public transit. Paid parking available close by for $15/night. A lot of the conveniences of home available, but missing a few items to make it fully functional. Would recommend for anyone wanting more of an apartment experience vs. hotel living.

• Alice (10/5): Nice hotel - It was well prepared. Shampoo, body wash, detergent, couple more extra towels. But I would expect bigger size of shampoo and body wash for those who will stay more than two days. It was nice place, closed to the bus stop, grocery market.
• Erica (8/5): Great apartment hotel for the price - Once you get comfortable with the location and get your bearings, it is a centrally located hotel within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There is a Supermarket about 4 blocks over that is handy for getting the essentials and taking advantage of the kitchen. Parking situation is not well explained during booking or during check-in but I would suggest not to take advantage of the parking in the building as Corporate Stays charges $30 per 24 hours when there is 24 hour parking in the Nouveau Hotel one building over for $15 (with in and out privileges). Laundry detergent and washer/dryer in the suite which is convenient. One small addition which would be beneficial is to provide dish towels so that you have something to dry dishes if you are only washing a couple plates/glasses rather than running the entire dishwasher for a small load. Also would have liked to have full explanation of the fitness facilities available during check-in.

• carmen (10/5): Great place to stay, and great value! - This is a great place to stay, close to everything. You have to check in at a different place then the apartments, it was a $60 cab ride from the airport and the one stop, so best to call a uber. Very simple, clean, updated apartment. It has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. Bring your own coffee, sugar, dryer sheets and salt and pepper, those are the only things that we needed that we didn't have.
• Colby (8/5): Bad service, great location - Overall it was a good stay, the pros were -full kitchen with pots, pans, ect. -tv had cable, Netflix, YouTube, ect. - the location was amazing and near everything the city had to offer. Cons - not very good service -keypad wouldn’t work on the first night, it took almost 45 minutes to get into the room. - it was very had to find the corporate stay headquarters on the first night because it wouldn’t show up on my iphone maps. And it took 20 minutes of walking in below freezing temperature to find it. Overall the first night was very bad because of the service but besides that it was a very good stay.
• Ingrid (10/5): Home away from home - i enjoyed my stay enormously the room is exactly as advertised minus the second television in the bedroom a very needed necessity when traveling with a young person.other than that you have a gym ,laundry in the bathroom excellent spacious and open airy feng shui i stayed an extra two days because i loved it. really loved having a kitchen. Had a dishwasher with all your cook ware and utensils provided. i was lazy i just purchased paper plates. would definitely stay again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Weird but nice, but had to keep blinds closed. - These Corporate Stays suites occupy one level of a very new condo building (some areas still under construction). Apartments are nice and well-furnished, but more designed for longer-term stays. Some key supplies that would have been really nice to have for a short-term stay were missing (esp. coffee filters). Biggest drawback was that the room windows looked directly into a construction site, so I had to keep blinds closed during the whole stay.
• Donna (8/5): Brand new suite close to downtown - This is a brand new hotel with construction still going on. The suite was beautiful with high end finishes. There was one strange thing, the bedroom is very very small? You can only get a double bed in it? But then it has a HUGE walk in closet. You can't even open the closet door fully because it hits the double bed? Weird. Very poor planning. The suite is very "pretty" though if you don't mind a small bed.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and fully furnished--just like they said. This helps to keep the packing light! It is worth a second stay & trip.

• Nipa (8/5): Nice apt close to downtown - Our room was clean, new, and modern and the kitchen was well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent! Safe and conveniently located to downtown and just drive to great restaurants and sights.

All three elevators had raw wood with nails sticking out and no sign of when the work would even be completed. I just thought that if the entire bulding is still undergoing renovations it should be mentioned especially when you are paying this much.
• Alexandra (10/5): All the comforts of home in gorgeous Montreal - I have to leave a caveat: Corporate Stays moved us to 456 De La Gauchetiere, as Le Shaughn was under construction. So, I can only speak about the unit in which I actually stayed. Having said that, 456 De La Gauchetiere was fantastic! It was a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a glorious view of a park, with all the amenities and centrally located to all of Montreal's sites. Grocery store was a couple of blocks away, and metro just a block away. We had all the comforts of home (and a very clean and stylish home!) for half the price of a Montreal hotel. Cab to and from the airport is easy and quick, and the management office, while not in the same building, is also just a couple of blocks away. We could not figure out how to use the TV, and they sent someone over to help within minutes. I wish Corporate Stays was everywhere. This was a fantastic experience! (I am given to understand that Le Shaughn is comparable, but have no firsthand knowledge).
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice, brand new building! - I really enjoyed staying 16 days at this brand new, clean and modern building. The one bedroom apt offered everything for my needs. It was fully furnished with brand new appliances. The only negative was the construction site right next door! It was pretty noisy and loud during day through 4 or 5 pm. Also they don't offer a daily room cleaning service like hotels do. If you ask for cleaning, there will be a $75 charge. Otherwise, I'd absolutely recommend this building and would stay there again in future.

We didn't realize after a certain time we had to pick up the key code at a different location, so that wasn't convenient. Ac shut off one day and wasn't fixed while we were there, luckily it wasn't hot that night.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment in walking distance of downtown MTL - I stayed here for 10 days during a conference. The building, like most things in that region, was still under construction. This didn't bother me as the room was in great shape. It was easy to walk to the convention center (about 25 min) and there were plenty of ride-sharing options when weather was a bit too much. Lots of great food options near by along with a few stores for groceries. The front desk was very helpful as well.

Primeramente el edificio esta todavia en obras, por lo que casi ninguna de las prestaciones que comentan en la web estan disponibles y muchas cosas estan todavia sin terminar dando un aspect horrible y sucio al edificio. El apartamento se abria con un codigo que cada vez que saliamos a la calle se desactibaba, y teniamos que llamar a un numero en el que varias veces nadie respondia. El primer dia salimos a cenar y al llegar a las 11:30 de la noche el codigo no funncionaba porque estaba desactibado, llamamos al numero que nos habian facilitado y nadie respondia, hacia mucho calor porque en el pasillo no habia AC, tras media hora esperando tuvimos que salir en busca de un hotel, que no encontramos ... hasta que una hora mas tarde pudimos entrar en nuestro apartamento. Al dia siguiente nos parecio algo similar, por lo que nos daba miedo salir a la calle y quedarnos sin piso...El ultimo dia nuestro vuelo salia tarde pero decidimos salir con las maletas por si no eramos capaces de volver a entrar ... Que tipo de vacaaciones son estas? LLevo mucho tiempo usando hotels.com y no entiendo como tienen estos apartamentos listados en su web. Donde puedo poner una reclamacion formal para que me devuelvan el dinero? Gracias
• Ross (10/5): brand new condo.not quite finished - Excellent, clean and comfortable. Great location just south of the Guy Concordia metro. Quiet area but close to the downtown action.
• unhappy guest (6/5): Unfinished room - The room ceiling was concrete but was not tiled and a small section was cracked and appear to have a minor leak . Its not convenient, you have to get an access from the office , almost one mile away . The staff didn't answer the phone when called several times during business hours . We will not return to this Corporate Stay facility .

• Benjamin (8/5): Très bon hôtel, bien situé - Très bon appart-hôtel, propre et très bien équipé pour passer plusieurs jours voire semaines. Le seul hic c'est qu'en ce moment il y a des travaux juste à côté, donc un peu de bruit le matin très tôt mais sans ça c'est calme et bien isolé.
• Leash (10/5): Fantastic Apartment with Everything Close to Downt - Fantastic apartment within walking distance to downtown Montreal & on the bus line! It was fresh, new , modern & spacious with plenty of storage , especially loved the washing machine, dryer & kitchenette. Maybe a rug or some soft furnishings to add warmth / minimise sound would finish of the perfect apartment to stay in Montreal! Five Stars!!!
• Tracey (6/5): Terrible Customer Service - Corporate Stays - The location was good. Walkable to most place and subway stations close by. This is a new building (still under construction). Quiet despite construction and trains beside building. Garage code did not work. Sat for 45 mins waiting for Corporate Stays to reset code. First day apartment code worked, second day, it did not! Again, took about half an hour to resolve. Final day of stay, maid walked in saying that she was told the apartment was empty! Didn't even knock! I sent an email to Corporate Stays outlining my experience with NO response. Will not be using Corporate Stays again. Customer service was horrible!!
• Daniel (6/5): Mal rôdé et hyper bruyant - Ça m'a pris une heure pour accéder au garage et à ma chambre parce que les codes qu'on m'avait donné ne fonctionnait pas, et évidemment il n'y a personne sur place pour vous aider. La toilette était bouchée et j'ai dû passer une autre heure au téléphone avec le service à la clientèle pour régler le tout. Il y avait un chantier de maçonnerie hyper bruyant à 20 m de mes fenêtres, qui commençait à 6h45 le matin. De plus, je constate que le stationnement annoncé à 15$/jour sur la page Expédia m'a été chargé à 30$/jour, et de plus le paiement complet pour le séjour a été pris dès mon arrivée et non au départ. Bref, attendez que la construction soit finie et que le personnel soit un peu plus rôdé!
• Verena (8/5): Nice Get Away - The building was still being finished. There was still construction going on and it felt a little like living on a construction site. The location was ok, but very close to the highway which is noisy with the windows open.The apartment was brand new, spacious and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and beds were very comfortable. We used the city bikes to get around and the docking station is in front of the building.
• ANDY (8/5): - Brand new place. still doing construction outside and finishing inside. Couple of amenities weren't finished yet [rooftop lounge, gym] but appt. was fine. Great location:- only 10 mins walk to Downtown or Museums or Sightseeing buses. Appt. was clean, spacious and modern. Fully equipped for short or long stay.
• Justin (8/5): Great apartment for a weekend in the city - Booking and check-in were very easily. We were arriving after normal check-in time, so I notified CS to let them know. They promptly responded with all of the information I needed to get into the building and into the room. The room was spotless. We may have been the first ones to stay there. The building itself is still completing construction, so the entrance is not completely paved over and the elevators still have the protective coating and wood paneling. The apartment was fully stocked with anything you may need to cook and place settings for at least 4 people. The bathroom came with robes as well. The location is only a few blocks from the busy Rue Ste.-Catherine, so it's easy to find food, shopping, and entertainment with only a few minute walk. The location is a little hard to find using GPS as it is really down the street and around the corner from the map location. Parking was also not clearly marked on site or in the instructions. We ended up just parking at the hotel around the corner, which was a very reasonable $15CAD a day.
• Kasinda (8/5): Pretty good to be incomplete - This place is newly opened - I am sure it will be super awesome once it is complete. The address was hard for drivers to find - not sure if it was on the map yet. There was no staff to assist other than some one sitting at the front desk to open the door - but other than that, he really couldn't do much else. Amenities were not complete - so I can just speak on the room which very clean and comfortable - I wouldn't be surprised if it was brand new. Perfect for short term living. Lots of close by places to eat and a very active scene but the location of the hotel was very quiet.
