- Officina del Sole is a wine resort located in Montegiorgio, in the heart of the Fermo lands. The result of the restoration of an old abandoned farm, the estate covers 50 hectares and has 24 charming rooms complete with every comfort with a panorama between the hills of the Marche, the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Sea that reconciles man with the nature that surrounds him. The estate is divided into three accommodations: Casa Padronale, Borghetto and a spa of more than 1,000 mt, the construction of which will be completed in the coming months and will include a wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a padel court complex for all enthusiasts. The restaurant will feature a sophisticated menu that starts with km0 raw materials and traditional recipes reinterpreted with a contemporary twist. - Availability of wine tastings from the Officina del Sole winery and picnics among the vineyards subject to verification and confirmation of availability by the facility; - Officina del Sole covers two areas: Casa Padronale, where there is the Reception and the Restaurant and the Borghetto, an area near the outdoor pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. E' tutto bellissimo, struttura meravigliosa circondata da vigneti, ristorante eccezionale, camere spaziose, silenziose pulitissime. Relax puro in piscina e mille borghi tutti intorno da visitare la sera. Consigliatissimo!!!
Verified traveler (2/5): - Staff completely non present and facilities either only reserved for events (the terrace/main area), under construction (the swimming pool) or closed at the weekend (the wine tasting hall). Also we asked about late check out and to book a wine tasting (both for the monday) and we didn't get any feedback on it until they saw us loading the luggages in the car.
