• Serena (6/5): è stato complessivamente un buon soggiorno ma per molti giorni ci si deve un pò adattare - La posizione era molto buona, a poca distanza dalla Elizabeth Line che conduce al centro di Londra. La colazione era abbondante, ma limitata per chi ha intolleranze, anche se la cameriera si è impegnata per trovare qualcosa per me quindi ho apprezzato l'impegno. Si potrebbe migliorare la cucina, curare un pò di più le intolleranze, ordine, pulizia e sistemazione; è un posto che ha molto potenziale, per cui andrebbe sfruttato meglio.

• Matthew (10/5): Brilliant accommodation in a great location - Fantastic accommodation in a lovely quiet area. We stayed with our 3 yr old in a family room and the room was spotlessly clean, modern with really comfy beds. We ate in the pub downstairs for dinner and that was amazing and great value. Freshly made pizzas in a real pizza oven. Breakfast the next day was included and delicious. Incredible value. The area itself was so peaceful with a lovely park and great play area over the road. We used a parking app to find a parking space for just £8 for 24 hours and tube to Westminster took 30 mins. Fabulous trip! Nothing 😊

• Joe (10/5): Thumbs up - Such a great find. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, friendly staff — and breakfast included too. For the price, I really don't think you can do much better in London (in fact, you could pay a lot more and do worse). It's about a 10-minute walk to Hanwell Station, and then a short ride into town. Not a problem for me, but you can hear the pub down below until closing time.

• Luke (9/5): - Staff were great. Room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. It is a working pub so they had live music the night we stayed. They did warn us about this the second we had booked but we decided to stay anyway. The noise did travel up to the room but we put some white noise on and slept fine. Everything else was great.
• Mireille (10/5): Un charmant hôtel où il faut poser ses valises à Londres - Si vous venez à Londres, ne passez pas à côté de cet établissement, un personnel au petit soin, chambre lumineuse et très propre pour y dormir, restaurant simple mais copieux et très bon avec ses pizzas entre autres, des soirées rythmées par la musique pour se restaurer, un petit déjeuner traditionnel anglais ou continental copieux, avec de nombreuses lignes de bus tout autour et pas loin de l'aéroport d'Heathrow, que dire de plus.... Dommage qu'il soit l'heure de repartir !!!! En espérant pouvoir y revenir.... Rien, tout était parfait

• denis (10/5): - Hotel proche du métro Hanwell (10min a pied). Facile de rejoindre Londres en une 20aine de minutes. Le quartier de Hanwell est sympa, ambiance très agréable. L'hôtel est charmant, avec de belles chambres à l'étage (nous avions avec salle de bain commune, aucun soucis, trés propre et toujours dispo). Le pub/resto au RDC est rès pratique et chaleureux le soir pour se restaurer sur place et boire un verre après une bonne journée de balade. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympa.

• Simon (8/5): Perfect for what I wanted. - Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast and a good location for the party I was going to. Room was a bit small - ok because I was on my own. Too small for a couple though. I came back after hours and there's quite a convoluted way of gaining access via a gate and a door right around the other side of the building. Not a big deal, but if they could simplify that process it would be good.

• William (10/5): - Great place and very kind and helpful staff. The pub downstairs is a bonus since you can eat and drink. Pretty far from the center of London. Needs about 1h with bus to get there but its close to bus station and moving around with bus in London its very easy.

• Francis (8/5): Lovely pub and great place to stay. - Staff were really friendly and it’s a beautiful pub in a great location. Food was great and the beds were really comfortable. A bit noisy, especially in the mornings. Doors slamming woke us up from 5am.
• Karl-Heinz (8/5): Sehr günstige Unterkunft in London mit sehr freundlichem Personal, netter Atmosphäre und Restaurant. - Das Personal war zur Gänze sehr freundlich, vor allem die Dame beim Frühstück! Das Frühstück ist durchaus ausreichend und sehr gut. Das Haus ist, wie in England zumindest in dieser Gegend, schon etwas älter, hat aber eine nette Atmosphäre - vor allem das Restaurant, in dem man am Abend sehr gut essen kann. Wir hatten auch das Glück, dass an einem Abend ein Ukulele-Treffen mit toller Musik war. Die Zimmer sind zwar auch schon etwas älter und die Türen klemmen ein wenig, aber sie sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet (wir hatten ein bzw. das Zimmer mit eigener Dusche bzw. eigenem WC) - ein Luxushotel darf man sich nicht erwarten. In der Nähe gibt es einige Bushaltestellen und zur Elisabeth-Line ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Man kann sich auch in der Nähe Lebensmittel kaufen oder auch essen gehen. Sehr günstiger Preis für London!!!

• Andrea (10/5): - Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt im The Green W7!!! Gute Anbindung an London, ruhige Lage um sich vom Trubel der Großstadt zu erholen. Schöne gemütliche Zimmer mit allem Notwendigen, wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit eigener Dusche/WC. Morgens konnten wir wählen zwischen English Breakfast und Eiern verschiedener Zubereitung,verschiedenen Getränken,alles frisch zubereitet und Toast,Marmelade,Obst, Joghurt,Müsli, Saft. Abends verschiedene Veranstaltungen, nette Menschen im Pub und leckeres Essen. Und nicht zu vergessen -das Wichtigste-die durchweg sehr freundlichen und zugewandten Mitarbeiter die unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht haben. Es gab Geburtstagskuchen mit Kerze und ein Lied für unseren Sohn:):):)

• Christine (10/5): A very comfortable and pleasant stay. - Convenient for my requirements. A lovely large double aspect bedroom. Very clean and tidy, plus friendly and helpful staff. The Shared facilities, plus the TV was difficult to operate, with no printed instructions.

Location was ok for us as first timers in London. Breakfast was decent and value for money. Also, the night shift staff helped us carry our heavy baggage upstairs. Having to carry by myself (50+ yrs old) heavy baggage down narrow stairs when checking out. Having to share bathroom. Too small bathroom size.

Family atmosphere, great pizza and other food for dinner in the downstairs restaurant, also fun to see all the locals bring in their families and listen to live ukulele music once a week. It was a little noisy our first night, though the music was great. Servers couldn't be nicer and more helpful! Nothing, if you want to get out of the city and have a local experience in a quaint neighborhood and a place that is definitely not a sterile, impersonal hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Cela ce fait bien en marchant mais il faut prévoir un minimum organisation notamment pour les horaires de train.

• Secil (8/5): Nice accomodation - The room was clean and comfortable. The transportation was easy. Supermarket was just few mins walking distance. Breakfast was simple, most of the time we had to wait long for dishes to arrive. We had been informed about a birthday party planned during our stay, we were not extremely annoyed by that, even our small child was sleeping despite the high noise levels. But generally the idea of such parties if you are running an accommodation business should be considered very carefully. Not everybody with small child would take this lightly. My main issue was shared wc/showers. We are very tidy people and know how to be respectful to other guests. But some of the other guests were leaving the shared area in such condition, we had to clean after them because we needed to use it.... urgently. If the accomodation was offered with shared facilities, then someone should always check these areas or put visible notice stickers etc for people how to use these areas.

I was allowed the checkout slightly later which was appreciated. Staff could have been more friendly and accommodating to simple requests. Could feel the springs of the mattress through the sheet in the bed.

• Shunsuke (9/5): とても素晴らしい、また利用したい。 - 共用のトイレやバスルームということで、最初は清潔さや使い勝手に少し不安がありましたが、実際にはまったくそのような心配はありませんでした。 トイレやバスルームはもちろん、部屋もとてもきれいで快適でした。 スタッフの皆さんも親切で丁寧に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。 朝食も美味しく、駅から徒歩圏内という立地も大変便利で良かったです。 夜遅く、24時近くまで下のバーから大きな音楽が聞こえてくるため、小さなお子様連れの方にはあまり向いていないかもしれません。 また、端の部屋だったせいか、Wi-Fiの接続がほとんどできませんでした。 それでも、これらの点を差し引いてもなお、良かった点のほうがはるかに上回る、とても素晴らしいホテルだと思います。
• Slobodanka (5/5): Restless in Hanwell... - The staff were friendly and helpful... The room was very small. The bed was not comfortable. We did notcsleep at all. There was no heating in the bathroom at all!!! and it's November! The heating in the room was on when we arrived but no heating came on in the morning in the room and it was a very cold morning. However a small heater was provided which was OK. The lighting in the bathroom was blinding! The menue is limited.

• Myriam (7/5): - L accueil de Caroline était top ! Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans la cour du pub car tout est payant aux alentours . Le petit dej est excellent ainsi que la nourriture en général , l ambiance du pub . La chambre très petite , à peine la place de passer si nous ouvrons nos valises cabine par terre. Vraiment rudimentaire. Le pommeau de douche ne tient pas en place pour se doucher les mains libres . Le wifi pas top du tout
