Michael (10/5): Wonderful team of staff - Location is perfect, but it is the staff who make the difference. They greet you like a friend and ask about you plans in their beloved city. When you return from your day they ask about how it was, where you went, what you saw. This would never happen in a luxury chain hotel and makes this place a real jewel.

Kimberly (10/5): I'd definitely stay here again - The location was great. The breakfast had everything you could want. The bar and rooftop deck were a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. The pillows were a bit soft. Although, they did leave 1 extra in the room.

Christoph (6/5): Trotz schönem Hotel und toller Lage, sehr unfreundliches Personal, Beschwerden werden ignoriert. - Tolle, zentrale Lage, gepflegte Zimmer und Bad Leider sehr schlechter Service vom Personal Keine Gästeorientierung, sehr unfreundlich, passt überhaupt nicht zum Preis und Level vom Hotel. wir wurden vom Kühlschrank der Minibar stündlich gewecht, wahrscheinlich defekter Kompressor. Die Receptionistin hat dies am nächsten Morgen kaum geglaubt, sich nicht entschuldigt und trotz mehrmaligen Beschwerden nichts unternommen. Auch in der zweiten Nacht gleiches Problem, Receptionistin glaubte es uns kaum und versprach etwas zu unternehmen, was sie nicht machten. In der Folgenacht haben wir gesamte Minibar selber ausgeräumt, Kühlschrank ausgebaut. Personal beim Frühstück unfreundlich, Kaffe schlecht, nicht italienisch.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Water on arrival would be a nice thing to add. Staff was generally not the friendliest we encountered in our travels throughout Italy. Roof top terrace was not open although weather was fantastic.

L707OCmikew (8/5): Pricey but very nice - Lovely hotel and while a bit on the pricey side the hotel was very nice. Room was a bit small but was clean and well maintained and quiet. Shower could be a bit of a squeeze. Breakfast had a good selection including scrambled egg and bacon. But what really makes this hotel is it's central location and above all it's friendly helpful staff. A special mention to Matteo the bar man. Always a friendly face after a long day walking. Our only gripe was lack of power points in the room. Otherwise faultless

Breakfast was decent enough.....scrambled egg and streaky bacon, cold cuts, cereals and pastries. Bar was perfect for a night cap after a long day sight-seeing. marina (8/5): Очень достойный отель в прекрасном Риме - Прекрасная локация. Новый, чистый отель с уютными и красивыми номерами. Приветливый персонал, особое спасибо девушке Кристине на ресепшен. Мы уезжали рано утром и не могли воспользоваться оплаченным завтраком. Нам пообещали оставить «ланч бокс». Утром мы получили по пакету с двумя сухарями, граммовыми емкостями с нутеллой и джемом, яблоком и детской пачкой сока. Это даже унизительно, господа. Лучше ничего не давать, чем такое. Мы бы хоть заранее купили еды в супермаркете.

It could have more places to put suitcases, while there is totally wasted space under the window. The checkout time is 11:00 am - I asked for a one hour extension which was denied with no reasonable justification.

The room and overall decor of the hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The is no restaurant except for breakfast which is served in the bar area. The bar is open 16:45 until late but is a bit lacking on atmosphere but they do serve good cocktails and drinks.

KarolWtt (10/5): It was brilliant stay with literally everything you would like to see in Rome within reach of walk. - Delicious breakfast served in hotels bar offering a nice view on the street. You have plenty of options to choose what to eat on breakfast and they serve delicious coffee. The hotels location is literally in the very center of the area with most important spots to see. We didn't have to use public transport ever. The hotel has nice terrace on the roof which offers wonderful view on the skyline of Rome. The Staff was very helpful, nice and professional. The hotels neighborhood is vibrant and we felt safe there. The museum of Leonardo da Vinci is across the street which is a good option in case the weather won't cooperate :). We can definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing to complain of.

Marek (7/5): - It was chilly in the room (top floor, corner room, large window) and it was not possible to set air conditioner to more than 23 Celius. In reality, it must have been ~20-21 degrees. Other than that, all ok.
Anthony (10/5): A perfect place to stay and explore the heart of Rome! - An excellent hotel in a great location! Francesca at the front desk was wonderful and Matteo in the bar was engaged and informative. The breakfast was perfect to start the day. The balcony view was incredible. We would certainly return for our next visit! Additional outlets/USB ports would enhance the rooms.

AIKATERINI (10/5): - Μείναμε στο 404, δίκλινο δωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια στον τέταρτο όροφο. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, οι αποστάσεις από τα αξιοθέατα πολύ κοντινές. Άνετα ευρύχωρα κρεβάτια, μεγάλο φωτεινό , ψηλοταβανο, δωμάτιο, πολύ ευρύχωρο επίσης φωτεινο μπάνιο. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει επιπλέον ευρύχωρο ασανσέρ. Η καθαριότητα καθημερινή και πολύ επιμελής, κλινοσκεπασματα και πετσέτες μπάνιου πεντακάθαρα. Το πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία, και καλό ποιοτικά, εξαιρετικός καφές σερβίρεται κατά παραγγελία χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Το προσωπικό στο σύνολο του, ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό, πάντα. Η συνολική εμπειρία από τη διαμονή μας στο Hotel Damaso εξαιρετική. Ήταν ιδανικό για μια άνετη και αξέχαστη διαμονή. Συνισταται ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι το οποίο δεν μας αρεσε

Jose Eduardo (10/5): Estadía fantástica en Roma - Hotel en Campo de Fiori, zona muy agradable y apta para caminar toda Roma. Estuvimos en el ático del hotel, con una terraza de ensueño. Muy confortable, espaciosa y cómoda la habitación. Los espacios comunes, el comedor y el estilo del hotel de muy buen gusto. El desayuno variado y muy rico, y con una atención muy cálida. En recepción Michele y todo el team muy amables y atentos. Una joya de hotel para disfrutar de Roma.

Je n'ai pas apprécié et pas compris que le prix de la chambre annoncé par Booking soit plus bas que celui exigé par l'hôtel . J'ai écrit à Booking pour demander des explications mais en vain.
