Lopez (10/5): Great stay, been here a couple times. It is one of my daughter and I favorite hotel to stay at. - Clean and the staff are nice. Breakfast is good and always hot. Pool is warm and not cold like most. Swimming class instructor was a bit childish

Debi Debz (10/5): GREAT HOTEL - Everyone but one front desk worker she was a Lil rude but I'm learning not everyone likes their jobs and they take it out on others or they think they are better than everyone but all in all this is hands down one of the best hotels I've been to in the past 5 years.... all the employees (except the one) had mad respect and were mad nice and helpful... I will return again and everytime i do I'll be staying here... OH ONE MORE THING THEY NEED MORE BACON DAYS UGH.... THEY DON'T HAVE BACON EVERYDAY LOL 😋😛😜🤪😝

Eileen (10/5): Cozy and comfortable - The staff was wonderful. Bruce greeted us during check-in and the kids loved him. The gal that was at the desk the next morning was awesome as well (sorry I didn't get her name!). The breakfast was great. That we had to share the pool with swimming lessons that were occurring, but the kids had a blast regardless
Geoffrey (9/5): it's clean, comfortable and a good value. - my television remote didn't work. When I asked the front desk, they gave me two batteries. When I went back to say that didn't work, she suggested I wait until her relief arrived. 1/2 hr. I convinced her to give me another remote after a long discussion as to whether the ones she had behind her desk worked at all. That solved the problem.

I liked everything except a collection of young adults were allowed to congregate on the sidewalk outside and have what looked like a tailgating party, loud, obnoxious and heavily drinking. I was surprised staff allowed this. Not exactly family environment.

I mean it sounded like kids jumping off beds, running, etc. It was shaking everything in our room. This started at 7:30, called front desk and he said he would contact them. It died down for about an hour and started again. At a little after 10 I called again and he said he would call again or move them. Didn’t happen. Noise continue until after midnight. We couldn’t move because we needed handicapped room. Was disappointed they didn’t move them.

danielle (10/5): - This was the perfect stay for what I needed. The staff was very accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night. I work night shift and I didn't what switch rooms in the middle of my sleep. They were able to keep me in the same room and I got my full uninterrupted sleep.
