- Tanmay Kalkanok (10/5): Awesome Place - I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff are friendly and always helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially loved that breakfast offers healthy juice options made from fresh fruits that you can choose yourself. All the food is halal, and if you would like pork, it can be requested separately. The location is also great only about a 10 minute walk to Ubud center but they provide shuttle service going and back to Ubud Market. The walk feels enjoyable with many restaurants along the way, and you can also see the daily life of local people. Highly recommended!

- moonlotus18 (8/5): Hidden hillside gem - Stayed a few nights here, room with a poolside view. Enjoyed our stay, room was comfy with a balcony. They provide a hanging frame to hang wet clothes on the balcony. Mattress and pillows were comfy with a set of firm pillows and a set of soft pillows. The desk in the room has an international socket so no need for travel adapters. WiFi is strong and good. Staff are attentive and aim to please. We were greeted with a refreshing iced cinnamon brown sugar herbal drink upon checkin. Free afternoon tea is provided next to the reception area from 3-5pm. Breakfast is buffet style with choices for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Good variety of local delights. Fresh herbal energy drinks are available in the fridge for guests. Try to go early to sample their local kueh (next to the pastries). We enjoyed swimming everyday when the pool opens at 7am. It’s a double story waterfall and infinity pool style. It is the best feature on site. There are no lifts at the hotel as there are not many floors and the hotel grounds are terraced in the hillside. You can get porter assistance to help with luggage. We tried their on site spa for a massage. It was lovely and we were served with a nice warm ginger tea at the end. Every Friday they have a special buffet dinner with local cultural dances. Overall a very pleasant and quiet stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. Would recommend.

- Shashiperiyah (10/5): A stay away from the hustle, a good getaway from the chaos of life. - This was one of the best stays we have had in a while. The accommodation itself is located in a good location whereby tourist attractions like the ubud palace, saraswati temple etc were nearby. Furthermore, grab was easy to get as well. The resort itself offered a fast check in and check out process. The security even went out of his way to help us carry our luggage down the stairs leading to the rooms. The room itself was spick and span. It had a balcony, with a great view of the deep forest and a temple. The beds were big and really comfortable. The aircon was working well, the bathroom was very clean as well and they provided toiletries. The water was hot. Housekeeping was done every single day and they cleaned the room thoroughly. The sheets were changed as well, we were surprised at how pleasant they smelled each day after a long day out. Breakfast had a good variation catering to both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Would be better if the menu was different each day as some items felt a little repetitive. Staff during breakfast service were helpful and made it a point to check on guests on how they were liking the food. One thing that really stood out to us is that the night before check out they took their own initiative to call and ask if we needed early breakfast, had transport to the airport etc. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Nothing much to complain about.

- Hanh (9/5): Very relaxing stay - The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the center of Ubud. It takes about a 15-minute walk to reach the area with many restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

- Marc (10/5): Great experience, highly recommended - The hotel is very well maintained and very well managed. The rooms are very nice, especially the bed, which is extremely comfortable. You sleep really well and can start the day feeling refreshed. Otherwise, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in Ubud: a beautiful infinity pool and a small but adequate fitness centre. The shuttle service to the city centre is also great, providing a quick and convenient way to get to the sights. We booked bed and breakfast. We always enjoyed the breakfast very much because there were various options from Western to Asian, including freshly prepared egg dishes and sweet options. The staff are extremely polite, attentive and friendly and really took good care of the guests.

The hotel also provide a shuttle service. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The coffee machine gor espresso, capuchino, machiato and Hot milo is reallyy best and all free. The another point plus is welcome Mini bar is freee......Recomended place!!!

Am avut o problema cu furtunul de la duș, în 3 minute de la semnalarea situației a venit un tehnician și a remediat. Masajul la Spa ul din incinta excelent efectuat! Nu am ce sa reproșez.

- Laura (9/5): Comfortabel en aan westerse kwaliteitsnormen. Wel gehorige kamers. - Goed ontbijt, comfortabale kamers en bedden. De bedden zijn erg groot en lang. En van goede kwaliteit. Wij als 2 lange Nederlanders hebben ook lange bedden nodig. Dus was erg fijn! Gehorig. Je hoort andere deuren dichtvallen en mensen op de gang. Neem oordopjes mee.

Comfortable resort with clean rooms and a great location, just a 10-minute walk to Ubud Center but they provide shuttle to ubud Market. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I originally booked a Deluxe Twin Room, but I requested one bed instead. The team kindly made an effort to accommodate my request and even gave me a free room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. All the staff here are extremely welcoming. They greet guests by name and are always ready to help with anything, making the stay feel very personal and warm. The breakfast was excellent and very diverse. A big plus point is the free cappuccino and the availability of fresh fruits, which you can mix with other fruits to make a fresh juice based on your own request. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud for a comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay in Ubud.

Room was exchanged with another one right away, as the initial one was unbreathable, mildew or mold not visible but smell assimilated with. New Room received was very fine, with all amenities listed in offer. Resort has all facilities, the massage was a proff.one, not compared with those from main street. Breakfast was diversified, reach. Staff very pleasant and nice. Swimming pool great. Hope for a return in this life... - Honey (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - Amazing stay here, buffet breakfast is amazing. The facilities were good. Gym and 2 pools. It located at the top of a hill, but grab car, or scooter is easy. Otherwise they have a free shuttle every 2 hours to ubud central. We felt safe, and comfy. Convenience store opposite hotel. And you also get 2 free 1.5L waters daily per room. Staff are so attentive Nothing.
