• Carter (8/5): - Only stayed for two nights, room had no windows (I knew when I booked it) and the TV had no antenna attached so it was inop. The shower had old plumbing and was not adjustable (corrosion clogged up the top shower head, so needed to use the hose, which would not clamp tight enough to the support pipe to raise it above chest level, but it could also be handheld, so it worked. The bed was very, very firm. I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay, but for a 1 nighter while awaiting transportation it is acceptable.

• w612 (2/5): Friendly family run tiny hotel with huge security concern - Be aware ! They left all room keys and your passport details copy on the reception desk, luggages unattended where anyone can see, take the keys upstairs or steal your luggages!!! The desk is only just right next to the front sliding door where anyone can just walk in and go. Luckily, I only stayed few hours for midnight flight. Upon check in, a tiny lobby with a small unattended reception desk. (Misleading Pic of coffee shop next door not the hotel entrance). 10 mins later, the teenage daughter tried to check me in. She called her mum instead who was friendly to let me check in a day early as I booked wrong arrival date. TV did not work, open shower no curtain, overall room was not clean or comfortable. Told the lady it is unsafe and unprofessional practice to leave our room keys and passport details copies at front desk unattended as anyone can walk in from the street. She was very apologetic. Overall, It is cheap lousy budget hotel for over night stay if you run out the choice. The only good thing is you do not share bathroom or room and nothing more. They are cheap for the reason. Won’t go back again. Stay at your own risk.
• ブルーコアラ (4/5): - チェックイン時フロントには誰も居ず、しばらく待つこととになった。シャワーが出ず、フロントに電話し対応してもらった。シャワーを出すにはひと手間必要だったが、その説明はチェックイン時にはなかった。トイレットペーパーやティシュペーパー等の消耗品の補充や予備置きが無かった。ロケーションはとてもよく、諸々の小さな不都合を差し引いて、寝るだけなら十分だと思う。

• Verified traveler (10/5): アソーク駅すぐです。 - 立地がとにかく抜群。ランドリー、マッサージ、飲食店などもすぐ近くにあり、ホテルの左がファミマ、曲がって右にセブンということなし。値段も安く受付の人も親切。道路側の部屋だと車の音が気になるので、窓なしルームがベスト。

• NorthStar729285 (6/5): One night stay, when most other Hotels seemed to be fully booked (holiday). - Lucky to get a room, as most other Hotels seemed to be fully booked. As such I suspect we had the worst room. For one night, and really just somewhere to sleep, it was O K, but, there was evidence of a bad damp problem in one corner of the room and the TV had a really poor signal and was unwatchable. However, the lady on the desk was really helpful, the room was generally clean and the bed comfortable. There was a fridge and air conditioning but no tea making facility. The Hotel is small with limited amenities, but in a really good location, close to the Asoak Station and Terminal 21 Shopping Centre.

• pierre_vincent15 (10/5): We felt like beeing invated at The real "White House" - Our room was very casual, nothing exceptionnal but confortable enough, quiet and clean, perfect for a good night when you're tired! The bed was big enough, the washroom was OK! But, we would like to mention the quality of reception! The woman in charge of the hosting was so nice, so friendly, so generous: we loved tha place and felt home right away! Talking about the price, was very reasonnable, cheap compare to many other hotel in the same area! Sukhumvit is a fabulous quarter and this hotel gave us the opportunity to enjoy an other point of view over Bangkok! Was like being invited at the white house "made in Thailand3

• AKIHIRO (10/5): 次回も候補の一件です。 - 窓無しの部屋も有りますが、今回は一番安い部屋を予約しましたが窓ありの部屋に案内されました。無料の水も毎日補充有りますしタオルも良い匂いの清潔感ある物でした。ASOK駅まで直ぐですし。コンビニはホテル出て隣がファミマ、右側20m位にセブンイレブンがありますし立地は最高です。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 寝るだけなら問題ありません - 今回は夜着だったので寝るだけ1泊だけ利用しました。立地的にはアソーク駅間近でべんりです。豪華さを求める宿泊料ではないので割り切れる方には便利です。 スクンビットの通り沿いにあるので車の音が気になる方は気になるかもしれません。 キーは昔ながらの差し込み型です。トイレ兼シャワールームの扉が少し扱いずらかったです。 夜遊び利用にも良いと思います。
• cdart3 (10/5): Awesome Sukhumvit location - This is one of my favorite more budget focused Bangkok hotels. Its clean, quiet, and relatively well kept up. One challenge when you arrive will be to find it as its a little tucked in to the side of the building, but once you do it will be smooth sailing. Soi Cowboy is nearby if that's your thing otherwise really close to Terminal 21 for one of the most overwhelming shopping experiences you may have (if you are a westerner). Cheerio.

• cigar7 (4/5): Too Pricey for the Quality - Stayed here 15-17 Nov. 2017, paid 2574 baht, for a deluxe double. Early check-in, before 2pm, was not available. Room 302 is small, located on 3rd floor. Air conditioner worked but dripped water all night onto the curtain and bed edge. Basically, the evaporator froze because the AC sucks in cold air because of the ceiling design and placement of the AC. The drain tube is probably blocked too. Bedding was clean, bed comfort was good. Fridge and TV worked. Hot water in shower worked, with ok water pressure. Room 302 is right on the corner soi 18 and sukhumvit, and it is noisy all the time. I could even hear people on the street talking at 2am. I couldn't stand the noise and the dripping AC so I was switched to room 303, which was quieter and the AC worked better. Hotel is located very close to the walkway that leads to the Asoke BTS. Definitely over priced for the quality of sleep.
• MarkM938 (8/5): Great location. Good staff. Basic comforts. - I'd booked 4 nights here and left after one. No, it wasn't that bad, in fact it was quite Ok, it's just that I hadn't seen my wife in almost a month and I really wanted something nice(r). Big comfortable bed which didn't leave any room for dancing. Clean. Friendly helpful staff and a great location an easy walk to just about everything Asok has to offer. Great for a fellow on his own. Not really a honeymoon or special occasion destination. But the price is right for what it is.
• allforfun1967 (6/5): Good location - Location is good as long as you don’t have a room facing Sukhumvit (noisy with the traffic on the street). Room size was decent. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Overall I would say decent budget hotel.
• chriso1966 (6/5): Depends what your looking for - If its location over peaceful sleep then this basic hotel is ideal I arrived after a long flight and was in need of a few hours sleep but the room I was given was so noisy from the sukhumvit rd traffic it felt like I was trying to sleep on the road finally I slept due to total tiredness. The room its self had all your basic needs I think a room away from the main road would be ideal
• 402wongs (4/5): Minimal standards - If you are looking for a cheap hotel with awesome location, this hotel is for you. The location for this hotel is stellar. It is 5minutes away from Terminal 21, bts and mrt. There is also a 7-11 and family mart nearby. But the amenities need improving. When I was here, Bangkok experienced its heaviest rainfall in 25 years, this resulted in the hotel's lift getting flooded. Constantly having to rely on the stairs after a full day of shopping isn't fun. The water pressure for the shower is pretty bad. The aircon can get a little noisy. The bedsheets are a little dirty and the pillows are a little thin. All in all the only thing awesome about this hotel is its location.
• Msiatravel_lover (10/5): Basic but comfortable stay! - We stayed for 3 nights and we are loving it. The room are basic and simple but sparkling clean. Location are strategic with few walking steps to 24 hours 7-Eleven and family mart. 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest Asoke station, Soi Cowboy and also Terminal 21. Reception are helpful and spoke good english. If you are a light sleeper please request for a room that are not facing the main road or a non window room. Overall it's a pleasant and comfortable stay.
• BalochOnMove (8/5): A very comfortable Stay.... - This guest house is right at the corner of a Sukhumvit road,. We arrived there in the morning. The room was not ready yet. So we were told if we want to upgrade to an other room we had to pay 300 baht more. Which we happily did as it was around 9 in the morning. The the room was small but it was good for a couple,bathroom was clean with hot shower. Though you could hear the traffic sound even if you are inside your room but that sound is not much loud one could sleep soundly. The BTS train stations are very near from the guest house. The nearest one is BTS Asok. Terminal 21 shopping Mall is also located next to BTS Asok. If you don't mind walking, you can also walk to Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. There are so many bars and restaurants in the area and so are Indian restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly. Highly recommended to stay if you Do want to stay near Sukhumvit and want to explore the area.
• bongs584 (10/5): Strategic Location with Reasonable Price - Simple and clean room with strategic location. Walking distance to BTS & MRT station, Terminal 21 Mall, Robinson etc. Next door you can find Family Mart & Seven 11. The lobby receiptions are friendly and quite helpful.
• 637CatherineD (2/5): Location great - Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, but bathroom issues - Mouldy bathroom, shower issues, flooding, just very basic, as some reviews have been honest. Best to check out the rooms before paying up, or demand your money back. Need a full refurbishment for a comfortable stay.

But this hotel dont help tuktuk to pick up tourist from road to hotel Because I need to work so Long and the weather so hot , it's make me uncomfortable . • my_dgrt (10/5): Perfect Location , Good Value! - - Located within walking distance from Asoke BTS Station / Suhkumit MRT Station. - Family Mart / 7-11 is next to the hotel. - Many food stalls (morning to midnight) outside of the hotel. - Lobby is very very small but room is big. Don't be fooled by their lobby size. - Clean, hair dryer, free wifi provided.
• epun (8/5): Good location - Very good location, very near to MRT and BTS station. The room we got unexpectedly very spacious. Wifi sometimes is very intermittent. 7-11 and happy mart just next door. Same for a cafe. It's very convenient.
• norhasnizao (10/5): Spacious hotel room - Very good hotel. Very near to BTS and MRT. Only 3 minutes walk and near to everything. Hotel room is spacious. Next to the hotel, there's Happy Mart, cafè. Recommended for all traveller to Bangkok. If you want to visit Dinasour Park, it's very near to this hotel as well.
• 992mirulh (6/5): Great Location, Can be hard to locate - Basic amenities such as toilet, bed, towel etc. Stayed for 3 nights and i must say due to its great location, i manage to maximize my time spent there. A few minutes walk to terminal 21, night market and great food are around there too.
• davidy673 (8/5): Extremely basic hotel but the location is pefect - I would never take my girlfriend to this hotel, but when traveling alone, the White House is just fine because of the perfect location, right on Sukhumvit. There are a few negatives about this place, such as the street noise and the room that needs to be upgraded. Badly. But it's just a few minutes walk to the entertainment district, Terminal 21, and a thousand restaurants. It's definitely a 3-star hotel but the location is perfect. The manager on duty during my stay was very friendly and helpful. So, 4 stars it is.
• Jawad_Ali (8/5): Average Hotel with Good Location - The hotel located at the corner of Soi 18 which is the center of everything; the reception area of hotel is too small and there is no name plate outside the hotel until you enter into the hotel. The rooms are good in size, neat and safe too comes with a complementary water and safe box. The staff is friendly, cooperative allow me to check-in at 10 AM by just paying 100 Bhat extra.
