The pictures loaded looked very photoshoot however I was pleasently surprised when I arrived to find a comfortable, clean, quaint, tourist friendly place. It was the perfect place. It was walking distance to the hop on hop off bus red line. Had an amazing time. Highly recommend a stay here.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Good location, clean and comfortable - The location was wonderful with a Tapas restaurant across on the corner, a pizza restaurant right below on the corner and grocery store not far away. The beds were very comfortable, living room furniture was comfortable with lot's of room, bathrooms were very nice and functional and the view from the small front balconies was lovely. There was a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Many tourist sites were within walking distance as was the bus stop to start the hop on hop off bus tour. Late arrival not a problem.

In a fantastic central location with all the attractions being about 0.5km in various directions. Surrounded by many great restaurants and shops and only about 5 mins walk from main street. Staff were great. Would definetly come back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with local suggestions,taxis, etc. I was travelling for my wedding, and they took special care of all of our luggage when we needed storage space for the afternoon! Wonderful experience.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Before even arriving in Seville the staff were in contact and extremely helpful regarding our booking. We arrived early and they held our cases until it was time for us to check in, all of the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful. On entering our apartment the first thing we all said was ‘WOW’. Most rooms had lots of space and storage. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment necessary, we mainly just had breakfast in the apartment and ate out for everything else. The location of the apartment was also great for getting around. There were 6 of us staying at the apartment and it never seemed crushed. I would definitely return here if I was in Seville
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Spacious but dirty. Check-in was confusing as we had to find a hostel to pickup key. Able to leave bags, but couldn't get into room until 4pm. There are 2 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - all wonderful! However, the sheets were dirty in the bunk beds (actual crumbs) and overall the property is not clean. This would be my only complaint,but an important one!

• James (4/5): Hotel apartment for 8 disappointing - The apartment was central and spacious however there was no hot running water and with a family of 7 and 40 degrees temperatures outside we could not shower. There were 3 mugs for an apartment for 8 people. No dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. The front door could not be locked from the inside due to the key being broken inside it. The freezer part of the fridge did not keep food frozen. When we looked for help no one was available to check the gas which was not working. The air conditioning could not be adjusted and it was very warm inside. Such a pity as the apartment was an ideal property.

• NELSON JORGE (8/5): Custo beneficio muito bom. - Local agradável e tranquilo. Dos acesso até chegar à porta do apartamento. Dois pavimentos. Ao nível da entrada fica a cozinha, sala e lavabo. No interior, quartos quartos, sendo um suíte, e mais um banheiro. Não muito bom é a escadaria que leva aos quartos. Para cadeirante e idoso, muito difícil.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great property with ample space - Very well equipped place with a lot of space. Had a place for us and our three kids and we didn’t even use all the beds. Checkin was really easy and our host was wonderful. Full of information and willing to help. The only negative was the parking. There is very little parking in all of Sevilla proper. So whereas not specific to them I’m not sure what to do as a non resident about finding a place to park. I even paid for street parking but got a ticket because I am a non resident. Otherwise - fantastic stay.
• April (8/5): Good place for families - Our family of five was very comfortable in this well appointed apartment. A short walk to the major sights and very secure. The check in process was a little confusing but that was our fault for not reading the email closer. Overall a good apartment for families.

The supplies were fully stocked and the linens were comfortable and crisp. My family was very happy to celebrate my mother's birthday here in this beautiful apartment. The location could not have been more perfect.There is a cafe downstairs for breakfast, many mid ranged lunch places, elegant bars and dinner restaurants within walking distance.I would highly recommend this apartment, and will surely have wonderful memories about Seville
