• J. P. T. (7/5): - Behulpzame mensen aan de balie. Ruime kamer met ook een fauteuil. Erg slechte matras. Wc die een beetje doorloopt. Raar dekbed, namelijk erg kort zodat je koude voeten kunt krijgen. Niet gezellig, noch de lobby, noch de kamer. Zwembad zonder water.
• Philip (7/5): Clean, comfortable, practical, good value for money and well located. - The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The bathroom needed a shower curtain as the water just spilt out onto the floor making moving around the bathroom very hazardous, a number of times I almost slipped over on the concrete. Also the shower often continued to run more than a little after it was turned off.

• Kathryn (7/5): Good value for money - The lobby was nice and the staff were really helpful. The shower constantly oscillated between boiling hot and freezing cold and had no shower walls so flooded the whole bathroom. The walls in the room were also covered in markings. Lastly, it was very loud outside with lots of dogs in the area barking very late at night.

• Zdenek (8/5): Kousek od centra - Narychlo objednáno, předchozí hotel zrušil kvůli havárii vody naši rezervaci. Parkování na ulici docela v pohodě, pěšky do centra to také není problém. Asi byla malá obsazenost

• Aleksei (7/5): - Good service, tasty meal, near from public transport stations, comfortable room. Booked without issues. Price as described, no hidden fees. In my winder stay there was ice on tall stairs steps on entrance which remains in place more than 1 day. There also Icicles were on top of entrance corridor over the head. It is very dangerous: the guest could fall from stairs and broke limbs or got more damage, the Icicles could fall to head and make serious damage. You must take seriously care of ice cleaning in winter period all the time.

• Hans (8/5): Comfortable group stay near the center of Yerevan - Clear and kind communication with the owners. Good price/quality ratio. Not too far from the center. Different types of rooms for singles/couples and (small) families The hotel is not the most modern, and the location is slightly out of the center, though it can be reached by metro (10 minute walk) or yandex taxi. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance. Some rooms need soms maintenance and/or deep cleaning. Beds are firm.

• Fedor Zolotarev (8/5): - Отель хоть и не находится в шаговой доступности от центра и расположен на возвышенности, но удаленность от шумных потоков машин и людей - идеальный вариант для более спокойного отдыха. На территории свой небольшой бассейн, для летних путешественников. Персонал приветливый, всё прошло без проблем. Есть некоторые ограничения по зоне покрытия интернета: дальние комнаты в коридоре, могут не всегда стабильно ловить вайфай, из-за чего отключаться связь. Вероятно, следует поменять роутеры или добавить в то крыло ещё один для улучшения связи и стабильности.

It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for our stay. The balcony offered a lovely view, and since the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The room was basic but functional, though there were some major inconveniences. There was only one trash bin, which wasn’t nearly enough for a family that likes to eat in the room. We also found that the hotel doesn't clean rooms or change towels during your stay, which is quite unusual, especially for a multi-night visit. Another downside was the payment method. The hotel only accepts cash, and there’s no card machine available, which was really inconvenient. It would have been much easier to pay with a card, especially for an international guest. For anyone traveling with large luggage, be aware that there’s no elevator, which can make things tough when carrying heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs. Location-wise, while the hotel is relatively peaceful, it’s a bit isolated. The nearest shops and restaurants are a 10-15 minute uphill walk, which can be a bit tiring, especially if you're older or have young kids.

• Lusine (8/5): Hotel on Agedzor street, 15 minutes to Lover's park - The spacious size and cleanliness of the room. Thw shower stall was very clean. Wifi was often without Internet, this is unacceptable., bed was VERY stiff, breakfast was overpriced.--- 3000 local dram is too much for the breakfast. No elevator.. TV stops working if you turn it towards different direction. Room was good, but service of WiFi without Internet is no service....

We didn't use the pool, but it was an added bonus. The bathroom needed refurbishing. We asked for twin beds, but due to this the room was cramped with no access to the wardrobe.
