• NKDV (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend, the rooms were unclean - the shower heads were leaking and you will get no sleep from the noise - The staff (lady was lovely) Dirty, dusty, shower was very unhygienic, very loud and you could hear all conversations between rooms and also the street noise.

Every floor got own living area for gathering but there is no aircond so only for looks. room too dark and many parts of the room is cover with dust. The small pillow with logo feels dirty with smell. The shampoo quality is too bad. With such price charges, it should be much better compare to other choices available.

• Yem (2/5): Very poor - Quite new It was a total bad experience for us. Firstly, the rooms sounds proof was extremely bad. Super Loud noises from next door unit after 10 pm , we could literlly hear everything they said, heard their laughs. I am sure this hotel knew they have this issue, i am disappointed they are not being more considerate -- we check in on Monday , there is hardly any guests, iso instead of putting hotel guests far apart and on difference floors since occupancy rate is not high, their hotel staffs decided to put all their guests on the same floor, right next to one another ! Secondly, our aircon is not working properly , extremely hot and kept auto switched off. We finally called the hotel staff to checked , she showed us some setting and and insist that aircon will be colder fine and not auto switch off. But it was still hot and auto switched off . Finally i couldnt stand it and went to them to ask for a solution at 2.40 am ! we were so tired due to air con and noise issue. Very bad experience overall.

The towel are so small and if you have a big belly, you need to cover an extra cloth on it. This is unbelieveable situation in such a boutique hotel.

We could hear snoring from the adjacent room, we could hear conversations of other guests from the corridor and we could hear traffic throughout the night due to poor quality windows. The sheets were thin and the towels were small and frayed. The AC pipes were leaking which caused discoloured walls and a musty smell. The corridors and room lacked adequate lighting, the dark walls did not help. The floors creaked when we stepped on them.

The furniture are dusty and the toilet floor had this black beads of dirt that perhaps is due to the pealing filler of the tiles.

M boutique's location within new town made travelling for food and to the nearby University very easy. It was peaceful and comfortable. Cold air-conditioning and comfy beds. What more could one ask for. The staff even helped to extend our stay with a late check out on the same day we were leaving. The surrounding area was easily accessible but the open space parking was not as easy. As the were lots of cars and insufficient street lamps made the area look a little dim. The weekend pricing was a little heavy as well.
