• Jasmin (10/5): - Ich wurde herzlich Empfangen von Despina welche mir ein kaltes Getränk serviert hat. Weiter ging es mit süssem Gebäck, einer Flasche Wasser und Ouzo auf dem Zimmer. Alles ist sehr sauber, mit viel liebe und freude eingerichtet. Der ganze Pool durfte ich für mich alleine geniessen. Anfangs Mai ist Kreta noch nicht überfüllt. Beim Check out gabs ein "Guten Morgen" Kaffee. Sehr gerne komme ich wieder hier her zurück, vielen Dank!
• Florence (7/5): Bon séjour. - Appartement clair, lumineux, joliment décoré. Accueil chaleureux et adorable de l hôtesse. Son fils tient un autre hôtel dans le village et il s est montré très serviable, nous donnant des renseignements sur une randonnée que nous souhaitions faire. Beaucoup de calma car hors saison. Les draps sont trop petits pour le grand lit.

• Malgorzata (8/5): Quiet place 10 minutes from the beach - The apartment is really clean and has nice views over the mountains and sea. The hosts are welcoming with cake and raki The apartment is cleaned every day and is in a peaceful location The sandy beach is not spectacular, but nice, there are also some hotel beach clubs nearby. The walk to the apartment was uphill. The pool is really small and looks more like a kiddie pool. This was not a place for relaxation in the evening for more than one couple of guests at a time. We had ants the decided to camp in our bed on the first night of our stay and were quite persistent throughout the week.

• Adrianaaaa (8/5): Perfetto per famiglie numerose - Più un hotel per famiglie che per coppie o viaggiatori singoli, la stanza è praticamente un monolocale con tutto ciò che occorre per cucinare e mangiare in loco, con la possibilità di camere comunicanti per mezzo di una porta che si può chiudere a chiave. Tutto estremamente pulito e letto comodo anche se piccolino per due... ma viaggiavo sola e ne avevo a disposizione un altro singolo. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e premurosa, anche se purtroppo non amo molto abbracci e carezze da estranei, ma fa parte del mio carattere. La piscina, per me che amo il sole, è veramente il fiore all'occhiello della struttura, esposta in modo che fino al tramonto è illuminata e si può restare fino a tardi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque OTTIMO! La strada per arrivarci non è proprio una bellezza, anche se la posizione è meno peggio di quanto mi aspettassi, per arrivare alla zona con diversi negozi e ristoranti occorrono cinque minuti (in discesa) di camminata, una mezz'oretta per arrivare a Makrigialos, tutto il percorso è ottimamente illuminato e sicuro. Il parcheggio c'è, ma a struttura piena bisogna fare molta attenzione con le manovre. Il bagno, nonostante sia dotato di finestra, è microscopico e non proporzionato alla stanza, per fare la doccia si allaga tutto, incluso il water. Attenzione a chi ha problemi motori perché alcune stanze (inclusa la mia) ha una ripida scala per accedere, non ho apprezzato la scarsa illuminazione per accedere alla camera, ma forse c'era un interruttore che non ho visto, un crepuscolare non sarebbe male.

• Christian (10/5): Fantastisches Appartment mit super freundlicher Inhaberin. - Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage für uns gehabt, etwas abseits des Zentrums, welches zu Fuß schnell erreicht war. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet (kein Luxus) aber schön landestypisch. Das Bett war äußerst bequem für ein Appartement in der Preiskategorie. Der Pool war ausreichend groß und es gab mehr als ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Aber das größte Highlight der Unterkunft war Despina, die Inhaberin. Sie verkörpert absolut die griechische Gastfreundschaft und ist wie eine Mama zu einem. Zudem hat sie ausgiebig dafür gesorgt, dass man genug Vitamine zu sich nimmt, durch ihre fantastischen Äpfel und Weintrauben.❤️ Es gibt nichts negatives für uns zu berichten.

Very clean, spacious, excellent air conditioning and a beautiful lady (Despina I think?) who looked after us and gave us some wonderful home grown organic produce (grapes, apples, pomegranate). Not to mention the raki & delicious cake! We had a really lovely couple if days here ❤️

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Jeżeli chcesz uciec od zgiełku, to właśnie tutaj. Super lokalizacja, na wzgórzu w odległości spaceru od plaży i sklepów. Do tego przemiła pani właścicielka. Malutki prysznic, który trochę zalewał toaletę ;) ale ostatecznie dawał radę.

Wir haben selten einen so fröhlichen und absolut authentischen Menschen auf Kreta kennengelernt . Selbst zum Abschied hat sie uns noch schnell Kuchen für die Fahrt eingepackt. Beim aus checken haben wir noch ihren Sohn kennenlernen dürfen. Auch er ist ein absolut herzlicher Mensch. Nichts

Peut-être améliorer les indications pour trouver l'hôtel, le GPS nous amenait à un autre hôtel. Hélios hôtel est juste indiqué par une petite pancarte.

• Belz (10/5): - Très bien accueilli par le personnel de l'établissement. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous durant nos deux jours passés chez eux . Petite attention d'arrivée avec des petits gâteaux maison et le fameux raki. L'appartement est très bien et plutôt bien équipé . Il propose un petit déjeuner buffet à un hôtel à 3min à pied qui est excellent et pour 10 euros seulement par personne. Vraiment je recommande Juste il est précisé sur booking que l'établissement posséde une machine à laver et à notre grande surprise nous avons du payer 5 euros par machine à laver.

• Hanna (10/5): - Сподобався номер, все як на фото , господарі чудові , завжди на зв'язку і вирішують питання, якщо це в їх можливостях , зручно, що біля басейну є туалет і душ , бассейн чистий , глибокий і просторий, зміна рушників була декілька разів за наш відпочинок і зміна постільної білизни. Сподобався пляж і види на гори, море чудове. Треба до апартаментів підніматись на пригорочок. Макріялос невеличке село , розваг не багато , тут тихий відпочинок. Є автобусні зупинки і автобусне сполучення з Ієрапетрою , Сітією , ми не їздили, брали авто на прокат.

• Xrysa (10/5): Ξεκούραση και κολύμπι σε υπέροχες, ρηχές παραλίες, χωρίς συνωστισμό - Η βίλα είναι κοντά στην υπέροχη παραλια του Μακρυ Γυαλού, όπου μπορούσες να φτάσεις με τα πόδια. Επίσης ηταν σε σημείο που είχε ελάχιστη κίνηση και ησυχία. Σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών κατάστημα εστίασης... Υπέροχη μεγάλη αυλή με χώρο στάθμευσης εντός. Μπαλκόνια και βεράντες... Ήταν πολύ όμορφα!

• Raphael (10/5): Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Gerne wieder in der Anlage. - Das Apartment war neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Besonders lieb war der herzliche Empfang. Es sind alle sehr Kinderlieb und freundlich. Auch die kleinen Gastgeschenke am Zimmer hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist auf einem kleinen Hügel mit schönem Meerblick. Auch vom Pool aus hat man den Meerblick. Das Meer & Badestrand sind 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Einige kleine Supermärkte sind 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Apartment hatte eine neue Küche. Perfekt wäre es gewesen wenn bereits Basics wie Öl, Salz, Gewürze,… in einem Schrank gewesen wären. Bzw Filter für die Filterkaffeemaschine. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, war alles da. Es hat nur eine Parmesan Käsereibe gefehlt 🙈😅.

L accueil de notre hôtesse à été très chaleureux et elle est très disponible. Nous recommandons La machine à laver est partagée. Notre hôtesse s est occupée de tout avec rapidite
• Beatrix (10/5): Ein wirklich schöner und toller Urlaub - Die Lage war super, Frühstück im Nachbarhotel (vom Sohn der Gastgeberin) war super, die Gastgeberin war eine wirklich ganz tolle Frau, die uns auch immer wieder Früchte geschenkt hat, wahnsinnig herzlich!!! alles war perfekt, es hätte nichts besser sein können!

• Κυριακή (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια! Είχε θέα όλο το χωριό. Το χωριό είναι το πιο ωραίο της περιοχής. Τα δωμάτια ήταν δύο τρίκλινα που συνδέονταν με εσωτερική πόρτα οπότε ήμασταν πολύ άνετα! Η πισινα ήταν πάντα καθαρή. Η κα. Δεσποινα πάντα παρούσα να μας προτείνει βόλτες και μαγαζιά. Πολύ φιλοξενη, καλόκαρδη, πάντα με το χαμόγελο! Τη λατρέψαμε! Μας είχε και κέρασμα καλωσορίσματος ρακή και σπιτικό κέικ .

• Wojtek Ma (10/5): Rewelacja! Wszystko na 10! - Wszystko! Powitanie, słodki upominek, przychylność i ogromna życzliwość właścicieli. Tu jest tak, jakbyś przyjechał do babci na wakacje. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Czystość na 5+, sprzątanie codziennie, wymiana ręczników na świeże i pachnące. I do tego bajeczny widok z balkonu. Na terenie jest brodzik dla dzieci oraz basen. Pokój w pełni wyposażony, wyremontowana łazienka. Blisko do plaży, tawern, barów i sklepów. Naprawdę rewelacja! I bardzo, bardzo polecam. Jedna uwaga - jeśli to ma dla Ciebie znaczenie - obiekt znajduje się na pagórku. Można też skorzystać z opcji dostawy jedzenia. Nie ma nic takiego.

Literie très confortable sauf notre fils dans le salon. Très bien équipé vaisselle.Proche commerces et resto et plage à 10 min à pied mais à savoir par une côte un peu raide. Piscine petite mais pas trop de monde donc ça allait. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Jeux de piscine et de société à dispo. La vue sur mer depuis la piscine est obstruée par une construction en cours ou à l’abandon ? Et sur notre séjour des vents très forts l’appartement et la piscine étant en hauteur bonne prise au vent. Il y a bien des machines à laver mais pas dans l’appartement et il faut payer 5 euros par machine.

• Tuomas (8/5): Nice little hotel in the outskirts of Makry Gialos - We loved the staff in this hotel! There were raki and cake (and water) waiting for us in our room and upon arrival we were offered some juice by the lovely grandmother. The room was very clean and tidy. We happened to be here sadly during the wildfires in Ierapetra region so we maybe didn't get to enjoy the surroundings as much as we would have otherwise done due to the strong winds and the constant tracking of the fires, but we felt safe at the hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts of Makry Gialos and on the hillside, so for a person with mobility issues this might be hindrance. Some parts of the hotel are dated, but there has been major renovations in for example bathrooms, which were spanking new and beautiful.
• Gibertoni (10/5): Soggiorno eccellente e accoglienza calorosa - La proprietaria è una signora estremamente gentile e disponibile. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto piccoli inconvenienti, come il guasto di una zanzariera, ma tutto è stato risolto in tempi rapidissimi, con grande attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati e seguiti in ogni momento. Un’ospitalità che fa la differenza!
