Das Bett linksseitig zu nahe an der Wand und ziemlich schmal. Die Matraze sehr hart. Die Sauberkeit vor und um das Hotel ist nicht in Ordnung (typisch Berlin; kein gepflegtes Umfeld)

- Stephen (4/5): - Pretty close to Alexander Platz. I booked 3 rooms. In the morning it was discovered that one room was with a broken shower that did not work. They could not fix it and could not shower. It was very disappointing that the hotel only offered a 15% discount for this problem they have their honor program but the behavior is not very honorable. I would not recommend.

Śniadanie smaczne i każdy może coś znaleźć. Chociaż syn narzekał na brak tostów. Jedna rzecz - dobijająca się pani sprzątająca o 8.20 - tak dobitnie, że postawiła nas na równe nogi. Drugie podejście miała o godzinie 10.00.

- Iris (6/5): Gute zentrale Lage, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Viel zu teuer - Hotel liegt sehr zentral, mit dem ÖPNV, oder zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum. Das Zimmer ist klein, die Betten waren aber in Ordnung. Leider war ein Aufzug defkt, so dass man immer lange warten mußte, um in die oberen Etagen zu kommen, die Treppen waren nicht gut ausgeschildert. Für uns war das Zimmer leider zu eng, es konnte immer nur einer ums Bett gehen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, aber leider gab es kaum Platz, so dass wir warten mußten, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Alles in allem stimmt hier nicht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zu teuer!
- BeLa2227 (7/5): Zimmer leider sehr eng und laut, Personal sehr freundlich - Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Lage war sehr gut, da die Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür lag. Das Familienzmmer war für 3 Personen sehr eng, es gab keine Ablage für Kleidung, lediglich 4 Kleiderbügel für Jacken gab es, aber kein Regal für Pullis oder Shirts. Somit musste sämtliche Kleidung in den Koffern bleiben. Wenn man die Koffer dann öffnen musste, fehlte hierfür der Platz im engen Zimmer mit Bett und ausgeklappter Couch. Der Lärm von der Straße war Tag und Nacht sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sehr teuer mit über 200 Euro pro Nacht. Dafür hätte es etwas komfortabler sein dürfen. Das Frühstück war zu ungesund, es gab nur wenig Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse (an einem Tag gab es weder Gurken noch Tomaten)

- Natalia (10/5): Отличный отель - Шикарный по моим меркам отель. Очень чисто, пахнет приятно. Меня заселили на 2 часа раньше без всяких вопросов. Завтра просто отличные. Можно испечь себе вафли. Красивый вид, внутри стильно, кровать супер, интернет летает. Отель огромный, но всего два лифта которые доступны и это постоянные пробки. Один лифт сломался в какой то момент и вообще беда.

- Ronny (6/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann alles zu Fuß und mit der Bahn erreichen. Wir hatten Pech mit dem Zimmer, zur Straßenseite. Es war sehr laut durch die Straßenbahn. Dann kamen bei uns noch Bauarbeiten im Hotel am Morgen dazu. Mit Schlagbohrhammer um 9 Uhr. Sehr unangenehm.

Ottima colazione internazionale, ho apprezzato molto l'aver trovato lo yogurt senza lattosio e il latte vegetale. La struttura è bella, la sala della colazione ampia. Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di pulizia, il giorno dopo l'arrivo non hanno risistemato la camera. Non mi era mai capitato. Il 3 giorno hanno rifatto solo il letto matrimoniale e non il divano letto. In bagno hanno solo aggiunto 2 asciugami, ma non hanno ritirato quelli bagnati e nemmeno passato uno straccio a terra per togliere capelli e altro. La camera non era particolarmente pulita... C'era parecchia polvere.

- Monalisa (9/5): Very pleasant stay - The hotel is very well positioned and you can easily arrive by foot to the city center. We even took a very long walk from the hotel to the Berlin Zoo as the weather was pleasant. If you don't fancy long walks, though, you have access to trams and buses in front of the hotel or the underground from Alexanderplatz. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy, with clean sheets. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with many choices every day. Even though the tram station is right in front of the hotel, I didn't feel like the noise was extremely bothering and I really am a light sleeper. Nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix. Would be good to pay more attention to the shower hygiene and cleanliness - the silicone had mold on it and that is dangerous for the hotel guests' health. Also, if digital check-in is offered, that should properly work and guests should not be asked to check in at the reception either way. Otherwise, I have yet another useless app on my phone that I don't plan to keep installed, unfortunately.

Morgenmaden var god og der var et stort udvalg til både børn og voksne. Parkeringen var meget dyr! Måske det bare er sådan i Berlin. Man skal være opmærksom på at man betaler for påbegyndte døgn.

- Peter (3/5): Teleurstellend. - Lokatie is erg centraal gelegen. Ontbijt was goed. Bed niet opgemaakt bij aankomst en onvoldoende handdoeken. Matras van slaapbank voor onze dochter was compleet doorgezakt en de veren prikten in je rug. De eerste nacht hebben we daarom het bed weer ingeklapt en heeft ze op de bank geslapen. Heb 4 keer naar de receptie moeten lopen voor een oplossing en uiteindelijk zelf de slaapbank staan opmaken. Het grote bed was ook spijkerhard. We hebben dat aangegeven maar daar is niets mee gedaan. Hebben ook niet meer de moeite genomen omdat het al zo lastig was om de slaapbank voor onze dochter enigszins acceptabel te krijgen.

- Kai Leif (10/5): Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, schön und modern. Es ist Rollstuhlfreundlich. - Rollstuhlfreundliche Breite im Zimmereingang und den Fluren. Frühstücksbuffet nur mit Hilfe zu empfehlen. Das Personal war immer Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Anbindung zum Alexanderplatz und den Öffis sehr gut erreichbar, ca. 10 min. Wunderschöner Sonnenaufgang vom Fenster aus. Sauber und komfortabel. Frühstück ist auch für Veganer und Diabetiker gut geeignet.Top Auskunft für Empfehlungen an Restaurants, Attraktionen und Anbindungen. Ein kleines bisschen Schimmel in den Badfugen und unsere Klotür war nicht abschließbar (konnte nicht ins Schloss einrasten), aber das haben wir nicht als Schlimm empfungen, wäre aber durchaus noch nachbesserbar.

- Ivonne (7/5): - Frühstück war super und das Personal auch. Die Lage war nicht schön. Wir wussten, dass es an einer Hauptstraße lag, aber das war nicht das Problem. Die Straßenbahn die vorbeifuhr, war sehr laut und quietschte. Wir konnten sie im 4. Stock hören. Das Familienzimmer (also für drei Personen) mit Ausziehsofa war zu klein und dadurch alles sehr beengt. Die Übergardine im Zimmer konnte nicht geteilt werden. Und es gab viel zu wenig Möglichkeiten, die Sachen aufzuhängen.

- FANGTING (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay in Berlin and would definitely choose this place again for our next visit. The reception staff were extremely kind, patient, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome throughout the stay. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and everything was delicious. The room was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. In addition, the location was excellent — very close to Alexanderplatz, with convenient transportation and easy access to many attractions around the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Berlin.

- Kupka (7/5): Dostat pokoj u výtahu a směr hlavní ulice je zřejme daň za národnost a nákup přes booking. - Snídaně luxusní výběr. Pokoj u výtahu. Pokoj směrovany na hlavní ulici kde jezdí i v noci tramvaj a je velmi hlučná. Pro 3 lidí je pokoj opravdu malý.
