Billal (8/5): - L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé au bord de la mer, avec un parking souterrain pour les motos accessible aux clients. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien éclairées grâce à la lumière naturelle, le ménage est effectué tous les jours. L'hôtel était en rénovation sur certaines parties, ce qui m'a valu une meilleure chambre que celle réservée, avec vue sur la mer anecdotique mais appréciable. Le rooftop avec piscine est un peu ancien et manque d'entretien, mais il est tout à fait possible de s'y baigner et la vue est tout simplement incroyable. The hotel is really well located by the sea, with an underground motorcycle parking accessible to guests. The rooms are spacious and very bright thanks to natural light, and housekeeping is done every day. The hotel was undergoing renovations in some areas, which got me a better room than the one I booked, with a sea view a small bonus but a nice one. The rooftop pool is a bit dated and slightly neglected, but you can still swim there and the view is absolutely incredible. Ils font appel à des compagnies extérieures dont les tarifs sont deux fois moins chers, autant les contacter directement. Nothing special to report about the hotel itself. However, avoid going through the hotel for motorbike rentals or transfers to Hội An : the prices are far too high. They use external companies whose rates are twice as cheap, so you might as well contact them directly. Nada especial que destacar sobre el hotel en sí. Sin embargo, evite pasar por el hotel para alquilar motos o para los traslados a Hội An : los precios son demasiado elevados. Recurren a empresas externas cuyos precios son la mitad, así que mejor contactarlas directamente.
Fatma (2/5): I booked it as a 4-star hotel, but it wasn’t even at the level of a 1–2 star hotel. - The only thing I liked about the hotel was the reception staff. Whenever I made a request, they tried to do their best and were always polite. When I needed a taxi or asked for directions to somewhere, they explained everything patiently. Also, the hotel’s location is good it’s close to the seaside and many cafes and restaurants. However, when doing daily shopping, avoid nearby markets like K-mart, as they often manipulate prices. The room photos on the platform appear to have been enhanced with artificial intelligence. Due to the city’s climate, the walls were damp, which might be acceptable since many buildings have this issue. However, the furniture was old. Items like cups and the electric kettle were dirty, so I couldn’t use them at all. The slippers in the room were not single-use and sterile like in proper hotels; they were reused rubber slippers. There was constant noise in the corridor, especially the loud laughter of the cleaning staff starting early in the morning. Once, while I was asleep, they even tried to enter the room using their own key cards. At breakfast, they sometimes served old food again, some vegetables were very poorly washed, and the dishes were not clean either. In the restaurant, the staff would sometimes play loud music and give guests strange looks. When I sent my clothes for laundry for an extra fee, they mixed colored and white items together and damaged several of my clothes. I sent them back; although a few were cleaned properly afterward, some were still ruined. The internet was generally good, but one evening it went out and was only fixed with difficulty hours later.

John (5/5): Okay for a night but unpleasant - The hotel had a nice breakfast and was in a good location. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The foyer is spacious and bright. The hotel is old and needs repair. The room was mouldy and fixtures unclean. Wall pictures had been removed, down between the sides of the bed were beyond filthy, the aircon unit was full of visable mould. The shower head was broken and the water ran down the wall under the bath. The pool was nice but many missing tiles and dangerous. The lights were out in the hallway on our floor and with no windows it was dark and ominous.

Pour le reste état de la chambre passable, qualité du petit dej passable, location scooter on est tombé en panne car la jauge d’essence ne fonctionnait pas et au bout de 15 kilomètres plus d’essence, la literie on peut dire passable aussi depuis 10 jours au vietnam c le pire hôtel que nous ayons eu . W hotelu do wypożyczenia skutery, ale żeby wypożyczyć trzeba zostawić paszport, nie ID, a na pytanie, co jeśli policja będzie chciała nas wylegitymować pani nie była w stanie wytłumaczyć co wtedy. Poza tym hotel miał kopię naszych paszportów po zameldowaniu - absurd. Jedną z usług była pralnia, chcieliśmy zrobić pranie z jednym warunkiem, że na pewno będzie zrobione do jutra wieczora, bo pojutrze rano wyjeżdżamy, nie było zrobione na czas, ale nikt nawet za to nie przeprosił, tylko dziewczyna odburknęła - bo teraz pralnia nie zdążyła. Na śniadaniu zabrakło jajek - dla kilku osób, hotel nie miał dużego obłożenia, było jakieś kilkanaście osób. Nikt nie usłyszał - przepraszamy, tylko - nie mam jajek więc już nie podajemy. Nie wiem, może zdążyło się to tylko raz, ale mimo wszystko nikt nie powiedział przepraszam.

Co nás v prvé řadě zklamalo bylo špinavé prádlo (deky apod.), nejsme nějak zásadně nároční ale čisté povlečení je základ ať už jste kdekoliv! Vzhledem k místu se dá i dopředu očekávat nějaká ta plíseň apod. ale čistota ať už povlečení nebo podlahy v pokoji nebyla dobrá. To samé okna, zapáchající klimatizace, záclony. Co nás úplně dostalo na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel, byla snídaně která byla v obou dnech už hodinu a 15 minut před koncem prázdná.. Téměř nic k snídani (viz. fotky), po několika upozorněních nám bylo něco doneseno, i to kafe, a i to byl první den problém… Zaměstnanci se schovávali na schodech a po upozornění se netvářili vůbec nadšeně, že mají něco doplňovat.. A myslím že zrovna ve Vietnamu není problém koupit do čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu čisté nové povlečení.

Pradip (9/5): Good stay with nice location. - Rooms, location. Cleanliness, no free drinking water. For a 4 star hotel this is the bare minimum I expect. I don't expect bottled mineral water but at least an RO to fill my bottle.

Sem (3/5): Niet de moeite waard! - De frontdesk medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk De kamers zijn niet schoon, er lag nog stof en haar op de vloer en in de badkamers. De kamers stinken verschrikkelijk van de vocht en de schimmel in de muren. De badkamer lamp bij de spiegel was kapot, de douche zat vol schimmel en de muren waren kapot. Lijkt absoluut in niets op de foto's. De medewerkers wouden onze kamer ruilen, maar wonderbaarlijk was alles volgeboekt.

Amur (1/5): Honest to god I do not know how this is a 4 star hotel - Nothing Room, breakfast, cleanness, my wife almost got injured by broken glass, room is full of bugs, pictures on booking are something and in reality something else. Not helpful at all, taking shortcuts. Honest to god I do not know how this is a 4 star hotel

Trevor (10/5): Merry time at Merry Land 🥳 - Everything about my stay here was a joy. Lucy is super friendly and is an amazing asset to Merry Land Hotel. Every staff member is good at their job, housekeeping is on point and the location works perfectly for me... Out of the tourist zone. I'll stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay. No faults from me.
Thomas (7/5): - Actually a good hotel to stay at. Very nice room which offered everything you need for the price you pay. Great view of the city from the roof top. Can’t really complain about much, good enough location for the beach and then getting to the river too. Pillows were extremely firm. The gym was in useable so don’t expect to use it at all. Pool wasn’t heated and the tiles around were chipping away.

Mailen (8/5): - Cómodo, la habitación era grande y el baño también. Hay secador de pelo, heladera, toallas. Podes dejar el equipaje antes y despues de tu estadía en recepción. Se escuchaba lo de la habitación de al lado. La terraza es linda y pileta también, pero solo hay un par de sillas para usar. El gimnasio que dice tener es una sola máquina.

Thi Minh Phuong (7/5): Pretty fine stay - The room is pretty nice and clean given the price it is at. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Most of the staff were pretty nice except for one staff member working in the evening. He did not resolve our mold issue and seemed to blame us for it. The room was a little too humid.

Stephanie (4/5): This is a more budget hotel with lots of improvements that could be made. - The location was okay and easy to access. The price was very affordable. The room came with no hand soap, despite requests, which seems to be highly unusual for a hotel (4 star supposedly). The staff made an error with our booking so we had separate beds. The images of the rooms were not accurate. There were exposed cables in our room and the facilities were limited.
