- HS (10/5): Great stay, great location - Clean, neat, more spacious than typical single room in japan. Spacious bathroom and a good size bath tub. Great staffs. Breakfast server were fantastic. Good decent breakfast (3 dishes daily) with unlimited salad buffet, drinks and soups. Furniture a bit dated but i am ok with it. Centralised air con may come across as loud to some people. I am ok with it, it's just white noise in the background.

- Tsai Ying (8/5): - 位於鬧區，周邊有非常多百貨可以逛街，旅館附近有三間不同的便利商店，以及開到深夜的餐飲店，非常方便。 離地鐵站稍微有點距離，但周邊有三條地鐵線可搭，往大部分的景點都非常便利。 更加分的是Refa房提供Refa的電器和備品，非常划算（真的很好用） 周邊比較熱鬧，有時候深夜會有喧鬧聲。 房間的空調政策不佳，全館的空調由中央統一製熱或製冷，三月時房間內很悶熱，但因為館內統一是暖氣開空調只會更熱，周邊好幾家燒肉店也不適合開窗通風，希望這部分可以再調整。

- plusterkopp (5/5): depends on the season - Location is good, not too far from the subway. Room are OK for Japan. They do not push the beds to the wall, which is very common in Japan and sometimes hard to see on room photos. As usual, we arrived with an overnight flight way before 15:00, but not enough to warrant another full night. Also as usual, it was raining and not much to do outside. They didn’t let us use the room even though it was available. Nagoya hotel prices tend to fluctuate a lot, so this rude behaviour was disappointing.

Public transport was just a few minutes away, so getting around Nagoya was very smooth. The hotel felt clean and generally well-maintained, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable enough for a city stay. We also had a good experience with the staff, who were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall standard felt reliable and functional, which is something we value as a family when moving around a lot. From a Danish perspective, the value for money is very good. You get a central location, clean rooms, and solid comfort at a price that would be much higher back home. The biggest challenge for us was the room size. Like many Japanese city hotels, the rooms are quite small, and for a family of four it can feel cramped — especially with luggage. The hotel also feels a bit dated in parts, despite renovations. Some areas have an older look and feel, which doesn’t quite match the expectation of a modern hotel. We noticed some inconsistency in quality: Occasional cleanliness issues or odors Bathrooms needing a bit more attention Mixed feedback on service depending on staff Noise can also be a factor. - きりん (9/5): 良いホテルです - リファのドライヤーやアイロンがあり、アメニティは必要分だけとる形で、化粧水などもあり、荷物が楽でした 駅からちょっと歩きます。

- Natividad (5/5): The place of the hotel was nice. The room is normal, its just the smell. - Its near the city The room smells like curry or someone eating curry all the time. Even if you spray an air freshner, doesnt smell still lingers.
- Christine (10/5): - The rooms were bigger than I expected for a hotel in Japan. It was decorated nicely.and had everything i needed. The amenities bar at reception was very good. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and toothpaste but the bar was fully stocked with them and an assortment of other helpful items. I had bought an adapter plug that didnt work so was unable to use my clothes steamer and hair straightener.but the hotel was able to supply me with both. There is a coin operated laundry that was great,.full load of washing washed and dried in 80 mins at a very low.cost. You can choose how often you want fresh towels and room.cleaned which i liked as I dont need my sheets changed everyday. You can just leave your rubbish outside the door each day to be collected. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast for the sunday morning we were heading to Suzuka.grand prix Reception staff were incredibly helpful. The location was handy to everything including a 24 hour Ramen restaurant right next door! 2 min walk to 7/11, family mart and Lawsons. Walking distance to subway and short taxi ride to Nagoya station. Within walking distance to pretty much everything. Lots of hangers and shelf space for clothes, room for a full size suitcase (not open, but utilized the wardrobe space). Bed was bigger than expected. Window opened which was good as the air con was only.set to warm.air which you cant change. This is based on a single.traveller in room, might be a tighter squeeze for 2 ppl.
