- Oden (9/5): - Clean, friendly, comfortable...great little place to stay.
- Alison (8/5): I would stay here again. - Was pleasantly surprised as this little motel was very clean and comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. The heater did not warm the room up unless we turned it up to 80. Then cut it back to 74 to be comfortable. A minor inconvenience.
- Nancy (10/5): For the price and convenience, I will book again - It’s was close to the fairgrounds where the event I was attending was held. The lady a the check in desk was polite and professional, my room was very clean and comfortable. No peep hole in the door and a definite space between the bottom of the door and threshold allowing cold air in. Easy fix was a rolled up towel.

- Richard (1/5): - It was a great location. The room had ants, roaches and spiders. The bathroom had tile work that was not finished, mold and mildew present, room was not clean
- bryon (2/5): Old - Old and smelly nice people but something is dead in those walls
- Holly (8/5): $600. Dollar difference was worth it! - Was very impressed with the appearance of the room. Very clean, updated. Bathroom is small as my husband is disabled but we managed as we brought a shower chair and an assistance for toilet use. We needed a place to take a bath and clean up. As we were at fair with son and grandkids watching them show hogs at fair. It was just up the street from fair. For the price we said was great! Will book next year!

- Cynthia (10/5): It was the very best exceptional experience at a motel I we had in our lifetime!!! 🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️ - We traveled to the Budget Inn in Sedalia, Missouri for my 40th high school class reunion from Rockford, Illinois by car. The lady and the thatbthe place are very nice and friendly and it's a family oriented place and the lady of the motel provided a sewing kit for my husband to use to sew up my dress for the class reunion also which was very nice of her to do for us. The motel is close and convenient to stores and gas stations too. And we will definitely stay there again in the future definitely!!! 🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️ There was nothing I disliked and the place. And we will definitely stay there again in the future!!! 🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️
- Amanda (10/5): - Clean room and quiet. Comfortable bed. Great customer service.
- Mcgilton (3/5): It was ok for the price ig - The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice There was mold spots in the shower curtain one of the lights looked like it was going to fall out the ceiling.
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Theresa (2/5): - Cancelled our room the day before our state fair trip! Sooo unprofessional! Do not stay here!
- Caisie (2/5): Cabins have roaches. - So the regular rooms just ok for sleeping & showering. We needed another room so they offered a cabin in the back. We were rushed so we agreed and when we came back that night the kitchen was infested with roaches. We were only able to get a partial refund & stuck trying to find another room at 1am for the MSF.
- Melinda (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable.
- Lara (8/5): Great place to stay. - Location was very good for the State Fair. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The only thing that I didn't like was how loud the air conditioner was.
- Erica (7/5): It was ok - The bed was comfy The face sink needed more cleaning, as well as the drawers
- Tia (1/5): Bad - Lots of drug activity
- amy (2/5): - They charged me double
- Serghei (9/5): Awesome great nice quite highway hotel rest area that’s well clean and nice always stocked every now in then maybe a roa - Nice clean quiet Not a lot of parking space or cabin prices for just a week that’s too much a month but it’s not bad it’s decent enough
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Sam (10/5): - It was a great stay. The room was spotless the bed were good. Well worth the stay would stop again. Sam D
- norman (8/5): Amazing owners - The owners are always super friendly ans helpful. I love them. The rooms are always quite and peaceful.
- Stephanie (7/5): Good - The staff was so friendly, out of this world accommodating. Love them and couldn't say enough good about them. They even gave me a cute little gift bag. Rooms updated and clean! The staff takes pride there. Pretty good location. The room unfortunately reeked of smoke. It was a non smoking room, but people don't care about much these days. That was the worst part honestly. A few unsavory people out in front of their rooms was the other, but overall felt safe as a female solo Travler.
- Tasha (8/5): - Last minute booking was easy..saw a couple of bugs in room
- norman (10/5): Was good - The owner is really friendly.
- Gary (1/5): ok for a one night stay except for the bugs! - The room was sufficient but needed more coffee packets. parking right in front of our room was really nice and the air conditioner was noisy, but cold. And I liked that they furnished a blow dryer. BUGS ! BUGS ! BUGS ! I don't know what kind of bugs they were but it was disgusting! I will NOT stay here again!!!
- Charlotte (1/5): Appalling. So bad we were unable to stay. Avoid at all costs. - Bathroom was clean. Couldn’t stay overnight because of the intensity of the smell of cigarette smoke. When the AC unit was on, the smell was so horrendous we felt sick and kept coughing. Although it was marginally better with the unit off, it was not enough that we could stand to stay, and it was certainly too hot to keep it off.
The bed was very high and not comfortable during the hour we tried to acclimatise to the room.
Although it was mid-afternoon, the noise from people outside was very loud, as the doors and walls seemed thin.
Most of the doors were covered in dents as though someone had kicked them.
The room had many flies that we were trying to remove, only to find more.
When we told staff we were not prepared to stay, they were not apologetic or helpful.
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional -
- jerald (2/5): - I got to the property and my reservation was canceled and I had no place to stay as the whole town was sold out due to an event. They blamed it on Expedia but Expedia has no idea it was canceled.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erin (8/5): Very good -
- Brandy (3/5): Poor -
- Hayes (9/5): It was a ice clean and quiet room - Quietness & clean room Checkout comes to early

- Mcguire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cassie (2/5): - They did not have my room ready. I reserved a double room and they only had a single. So had to stay somewhere else
- Terrance (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (8/5): - For the price it’s not a bad place to stay for work travel but I wouldn’t bring my kids here. Staff was nice, place is just in need of some TLC bad!
- Florence (1/5): It was awful - Nothing The beds were uncomfortable, had no heat so it was like 40 degrees, had to switch rooms because the door wouldn’t lock.
- Erin (1/5): Bad -
- Gabriel (1/5): Bad - The bed was comfortable These muhfukas got roaches, everything wasn't working, walls so thin you can hear everything next door and from further rooms, the Staff tried to double charge for stay. Door did not lock.
- Dawna (2/5): - I booked a king smoking room and the staff member that checked me in gave me a non smoking room but didn't make that known then at checkout informed me that she was keeping my deposit because I smoked in the room
- Amy (4/5): Beware of room 109 - In town for a school event and every hotel in the area was totally booked, so we had to stay regardless of the condition. The bedding had cigarette burns on them and the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The wall had a massive water stain. The floor had water coming up from the floor. The sink doesn’t drain. The tub was stained and dirty. The phone in the room didn’t work. The bed was comfortable and that’s about the only nice thing I can say. When I called the front desk about the water, she brought me some towels and told me to leave them on the floor.
- Sindy (3/5): Poor -
- Delanie (10/5): - Great staff and very clean rooms!
- Delanie (10/5): - Great staff and clean rooms.
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michae (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Preston (4/5): - I had stayed at this property a few years ago, and it was nice and clean with remodeled rooms. I had to go to Sedalia again this weekend so I had remembered this place and reserved a room. When I arrived it took 20 minutes to find someone to check me in. I actually had to get a housekeeper to find this person. He was nice and got the room ready for me in about 30 minutes. I got in and had a wedding to get ready for, so I decided to take a shower to freshen up. It took at least two minutes to get hot water. I left for the wedding, then returned about midnight. Seems there are some full timers here, and were up all night....both sides of my room, talking loudly, sometimes yelling. Cars coming and going all night and into the morning as well. The room as I studied it was not that bad. But the bedding had stains on it, and the sheets had burn holes in them along with the curtains. It was a non-smoking room and it smelled of stale smoke. I didn't even sleep under the covers, instead I slept fully clothed and packed so at first light I could get out of there. I left the room as it was presented to me. I won't be back.
- Denita (3/5): Poor -
- Colby (2/5): - This is the motel my parents warned me of when i was a kid. I never thoguht id see a motel this horrible. Bugs, mold, extreme odors, stains on everything, smoking, sketchy people everywhere, and many more things. Absolutely vile motel. I dont know how a place like this is allowed to stay open. No refunds allowed because they know people will want to leave once they see bugs where they are supposed to sleep.
- Carli (1/5): Bad -
- Teresa (2/5): - They double charged me. They own two properties and charged me for both even though I only stayed in one. Their processes are not in place if you reserve through Expedia.
- Chris (4/5): - Room price was low but don't stay here unless you like cold showers, marginal heat, a hair dryer that doesn't work, and no rack or even hook on which to hang clothes. The first night there was cold and the in the wall heater would not turn on. The second it came on but blew air directly across the bed. The water in the shower was cold both days I was there. There was a hair dryer but it didn't function. It would be more aptly named the Low Budget Inn.
