Reminded us of the condo where we used to live in Florida. Quiet neighborhood. Great spot down the road to watch the rocket launches! And overall just a great stay.

• Jacqueline (10/5): - We didn’t know what we were going to expect but it exceeded it! We were welcomed with a baggie of toiletries. The staff was super nice and check in was super easy. When we opened the door, it just smelt so clean! Then we were surprised to see that the kitchen came with plates and other kitchen necessities to make our stay easier! Even had a complimentary popcorn bag! The pool area was also super clean! We loved it here so much! We will be back again and be recommending it to our peps! Thank you!
• Derrisa Sheree (6/5): - The property was what looked like an old apartment complex. It did not look or feel like a resort. The room was spacious but very old and outdated. However it was very clean. There was only 1 TV and it was in the living room so on what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend i was forced to stay on the couch which was not comfortable to binge watch my shows instead of laying in the bed all day. Also the bed was old as well the pillows seemed to soft but definitely better than couch. I think there was 1 pool but i dont know where it was definitely not in walking distance of my room. However this resort was all about LOCATION it was literally within 5-10 away from everything. So if you want to just have a place to sleep and you have plans to go to places everyday then this is good. If you looking to relax and just do things at resort this is not the place for you. I would stay here again if im coming down to visit Kennedy space center or go to the beach which was actually 30 min away i didnt go it was to far to drive for me.
• April (10/5): - Although the property was older, it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the villa we stayed in was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.
• Brad (8/5): - Overall good stay! 1. Beds were old/broken down. Sore backs! 🙁 2. We were contacted and told by the manager the day before we were leaving, that we were late for departing, that our stay was for 7 days. My husband told her I made the reservation for 8 days. They finally figured it but, a little stressful.
• Elaine (10/5): - It was really clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent and the staff was friendly and awesome.
• Danny (6/5): - The property has good bones but there is mold outside and despite damp rids in the unit you could smell the water damage, it was clean but the old uncomfortable mattress definitely need to be changed. The unit shows its age some new doors and a little more invested would go a long way definitely convenient and spacious at best for reasons beyond the staffs control I say 3 out of 5. Perfectly located across from space center.
• NIKHIL (6/5): - The exact unit address is different from the address on the booking site. The front office didn’t communicate the actual address. It took a while to figure out the assigned unit location in the midnight. (Someone else also mentioned the same in their review). The house is clean and well arranged. However, the mattresses and the blankets are horrible. The mattresses are sunk in the middle and the beds make a lot of squeaky noises. The blankets provided were not properly cleaned. We found some dirt on them. Apart from these the rest are all good. I just want the future guests to take a note on these.

• Dale (10/5): Nice villa for our family - The unit was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice pool. Somehow we had a miscommunication with fresh towels exchange but it was ok. Directions to our particular unit could have been better as we were arriving after normal hours. Office closes at 4. Overall a very comfortable stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Feels like home. - Staff was kind and courteous. When traveling with a family, the flexibility of having so much space and access to laundry facilities is so much less stressful than cramming into a hotel room.

• Melissa (10/5): Comfortable and cozy - We were there for our dad’s funeral so weren’t vacationing. The villa is nice and clean and comfortable. (We didn’t use the pool or washer and dryer). The only thing I can complain about is that there was no shampoo or conditioner. But laundry soap was included as well as dish soap and little bars of soap. (Not sure about dishwasher soap?) Overall, I would definitely stay there again as it is quite spacious, comfortable and centrally located to various places.

• Deborah C (8/5): - Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...
• Stephan Peter (10/5): - This was my second stay now and it was as great as last time. You get your own apartment with all you need. Kitchen utensils were clean and in good shape. This is now my number one place to stay when visiting the space coast. 5min drive to some good launch viewing spots.

Also the essentials like dishsoap and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine were provided in a goodie bag.The airconditioning had most likely more power than my car. I think it was great value and felt right at home.
• Michael (10/5): A gem in Titusville, Fl. - The property is in a quiet area and well kept. They literally have thought of everything and know the true meaning of customer service. When we checked in, the experience was fast with great interaction. When we arrived to our unit; within 15 minutes of arrival our downstairs unit was bombarded with the sounds of a large barking dog and children running back and fourth. This continued for some time so I had a brief encounter with the upstairs neighbors to remind them they now had downstairs neighbors. They became indifferent and informed us they would try to keep it down but couldnt promise. Good enough, they relented at least for the evening, but by 715a the next morning the running and barking reconvened. We contacted the front office to which they were very accomodating and moved us immediately to an alternate, and quiet unit for the duration of the stay.
• Donald (8/5): - This is a nice place. We have three children and it was perfect for our needs. It could use some sprucing up, it’s clean just dated but even with that said we will stay there again as we Travel there to see family a couple of times a year.

• Michael (6/5): - I'll make this short, there is a railroad crossing very close to this property. You will hear train horns every hour or so all night, every night. This is directly on a fairly busy road, you will hear traffic and noise all night long. There were suspicious looking people on the sidewalk out front more than a few times. We had someone walk up on our second story balcony and start screaming. The "pool key" we were given did not work, the level of security around the pool area that did not seem like an accident to me. I would not stay here again
• Sharen (8/5): - I really enjoy staying at Vacation Villas. I just wish the furniture wasn’t so worn out and uncomfortable. The property dated and could use a remodel but I don’t really mind that. It’s clean and the office staff are wonderful. And I love the screened in porch. The sofa and loveseat are sunk in and made of vinyl. Very uncomfortable and almost unusable.

• Casilda (10/5): Family Time - It was very pleasant and comfortable. The only issue I had was getting my work phone to work with the Wi-Fi. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I was only working a short day and spending the rest of the time with my family.

Inside unit great. 2 bathrooms one bedroom, dining room, living room and well stocked kitchen- it would have been nice to have one of the units with a screened porch to enjoy the outside. Access to laundry easy and inexpensive- tool toys and beach chairs and towels for the pool were available for free.

• Melissa Jean (6/5): - I like that it's an actual apartment, not hotel... good if you have little ones that need space and don't want to be cooped up in a small room. It is outdated, which is OK and can see from the online pics, but a little disappointed in the cleanliness. Again since it's affordable and spacey, may stay again... have family in the area but if i stay longer, may just go to the store and clean deep clean it myself ahead of time...specifically bathrooms/bathtub and excess hair from previous stays.

• Brian (8/5): Affordable and clean. - Overall the experience was good. The place was very clean and a great value. Like other reviews say, it’s nothing luxurious but it is clean and affordable. Just to be fair we did have a few critters (tiny snake and lizard) make their way in during our stay. So if a little wildlife isn’t your thing just keep an eye out. My only issue was that they make it seem like every unit has a screened in balcony/patio. That is not the case! Very few actually have that and ours had a shared patio space with the neighboring unit. This was a bit of a downer for us consider the enclosed seating area was what made us decide to choose this place. The pool area is small but nice with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly as well. We would stay here again.

If you want a good value for the dollar, this is a great place. If you want to live extravagantly, this may not be your cup of tea. It is a wonderfully clean, relaxing place.
• Sukhbir (6/5): Old(er), adequate, a little far from Orlando - Thought rated well I was hoping for it to be a little newer but nonetheless found it adequate for my family. Kitchen was good. Overall clean. Area very safe, aside from loud engines driving by frequently at night. Booked it because of price but if you're looking to go to Orlando often it's actually tough to travel the approx 1hr everyday, sometimes more due to traffic...got tiring. Cape Canaveral is close though. Titusville itself I found quite great for some of its local coffee shops, which surprised me. Overall a good place to stay if you like a quiet vacation.

• Roberto (8/5): Great place to stay. - Vacation Villas turned out to be a lot better than expected, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, bedsheets were actually clean, they smelled like they had just come out of the dryer. Overall, our family was very pleased with this villa. Highly recommended.

• Danielle (10/5): Vacation Villas - Everything was perfect! From the size of the bedrooms and kitchen to the screened-in porch. No issues with parking. The only concern I had was the dishes were still a little dirty that were in the cupboard, we had to wash them before use but it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.
• Nicholas (10/5): Good stay - Room was great, had everything we needed. Close to KSC and near Dixies for dinner. Internet cut in and out a few times, but other than that the room was great. Hotels.com was a mess but the hotel itself was great.

• Victoria (8/5): - Stayed here while waiting to see a NASA launch. 22 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. The condo we were in was dated, but very clean. The cost was low compared to other options in Titusville, and the kitchen allowed us to cook meals. Quiet location with lots of parking. Staff really great to work with. We were a bit nervous based on reviews we read before coming here, but had no problems at all. Would stay again without a doubt.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Worth The Stay - The communication with the Front Office was perfect! I'm so glad I was able to stay here. I thought the crazy Artemis I launch schedule would interfere with checking in and checking out. The Front Office worked with me to make sure me and my luggage was safe. Definitely coming back! The price of my 3-day was cheaper than the hotels in the area.

Third and finally it is easy to get to US 1 and go to Cape Canaveral, Merrit Island and coco Beach. Definitely will book yhis place at leadt once a year!
• Brittany (10/5): Super homey - The room smelled amazing when we walked in and was immaculate. Super spacious room also. The only downsides I noticed were the hard bed and only 1 hand soap was issued to us even though our room had 2 bathrooms.

• Renee (8/5): Superb cleanliness - The cleanliness of our villa was exceptional, this place was so clean it was awesome…granted the villa is out dated but extremely clean and everything worked…my only complaint was our queen size bed, it was very uncomfortable. There’s plenty of room in the bedroom to put a nice king size bed…other then the bed our stay was perfect. I’m planning on staying here again.
