- Scenic33287281766 (10/5): Perfect getaway place to the beach - We had an amazing stay at Sunny Beach Club - Adults Only! The location couldn’t be better – just a few steps from the beach with stunning sea views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for my wife (and me). The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the day one. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the pool area was very clean and relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and cheerful, ideal for a vacation. We’ll definitely come back next summer!
- 610nevenap (10/5): I will definitely come back to this hotel next year! - My friends and I stayed there for 4 nights and I dare say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were worried about the parking problem in Sunny Beach in general, but luckily the hotel has a parking lot that costs 20 leva per night. Check-in is at 2:30 pm, so if you arrive earlier, they give you a bracelet and you can relax by the pools or go to lunch. We booked a Superior room with a sea view, which did not disappoint us at all! Big compliments to the cleaning staff and the girls at the reception. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel next year!

- karenrE5631WS (6/5): Dark hotel.. - Hotel was very average🤔 Corridor to our ground floor room was very drab and dark so that wasn't a very positive 1st impression. I honestly felt like we were in a hostel but room was comfortable, plenty of space.. Bathroom very badly painted and no hooks etc. We were bed and breakfast so can't comment on drinks, meals etc but breakfast was the same every morning.. Cooked breakfast not too bad + the honey board which hubby loved was good but the 2 black grubby tables which the cooked meats, cheese, fruit and yogurt in big dish were mainly covered with flies ( they should have had covers on) Nice half hour walk to the beautiful Nessabar was good. This hotel was no way 4 stars more like 3.. I would not recommend to anyone visiting Bulgaria.

Rooms cleaned daily and all staff very friendly. The only criticism on the hotel is the hallway is very very dark more lighting or brighten the decor. As we were only b&b i can't comment on the food and drinks as we ate out daily. Although the breakfast was ok.
- jodiemarie2025 (10/5): Luxury hotel and beautiful area - After reading mixed reviews I was very unsure what to expect however the hotel is exactly like the picture so instagramable and beautiful. It is very clean and stafff are lovely and will go above and beyond. Manegment is always happy to help and is a great individual. There are plenty of sunbeds and never been a time we don’t get one. Music is always on round the pool which is lovely. Hammocks and swings to chill on and even take beautiful pictures. The rooms are so spacious and clean, bedding always changed and rooms cleaned everyday. The food is lovely, omelettes made fresh to request and also fresh pasta dishes. Snack bar always has plenty of choice too pizza, burger, chips, brioche sandwiches and ice cream. 10/10 hotel for me and will 100% be back. The town is very lovley and a little train ride from a one minute walk from hotel for 6lv. Town is beautiful nice restaurants and amazing cocktails. The beach is a 2 min walk from hotel which is also very lovley with nice views and bars. The hotel does art classes, cooking classes yoga everyday to join in with. I can’t even explain how lovely it is for the price it’s unreal. Will be back for sure as it’s one of my fave places I’ve come. Jodie x
- J4640JWrobertc (2/5): The most terrible experience you can imagine BUT worse. - Absolutely horrendous and shocking. Raw chicken, dirty towels and pool water, rude and inconsiderate staff. Rooms looking like a construction site (but that’s the look they’re going for, i guess). Disgusting place. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After trying to reach the staff about our problems, they literally laughed in our face and joked sarcastically instead of actually coming up with solutions. Please, if you value your time and money, go anywhere else!

- nigelp823 (10/5): A lovely break away - On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and checking in was no problem. As the restaurant was closed we were given a bag with sandwiches and apple etc. The bar was about to close so grabbed a drink. Rooms were spacious and clean although the décor is a bit drab. Plenty of storage space and a free safe also a fridge and a litre of water replenished every day. There was plenty of fresh food and choice, each meal time and I think everyone was all inclusive. The staff all round the hotel were friendly and helpful when needed. The hotel is geared up a much younger client than us at 75, however this did not stop us enjoying our time there. The entertainment was very good during the evenings apart from the animation team who sorry guys was not to good. Daytime the animation team kept those that wanted entertaining with water sports etc well catered for. The English were well out numbered with loud groups of men at times who were on stag weekends but generally well behaved. A previous review mentioned the same music songs going on all day. I cannot say this happened but the music did change at various times throughout the day and got louder as the evening approached. A good point for us at 11pm sharp everything stopped the music, bar closed which was great. The only downsides were the majority of other guests were rude and ill mannered. There were rules about no smoking areas which were totally ignored by guests which should have been enforced. In the end we had a nice relaxing holiday.

I’m extremely disappointed by this hotel, especially after reading so many positive reviews that completely misrepresent the reality we experienced. Let me start with the positives: the hotel is beautiful on the inside, the rooms are clean, and the housekeeping is impeccable—no complaints there. The food is average, nothing special, but also nothing terrible. However, the services and overall treatment were absolutely unacceptable. We arrived at 11:00 a.m., knowing this is supposed to be an all-inclusive hotel for which you pay the full price. I completely understand that check-in is at 2:30 p.m. and that the rooms might not be ready until then. But the issue is that we were not even given our all-inclusive wristbands until 2:30 p.m., meaning we were not allowed to eat or drink unless we paid extra. This is outrageous for an all-inclusive hotel! Having worked in the hospitality industry in Egypt and being familiar with how proper all-inclusive hotels operate, I can honestly say this policy is unacceptable. What shocked me even more is that while we were left without food or water under the sun, other guests—especially those speaking Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian, or languages from the Balkan region—were given their wristbands or even their rooms right away at 11:00 a.m. This felt like clear discrimination based on nationality or language. Absolutely disgraceful. The second major issue: towel service. You have to pay a €10 deposit per person to get a towel, something that was not mentioned anywhere before booking. And to make things worse, you can’t pay by card—only in cash! This creates additional fees and inconvenience. After waiting over 30 minutes at a crowded reception with only one person working, I finally received the towel cards, only to be told I had to collect them from the guard. I went to the guard, and he told me he wouldn’t be working again for another three hours. Ridiculous! Honestly, I spent more time dealing with reception than enjoying the sun on my holiday. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want to waste your time, energy, and money. I’m someone who is generally very respectful, patient, and understanding—but this experience pushed all my limits. If even someone like me had such a hard time, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be for others.

- atleh437 (4/5): Bad experience - Dirty bedsheets, and added cost for everything! Does not change bedsheets during our stay, and are unsure if ours where changed before our stay!!? Make-up on one pillow sheet… Half of the staff doesn’t understand english and are rude and unfriendly. On check out day, there is no showers or towels to take a shower before you leave for the airport. No security in the luggage storage room, so someone went through our stuff. Really dissapointed at the end of our vacation.
- CazzaKillen (6/5): An honest review - pros and cons - Currently waiting in the lobby for the transfer back to the airport after having a week at Sunny Beach Club, I was cautious about booking after the reviews I’d read but everyone has a different experience so I booked anyway. Here’s my honest review - good and bad bits- Good: The location is great, a stone’s throw from a beautiful sandy beach and central to both Sunny Beach Strip and the historic and picturesque Nessebar. The pool area, 2 large pools and plenty of sunbeds, no reserving with towels needed, some offer shade at various parts of the day, We were all inclusive, arrived at 10pm and there were sandwiches, fruit and drinks in bags for us. The staff are nice, friendly and pleasant. The two animation guys were very sweet too. The food from the all inclusive was nice, plenty of variation and we enjoyed everything we chose (a range of dishes from around the world). The room was nothing to rave about, clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Bad: I think disappointing more than anything- Air conditioning in the room a godsend, but on a 20 min timer, so during some very hot nights, you woke to restart the system. All inclusive drinks are limited and weak - we drank plenty of cocktails during the day and as a self confessed lightweight, they didn’t touch me. When I say cocktails- there were 4, one of which was a gin and tonic - not really a cocktail! Towels for the pool are provided for a charge - totally understandable however they insist on cash, now we have 40Lv left and will be taking it home with us! I’ve stayed at many AI resorts and never before have I been told at checkout that they must cut off my wristband as food/drink are no longer all inclusive (very disappointing as on the day of arrival we arrived late and therefore have a late flight back). We did mention in the hotel rules it states lunch is included and a voucher is provided, and only then were these issued to us. We did identify a number of guests had invited guests into the hotel and were providing them with food and drink from the all inclusive- I do feel this should be better policed, especially as we were told we would have to pay for drinks on our last day, a little hypocritical and unfair. The evening entertainment starts at 7.30/7.45, (entertaining singers/magicians/traditional Bulgarian dancing), once this ends the DJ comes on, mostly really good music but on occasion not pitched at the right age bracket for the guests, this cuts off bang on 11pm. All in all, it’s worth staying here if all those things don’t bother you… it’s a nice hotel in a good spot.

The only let down is the drinks for all inclusive, they could be more of a variety or alternative ones on days as it becomes repetitive especially if staying for a long time.

- stijnv1988 (2/5): Poor management that ignores guest feedback - I’ve been staying here for 11 days now, and from day one the pool area has played the exact same short playlist of about 10 songs — on repeat, all day. After a few days, it’s not just annoying — it becomes genuinely frustrating. I politely asked several times if the music could be varied — via email, directly at the front desk, and even spoke to staff at the pool. Other guests noticed it too. Absolutely nothing changed. It seems management is either absent or simply doesn’t care to listen to guest feedback. That’s a shame, because this hotel has potential. But if even the most basic request is ignored, it says a lot about how poorly this place is run. Changing the music shouldn’t be difficult — it’s a small effort that shows respect to your guests. And that’s not even mentioning the rest of the hotel, which is nowhere near four-star quality. Advice to management: listen to your guests. Poor leadership ruins a good location.
- 4bill4 (10/5): Truly exceptional - Just returned from 11 nights at this amazing hotel. Truthfully I was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews, but any worries were unfounded. True, there are a lot of young guests, but there are a fair amount of middle age and older too. The rooms are very spacious, as well as the bathrooms, very comfortable, with cleaning and towel change done every day. Maybe some pictures/artwork in the walls would be beneficial. The public areas are massive, and again spotlessly clean. Food was of excellent quality, - breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner, with an amazing choice - hot and cold. Pool areas are again kept very clean. Music is played all day, but at a low level, only pumped up at around 8p.m, when the evening entertainment eg saxophonist, singer, Bulgarian dancers are finished. I must compliment all the staff, every one extremely pleasant. Restaurant staff are somewhat quieter. Dani, Alex, Tsvet, illyon in the bar provide excellent service (and the others too) Front of house staff Velizer, Elif and the rest go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach - 5 minute walk, Flower Street - 2 Lev by bus. Old town of Nessebar - idyllic - 30 minute walk or 2 Lev by bus, a must see is the underground Eco cocktail bar, complete with turtles, Burgas 45 minutes, approx 8.50 Lev by bus. All in all this hotel deserves a MUCH HIGHER RATING.

- ruxandraUsa (4/5): Glorified youth hostel - The hotel should not advertise as a 4 star hotel, more like 2.5 stars at a push. First impression after the arrival was that the floors on the corridors and in the rooms looked like ghetto/prison floors, same for all the bathrooms floors and walls. they were clearly not finished, they looked like the hotel owners must have ran out of funds and left them like that, very uneven and ugly. We didn't have a single good night's sleep in all the 8 nights we were there, there was constant noise from the nearby rooms (the walls are extremely thin, like cheap carton walls) and the younger drunk guests coming back from the discos in Sunny beach at all hours during the night and early morning were extremely loud, shouting on the corridors, knocking on others doors etc. We chose this adults only hotel as we wanted to get away from the whole family with kids scene hotels in Sunny beach and instead we found a different type of kids- the older bad mannered ones. If you are 16-25 years old and your idea of a good holiday is getting drunk on cheap alcohol and partying 24hrs a day then this is your ideal place to come to. The music around the pool during the day and the DJ sets at night time were brilliant. The shows were not good at all. The magic show was the worst. The guy didn't do a single trick and the jokes he was trying to make in a very poor English were rubbish. The food was nice, always fresh and always different choices at lunch and dinner. One of the reasons why I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1. There is no table service, again another negative point for a so called 4 star hotel. You need to get all the drinks and even the cutlery yourself. Hey, might as well get the guests to clean after themselves too to make it full self service ha! Finally, the only other positive thing about this hotel was the view we had from our balcony on the 5th floor was magnificent. The location is good, only a half hour scenic walk to the beautiful old town of Nessebar (or you can catch the touristic train) and 5 mins walk to the gorgeous sandy beach. We won't come back to this place , the vibe of it is not 4 star adults only hotel, it's more like 2 star Magaluf young drunk inconsiderate cheap fun hostel.

Hotel was clean and well looked after, great pool and music playing through the day, good bar service. We arrived early in the season so not as busy as it could have been which is good. It had the most wonderful rooms, spacious, clean and very comfy bed. We had a balcony on the front facing the road, and it was perfect for evening sun before heading to dinner. Food was really good, always something for everyone on the trip. Very impressed with how fresh the food was and would say one of the nicest food for all inclusive for the price. Entertainment was limited, but perfect for us as we always found a space to enjoy our drinks and vibes were top notch. Thanks Sunny Beach Club! ☀️
- janeybabe2017 (10/5): Great place!!! - Had to find a new hotel very quickly on our stay in Bulgaria, this place was fabulous, great decor, rooms were huge, bathrooms great and fresh bottle of water everyday when maids had been in. Very clean always someone there cleaning something. Pools were great plenty of loungers bean bags and hammocks and swings were a nice touch. The food was good' always something to eat . Nice staff, especially the animation team, two great lads, they had great personalities, friendly, funny and not pushy...i dont normally get involved in the games and activities but i loved these guys, they were the best entertainment team I think I've ever had. Evenings were great, place to dance in-between the pools it was chill but upbeat great for all ages. Overall we had a great week at this hotel would recommend 👌

- Marie (8/5): Dejligt hotel men IKKE cooks club længere - Dejligt hotel i “cooks club stil” hotellet drives ikke længere af kæden men der er som alle andre hoteller nydeligt indrettet i beige farver med en masse microcement. Der er mange “halve løsninger” og maden er IKKE som den oprindelige kæde men almindeligt buffet svarende til 3/4 stjernet hotel. Rigtigt god stemning på hotellet med aktivitet og dj. Alt larm slutter kl 23 så det er ikke er problem med fest langt ud på natten. Der er nem adgang til stranden og det er muligt at gå indtil centrum, tage det lille blå tog eller en af hotellets taxaer

- katiebullement09 (10/5): Fantastic week away - Would highly recommend this hotel. Spacious rooms extremely comfy beds and lovely view from balcony. Land train outside of hotel takes you to either Sunnybeach strip or Old Nessebar Town (stunning place) Pools where big and very clean the beanbags at the edge of pool having your legs in the water was perfect to cool off. The food was standard all inclusive and always nice things to choose from - snack bar really good too. Great selection of drinks and cocktails (only slight issue was no diet soft drinks at the bar but you can get diet coke in the dining area if you do really prefer that) over all a lovely stay great atmosphere around the pool with dj on most of the day.
- N4128IOdavidm (8/5): Great location food lacking - Very good hotel , rooms bigger than expected, mattress a bit springer than I'd have liked had to use 2 covers as a topper, great views from balcony, very dark black painted corridors,elevator a nightmare never seems to come , food if you love fish and vegetarian foods it's for you , I lived on chips and bread and cake for 5 days so for me food was lacking and mostly cold if I did try anything.
- Fantorangen (4/5): LOUD hotel/ Youth hostel - We went as a family to sunny beach club hotel. The hotel is more like a youth hostel than a hotel. It is very LOUD all the time- techno, rap and occarionally bulgarian music from mornong until 23. It is impossible to have a conversation because of the volume. It seems like even the coolest youngsters are finding the music annoying at times! Our kids age 18 and 20 found the hotel stressful. We spent our holiday mainly on the beach. The hotel has a trail to the beach which is really close by. The beach is beautiful and windy most days. Will recommend walking to the cafe area to the left not kiki bar at the end of the trail ( also extremely noisy and the food is not good there!) The hotel has some nice rooms and some bad ones. Our kids got an amazing, big room while we got one in the old section. The beds were nevertheless very comfy in both rooms, the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. The hotel could have been very nice if it had more of an lounge/ ambiance atmosphere. The way it is presented now it is more like a youth hostel. We would not recomment this hotel for mature adults or if you want to have a relaxing holiday.
- 606JanetP (10/5): Sunny beach hotel - I’ve just returned from this hotel, had a week there. It was an extremely enjoyable stay, rooms were nice, great showers , varied selection of foods that cater for all tastes. Staff were so hardworking, friendly and welcoming. My only criticism would be , the food could have been a little bit hotter , and the corridors were quite dark. I would definitely stay here again .
- Japcarnutta (10/5): Fantastic Hotel, Staff & Food - We had the most amazing time staying at Sunny beach club hotel! Everything about the hotel was just perfect, with a beach front location which was only a 5 minute walk away. Amazing food throughout the day which was wonderfully fresh and appetising . . The Animation team (Ivo, Niki and Darin) which provided the entertainment during the day were great! They were so much fun and made our days around the pool thoroughly enjoyable! Natalia was wonderful who provided the yoga classes each morning on the beach and I shall miss those early morning sessions immensely. The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in for a chilled out and relaxing vibe . . We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again . . 😊
- Pathfinder579033 (10/5): Great hotel, Friendly staff. - We’ve had a fantastic 7 days the hotel is great. After reading some of the tripadvisor reviews we were a little worried about what to expect. However I can’t praise this hotel enough. Our room is very large with a balcony that could easily fit 10 people on. Our bathroom is more than adequate with both a shower and a bath. Our room had a safe, mini fridge, air-conditioning and it was cleaned every single day we were here. There were plenty of food choices throughout the day. The pictures I’ve put on of the food was just one lunch time sitting. Everyday there were plenty of choice’s and variety. In between the main meals there are rolls, burgers, cakes and 6 different flavours of ice cream's available. I would struggle to see how anyone couldn’t find something to eat here with the food choices that were available. The hotel itself is very clean. The staff are so friendly, especially the man that runs the little hotel shop, all the bar staff and dining hall staff. The pool area again is very clean with a lovely vibe, where there's music playing all day. On all the sunbeds there is a polite notice requesting people do not reserve them. Which in my eyes is perfect as there’s no rush in the mornings. Plus there seemed to be plenty of beds available all day. There’s a great atmosphere throughout the hotel. The entertainment team offer water polo, darts, archery, silly fun games, yoga and lots more throughout the day. There’s a DJ most evenings with occasional evening entertainment on top. The one little gripe I had was my Malibu wasn’t included in their all inclusive drinks range. This is the first hotel I’ve been to where there isn’t a local version of Malibu available within the selected all inclusive drinks. I’ll post a picture of the all inclusive drinks selection, So you’ll have a good idea what to expect. Like I stated at the beginning I can’t praise the hotel and staff enough. Well worth the money, brilliant little holiday, I’ll definitely be returning👌
- Rox43927 (10/5): Amazing hotel, highly recommend. Not sure why they have bad reviews. We couldn't think of one signal negative - We have just arrived home from 7 days at this hotel, it is absolutely beautiful and ridiculously cheap for the quality of this hotel. I don't think we would ever get this type of hotel for even a fraction of this price again. There are days beds, comfy sofas, hammocks, beanbag chairs, all the sunbeds have cushions so they're comfortable to be on all day. The hotel is very well looked after, the gardener was mowing the grass, watering the plants, trimming bushes. We highly recommend this hotel, from start to finish we had the most amazing time, met some lovely people and had the most relaxing yet entertaining holiday. STAFF/CLEANLINESS The staff were really friendly, helpful and happy. This is cleanest hotel we have ever been to, the cleaners work all round the clock. We never saw any mess, dirt, dust, anything at all. The staff are very on it. FOOD The food was lovely, plenty of choice at every mealtime, you can pretty much eat at any time of day and don't need to worry about sticking to timings, there is a late breakfast and snacks after lunch which is burgers, pizza, toasties, sandwiches etc. ENTERTAINMENT There is music 10am-11pm which is really nice, it's very chill vibes not loud blasting music. We played darts, archery, water polo, shuffleboard, water gymnastics every day and you can do yoga in the mornings. The entertainment staff were lovely, so friendly and inclusive. There were 3 evenings of entertainment, dancing and singing. The singer had an amazing voice and did requests. NEARBY The beach is a 2 minute walk behind the hotel, old town is beautiful and is about 30 min walk along the beach and new town was around 40 minutes along the beach or road. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets around. Taxi (yellow taxis) back from the New town was 25lev but the taxi driver said 30 when we got back to the hotel. Don't let them rip you off, stand your ground and agree a price before you get in. Prices are in the hotel lobby. TRANSFER FOR THE AIRPORT For the transfer we used Euro taxi Burgas, The green taxis, really lovely friendly driver)
- Marie (4/5): - Corridors were dark. Lighting was terrible, walls painted black. Do not disturb sign kept being stolen by delinquent hotel guests who seriously need to grow up. No internal look on room door. The lock to the bathroom door was installed backwards ie you could get locked inside. The lock to the balcony door was just a chain so keep those vauluables in the safe as no real safety here.

Could recommend property starts think over include some free parking option, upgrade package including top shelf alcohol and also option for lounge chairs on the beach and umbrella
- Verified traveler (4/5): No relaxation techno party - The Cook’s Club hotel facility is overcrowded, with a continuous techno beat. Hotel felt like an American spring break beach party. If that is what you are looking for, it is perfect. We left a day early to go to a different hotel in Burgas to escape the noise.

Mittagessen+Abendessen waren eintönig+lieblos gekocht+Zimmerservice+Reinigung war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Bei 10 Übernachtungen wurde das Zimmer+die Betten 2 mal gemacht!!!!

- Silja (2/5): - 'All inclusive 4 stars' - well as a Nordic been used to other standards. This was rated as 4 stars, should have been 3. Food was mediocre, the balcony was of the times of Soviet Union (all common, no intimidacy) We stayed for 3 nights and specifically asked for room cleaning at the reception, but nobody ever arrived... Deception, indeed, although we love Bulgaria!
- Diand and Rhys (10/5): Superb Hotel - First impression was a clean and spacious reception. The staff were helpful, polite and their English was good at reception. We were shown to our room which was clean and bright with twin beds (we were told we could push them together). Pleased to see a working aircon! Extra pillows and if needed duvets were in the wardrobe. Only small annoyance was the shower that changed temp when felt like it but no reason to complain. Facilities were fine, swimming pools were a welcome relief from the heat, plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and entertainment. Food was good with varying variety, always plenty of fruit (not always ripe though). I thought it was great that ice cream was available all day!!! Staff I spoke to were polite and mostly smiling. Overall it was a great hotel and location.
