Guest Reviews
- Elizabeth (10/5): great room and host - great location close to the center of town
- Alan (10/5): -
- Lynda (10/5): Comfortable clean room with everything you need. - Attractive building. Nicely decorated. Nothing
- Denkers (7/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar. - Locatie goed. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heel flexibel toen bleek dat we laat zouden aankomen door vertragingen. Er was alleen een bad aanwezig. We misten een aparte douche. Douchen in bad was niet handig. Mengkranen zouden handig zijn.
- GARDNER (10/5): -
- Guest (8/5): - A lovely welcome and very kind and thoughtful owner.
- Agnes (9/5): - Great location - lovely hosts and great communication
Free parking
- Amelia (8/5): Easy stay in Chorley - Clean spacious room. Host was very friendly and responsive. Easy to check in/check out. Beds were comfortable. Fridge in communal area for food and drinks. There is a big dog at the property that barked through the window at us whenever we came in the front door or left. We occasionally heard it bark in the evening but not when we were sleeping which was good. I’m sure he was harmless but some people just don’t like dogs. Not a deal breaker or a negative, but probably should be specified clearly upon booking so people are aware.

- Morwoodbb (8/5): Enjoyed my stay very much, will book again if I need to stay in chorley. - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Inglewood.
It wasvery comfortable.
Lovely welcome when I arrived and no restrictions on going in and out
Would definitely book again. I must admit I did miss having breakfast when I got up, but it was a very short walk into chorley where there was plenty of choice, so not a drawback to staying again.
- Yvonne (10/5): Comfortable and Judi made us very welcome. - No breakfast but cafe in town very good and convenient
- Katarina (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Superb - Excellent location with short walk (5 to 10 mins) to the town centre. Also perfect position to explore the Noth West and places of interest nearby We managed to park but only a couple of spaces so may be a problem. This is just an observation and not the fault of the owners
- Tina (10/5): Welcoming and comfortable, good location and value for money - Judi made me feel so welcome I felt I was staying with someone I knew well. I was going out one evening but couldn't explore because of the rain I didn't want to ruin my hair but was hungry so Judi made me a lovely bacon sandwich and a piece of banana cake. She also gave me jugs of water as well. Will stay again. Very close to shops, rail and bust stations etc once you get to know where things are
- John (10/5): The ideal place to stay when visiting Chorley. - Ideally situated for town centre. Parking available. Clean, comfortable and fantastic hosts. Nothing.
- Mandy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kashina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved everything about Inglewood X judi and her husband are so nice and friendly Absolutely nothing
- Anne-marie (10/5): A true gem in walking distance of the town centre - Beautiful old (very well maintained) house, friendly owners, gorgeous decor,
- Theresa (9/5): Super little place to stay - Super place to stay. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Thanks so much Nothing at all
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - We were visiting friends. The location was perfect and so near to the town and our room was homely and comfortable. Judi and her husband were super helpful and friendly! Everything was good, the only thing I can think is possibly to supply some shower gel and a couple toiletries maybe?
- Anthony (10/5): The owner was lovely, the room was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. - The property itself is gorgeous, the room was a large twin, absolutely perfect for me and my nephew for the 2 nights whilst performing at Chorley live. The place is exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and felt very homely and cosy, and the large TV was a definite winner.
- Maryanne (9/5): Relaxing and enjoyable. - There was an overpowering scented container in the room that I removed since I am sensitive to perfume smells etc.
- John (10/5): Really excellent and convenient place to stay. Will definitely use again on next visit. - Parking on site, room clean and comfortable and really friendly and hospitable owners. Nothing.

- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): Fab - Great room friendly managers really comfy and safe when travelling alone
- Gaetane (9/5): Very comfortable, home-from-home, relaxed 4 days. The owner Judi is very welcoming. - Inglewood is self-catering so I had breakfast at Calico Lounge nearby which is not a problem at all as the breakfast menu there is extensive and delicious.
The double bed was very comfortable. The duck-down duvet+ 4 duck-down pillows felt luxurious. A bottle of tap water could be added to the tea/coffee tray?
A printed sheet in the room to remind guests about checking out time and where to leave the keys?
- Woods (9/5): Great location with value for money - Excellent location and staff friendly and helpful Bed pillows could have been more comfortable
- Susan (8/5): Pleasant stay - Convenient location. Walking distance to centre. Quiet.
- Catherine (8/5): Lovely! - Easy to check in, lovely hosts, great location, comfy bed Personal preference but it was hard to shower in the bath with no shower attachment on the wall
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Great Accomodation - Great location. Very clean. Friendly owner. A little difficult to find in the dark as no illuminated signage.
- Kay (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to our friends and family as well as returning on our next trip - It was very convenient location, comfortable and friendly. Lack of parking at the property.
- Heath (8/5): Very good - the duvet covers,
location and price no breakfast and we miss Jackie the prior owner
- Kror (9/5): Great Guesthouse - Location is excellent as I arrived by train. Parking is at the front of the property so no issues if travelling by car. Comfy bed and the room/ensuite were very clean.
- Ursula (9/5): We had an excellent stay! We will definitely stay here again. - We went to Chorley for a 100th birthday celebration and arrived later than expected. Our hosts were so accommodating, even giving us a lift to the location of the celebration. The property was very clean and well maintained. It served our purpose well. The rooms are spacious and the on-suite bathrooms were too.
Our hosts even provided fresh milk for our tea in the morning.
- Lorraine (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for the centre. The room.was lovely and clean and Judi was very welcoming. Will definitely be back for my next work visits Maybe a better light for getting ready in a morning to apply makeup, but that's a personal thing.
- Roxanna (8/5): Very good -
- Owen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynda (10/5): Inglewood was very close to shops etc. - The room was very spacious. And the bathroom was huge. Nothing to report.

- Jose (7/5): A place to sleep!! - No breakfast provided Nothing

- Michael (10/5): Lovely stay at Inglewood! - We had a lovely stay at the Inglewood, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts were lovely!!! And we would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area. There wasn't anything that we didn't like!
- Szilvia (9/5): Superb - Landlady was very nice, greeted us upon arrival.
Accommodation was lovely and clean. There were shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
There was a kettle, tea, instant coffee in the room. There is a refrigerator in the hallway, landlady had milk for us for the tea. Water pressure could be better.
- Wyn (3/5): Poor - Old small double room. Lack of up dated furniture. No wardrobe/ coat and TIE hooks. Towels scrapped off dry skin. Entrance part covered with hedge.. Far too exspensive. Never to return. Nothing! Certainly not value for money. Any other stars hotels will beat hands down.
- Mark (9/5): very good - everything you needed for a good stay
bed nice and firm . My only point (and it’s a very small point)
There could be a hook on the wall to hold the shower head up. Very nice deep bath but showing a bit tricky having to hold shower head whilst showering
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous112 (9/5): Superb -
- Sasha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nigel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arthur (8/5): A comfortable and centrally located room in a friendly hotel. - Inglewood is perfect if you want privacy and flexibility. It's room only, but the room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The location is very central, and is ideal for most areas of Chorley and neighbourhood.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
