Guest Reviews
- Donald (4/5): - Nice owners and staff nice rates but on day two I have bites all over my lower back.
- Peggy (6/5): - The room was okay.
- Linda (4/5): - Just seedy looking. Dirty floors, paint, and doors, and towels were dirty looking (stained). No security locks on doors-deadbolts yes, but nothing else,
- Susan (10/5): - Easy check in and it was nice and clean
- Rodney (8/5): - The motel was hard to find because there was no sign showing its location. The clerk said the wind blew it down and they just haven’t replaced it. There was a barrel overflowing with trash at the bar b q area. The clerk wasn’t in the office when we arrived. The door was locked and I had to call him and wait several minutes in the heat for him to arrive. He greeted me barefooted, but the check in was easy and he was very nice. The room was very simple but adequate.
- Robbie (10/5): - I was a little uncomfortable when we drove up because it looked old but the room had been updated, was very clean and the management was very nice. Enjoyed our stay.
- Sue (8/5): - Very nice staff
- John (6/5): - Its a good place to spend the night. I've been working in the area stayed 6 times. Little more expensive than it should be and no ice or not much.
- Ricky (6/5): - Low budget place, which is borderline on value vs cost.
Mud puddles around office entrance should explain a lot. We reserved a king bed, room had a full bed...
- Maria (8/5): - Room was clean and even had two extra blankets. Easy check in and quiet area. The only thing we didn’t like was that the beds are hard, but that's our personal opinion.
- Craig (8/5): - Clean room, good for the cost!
- Toby (2/5): - Shady
- Deanna (10/5): - Great and friendly pla e to stay
- Zhan (10/5): - clean
- poul (8/5): - Room was clean and nice. Some noise from highway
- JOHNMARK (8/5): - This is an older drive up to your room door and is very clean and comfortable. Also easy off/on I-20.
Very good overnight on ourcdrive to Arizona.
- Loretta (10/5): - The folks here were very nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect for my Biz Trip. - It was a very quiet and clean stay; for my biz Trip.
- Jim (6/5): - Property needs renovation!
- Brian (8/5): - Office was locked when I arrived at around 3pm. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive. I wasn't happy about that since check in start's at1pm. After that, it was a good experience
- Darrell (10/5): Excellent Value - Super clean and nice room. No need to spend more money for pricier motels.
- Ken (8/5): - Quiet and clean. Price was reasonable.
- Leslie (6/5): - Ok
- Gregory (10/5): - Friendly staff. Older hotel but very well redone. Quiet, comfortable and affordable. Pleasant surprise.
- John (4/5): Nothing “Executive” about this place! - Quintessential 1960’s-70’s motor hotel “lipstick on a pig” experience. There was no breakfast in the morning, in fact, the office was locked up tight until at least 9am! The decor is gaudy, the parking lot is all gravel and at $76, it was way more than it was worth. The bed was hard and my wife could not sleep on the mattress covered in teal velvet bedspread. Bathroom renovation was decent, but so tiny! Bathtub had some weird 3D circles design. Very odd! Definitely nothing “Executive” about this place!
- Rosanne (10/5): - Older property but very well maintained.
TV remote was difficult to operate.
- John Scott (10/5): - I really liked the new flooring throughout my small room, the VERY large flat screen TV, and the newly renovated bathroom fixtures. The bed was also very comfy - I got a really good night's sleep. Also, two thumbs up for the super nice front desk people! 👍👍
- Cindy (10/5): - Clean room and friendly staff.
- Sean (2/5): Please don't bring your family here!!! - The trip got off to a sketchy start when the front desk attendant received us barefoot. Then, it was very difficult to understand his accent. The room has one prison like window. The air conditioning unit did not cool the dank, dark, muggy room. The mattresses reeked of urine. There was old food stuck to the wall and mirror. The blankets and sheets had black specks all over them. We had to go purchase bedding to lay over the beds and didn't even consider laying on the dirty, smelly pillows that also had an unknown hard element stuck to the pillow that was about the size of a golf ball. If purchasing an alternate hotel room would have been feasible, we would have done so. This place was disgusting and we will never go back.
- shawn (10/5): - Friendly people
- Joyce (6/5): - We waited 45 min. Before someone showed up so we could check in...she was very appologitic.
- Ivan (6/5): - Bugs, room had a smell, AC was turned off we arrived
- jeb (8/5): -
- Mary (6/5): - This is a property that is outdated. The air-conditioning is above my head so have to climb on a chair to adjust. Did not provide adequate amount of towels...I know I could ask for more but did not. The outside is not attractive and has the appearance that it was something better many years ago. However, the price is very reasonable.
- Terry (10/5): - Parking was tight
- Lisa (8/5): - Pleasantly surprised. I figured a last minute, side-of-road stop would be sketchy, but it wasn’t. Cleaner and more modern than some of the name chains I stayed for n during this trip.
- JERRY PAT (6/5): Old, Outdated, Cramped - This hotel is old and outdated with two chairs crammed under a table so it was hard to get either out to use. Our room was tiny and had lots of road noise from I-20 although it was in the farthest corner from the freeway. We did not sleep well with the noise and felt as though the space was limited. The owner was very pleasant and gave us extra coffee which we appreciated.
- ANGALA (10/5): - This property was clean! Front desk staff was extremely friendly during check-in. We will stay here again when traveling to Cisco.
- Davd (2/5): - Upon arrival office was locked. After awhile a young man in bare feet came and took my payment. Bathroo floor was dirty and the ac was almost un accessible. Had to stand on bed. Overall poor
- Kristin (8/5): - It was very economical. The staff was kind and the room was clean. Crazy colors in the rooms but we just needed a bed for the night and it worked out perfectly.
- Dell (4/5): Overrated - Check-in lady was pleasant. First unit they gave me had great A/C unit, but the bed was not made and the deadbolt lock was broken. Lady was apologetic and gave me another unit. This one's A/C was rather old and ran all the time. When I got ready to leave, the things I'd put in the refrigerator had frozen, ruining the bag of salad greens. Then it took about 4 minutes before I could get the front door open - lock bolt would not fully retract - finally got it to open after getting a bit rough with it (no damage). Definitely not good had there been a fire! Place needs a safety check.
Bed was comfortable, loads of hot water, quiet except for the A/c unit. Not so sure about the orange and brown wall paint (both units had it) - not soothing at all. Musty smell at first, older dark carpet. Certainly didn't live up to the 8.0 rating I was expecting... more like a 5.5 - 6.0 (which I stay at regularly).
I chose it because I figured the rating would justify the higher price and be nice for a change.
Would I stay again? probably not, simply because it was over rated for what it was.

- jeb (8/5): - A clean, comfortable room
- Ron (10/5): - The rooms were clean. It was clear it had been recently renovated.
- Carolyn (8/5): - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodations were surprisingly good for a motel... although the room had some oddities and could have been cleaner. My window did not lock so I had to use a stick to jam it closed.
- Carla (10/5): Nice surprise - The initial site is worrisome but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Check in was thru a window but very simple and friendly. Parking lot was gravel but very spacious. Room doors unlock with a key. Room was very clean, shower was hot and bed was very comfortable. Room was small, but we're just there to rest and sleep. If I ever find myself in or passing thru Cisco, Tx again, I will stay here again.
- MICHAEL (10/5): - The check in was quick and efficient. Room was clean. Stay was comfortable.
- Dennis (6/5): - Right next to freeway, truck noise all night.
Gravel parking lot.
Dated, you get what you pay for.
- John (10/5): - Nice motel. Clean rooms. Big smart t v. Hot water. All i needed for a great place to rest.
- William (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - To be honest I went in not expecting much when I booked this stay, but I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up to the property!
The front desk Staff was very friendly, they had me checked in and on to my room super quick.
The room was Clean, Quiet, TV Works, Cold mini fridge , Hot shower, cool AC & warm Heat, comfortable bed with Clean sheets! Also the room has some updates with wood/laminate flooring and completely updated bathroom, new tile, shower/tub combo and again Very Clean!
The parking lot is well lit and feels very safe/secure. In the middle of the parking lot (where I assume a pool was at one time in the past) has been made into a cool little hang out area with Fire pits, bbq grills with a couple of picnic tables.
All in all I was only there one night but this place has a special feel to it and I will definitely stay here anytime I’m in/around the Cisco, TX area!
- Cathy (8/5): - I loved the single story and old fashioned key! I could park right in front of my room! The hotel was right next to IH20 but my room was towards the back and with the AC running- no problem with road noise. The only problem was the ac was a little tall for a short person to reach the controls. The room was clean! The water pressure in the shower was awesome!!
- Melissa (10/5): - Simple clean room with comfortable beds. Parking lot is gravel but workable.
- Brad (8/5): - Clean and comfortable room
- David (10/5): - Well maintained and warm welcome for guests.
- Stephen (10/5): - We have stayed at Executive Inn many times. Always clean and well maintained. The owners are very helpful.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible!! - The staff was very friendly but the motel was bad. There were roaches crawling around all over, the cleanliness was terrible and the room was outdated. I have stayed in this motel and it wasn’t bad. I won’t stay there again and it’s sad because it’s a local motel.
- Sandra (8/5): - Clean comfortable hotel but fairly noisy
- Verified traveler (8/5): Blast from the past. - This is not your typical Executive Inn. My daughter and I both burst out laughing when we saw it - a motor lodge straight from the 50's! However, this was Cisco, TX, so we should have expected as much. Thankfully, it was updated and clean, which is most important. The AC unit (pictured) was old and loud and ran on high or low. It did end up being kind of a white noise and we slept better than we thought we would (it was COLD on low). Hot water was a little hard to come by. Took about 10 minutes to get, and second shower was luke warm at best.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Flies in room upon arrival. Window ac unit wouldn’t stay on, was on auto and temp would not go below 68 degrees.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bed was comfortable. Front door didnt close tight. Bathroom door didnt close. Room was musty smelling and needed a good cleaning. Bath towels were worn out.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The women who check us in was genuinely very nice. The thing that bothered me about the property was gentlemen outside talking on phones and being noisy. Also I20 is pretty noisy to keep the window open. It was clean, but dated.
