You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties. Please note that this property does not accept group bookings of more than one apartment. Please note that the room occupancy must not be exceeded. Parking is available subject to availability. This must be requested at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed until the owners of Priory House have confirmed it. There is an extra charge of GBP 10 per night for parking. Please note that there is no reception and a 30 minute arrival time must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that noise is not permitted after 23:00. During the current Tier Restrictions, we can only accept single household/family bookings from guests who live in Tier 1 or Tier 2. Guests who arrive who do not adhere to these rules will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
