Not Worth the Hype or the Price Our recent stay at Adrak Summer Sand Hill Resort was a major letdown and completely ruined the mood of our trip to Vagamon. The property is extremely poorly maintained, with just two staff members struggling to manage the entire hotel. It was clear from the start that guest comfort is not a priority here. The room we were given was nothing like the pictures, it was dusty, unclean, and in desperate need of maintenance. Despite paying for an extra bed, it was never provided. Repeated requests were ignored, and the staff showed little interest in resolving any issues. Their attitude was far from courteous or professional. The so-called complimentary breakfast was unacceptable, only two items were available: dosa with watery, tasteless sambar and poori served with undercooked potato masala. To make things worse, there were no basic amenities like drinking water bottles in the room. This resort is clearly running on neglect and mismanagement. It felt like we were left to fend for ourselves. For the price they charge, this experience was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise future travellers to think twice before booking this property

Main issue is the access to the resort , we were stopped by the pedestrians during the entry to the resort. it will be difficult to enter the resort from 10 am till 5 pm during tourist season. Even though after contacting the hotel representative managed to take our car in with great difficulty and people were banging on the car . Hence the second day after local tour we parked at outside public pay parking and taken in the vehicle after 6 pm

The rooms smell of dust and the pipes and taps in the bathroom are leaky. The lights keep flickering. The staff are not very friendly. Overall, not worth the money.
- Abdul (5/5): Don't give misleading information about the property like cottage has living room which is not there - Cottage confirmed by Booking.com was with 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 1 balcony. for 3 people. But there is no cottage with living room. The manager said it is Booking.com's mistake. The property has no living room in cottages. This is misleading. The cottage room was horrible. Very old,not even cleaned, with lot of dust, cigarette portion smoked left in the room. After the continuous request they changed to a double room which was good.
