Ultra propre, entretien significatif, simple mais parfait pour ce type de vacances. Pour nous, le bruit mentionné par d’autres critiques ne nous a pas du tout dérangé. Le personnel est particulièrement à l’écoute, familial, disponible et ultra accommodant. Organisation impeccable avec le club hamacas (gros plus, déjeuner impeccable) transport facile, et aucun sollicitation pour achat. Nous avons été comblés et sommes prêts à y retourner. Rien aucun commentaire négatif

• Courtney (6/5): Stayed here because I wanted a relaxing beach birthday trip, very disappointed. - The hotel is a 10 minute walk straight from the ferry, but the road is a bit bumpy and dusty. If you have suitcases, a taxi (costs 100) might be easier. The staff was very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and there's AC and a fan. My family likes it cold and the AC was nice. The shower's had warm water, and there was a small TV in the room. Despite being so close to the center of town, it was quiet and easy to sleep at night. Very close to the beach (but the beach was mostly private for other hotels and not that nice). Some people complained about bugs and mosquitoes, but we didn't have a problem at all with bugs here. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience honestly put a damper on my birthday trip. While the hotel itself is fine and the staff were kind, the “included” amenities feels misleading and not worth the price. Breakfast is off-site at La Hamaca beach club (10min taxi or 20min walk). The hotel covers one shared shuttle in the morning, which is the bare minimum, but everything about it is inconvenient. Breakfast is average, and some items cost extra, which just adds to the feeling that you’re constantly being upsold. The biggest issue is the beach club access, which is heavily misrepresented. You’re told you can use the beach club and its chairs and umbrellas, just not the pool. In reality, it’s much worse. 1 - Transportation is not actually included beyond one round trip. We were told this at checkin, but since we were 3 in a room and we shared morning taxi with other guests, we thought it was 1 trip per guest. If you want to go back later in the day, you’re paying 150 each way, which feels ridiculous for something marketed as part of the stay. 2 - The seating situation is borderline absurd. The actual beachfront chairs and umbrellas, the ones you’d expect, are reserved for other hotels. Guests from this hotel are placed in random chairs inside restaurant area, not even on the beach, . It’s awkward, uncomfortable, and completely defeats the purpose of going. You’re expected to lay out in the middle of a dining space while people are eating, while a pool and proper beach seating sit just a few steps away that you’re not allowed to use. At that point, there is no real “beach access” benefit. It’s misleading at best. It'd be better if they partnered with somewhere closer in town. Mini freezer in room would be nice. For the price I paid, I expected a relaxing, seamless experience. Instead, I spent extra money, dealt with unnecessary logistics, and ended up frustrated. It genuinely took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday trip.

W tej cenie właściwie bardzo adekwatnie do jakości Rano bardzo głośno, słychać było każdego z gości Do śniadania dość daleko i czekaliśmy na nie prawie godzinę ale rozumiem, że to nie wina hotelu, a restauracji. Nie bardzo jest gdzie skorzystać z plaży - restauracja ma dosłownie symboliczną ilość ale nie komfortowo tak leżeć między stolikami
• Bmanone (10/5): A Perfect Siesta in Holbox - We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Siesta Holbox. The location is perfect—close to the beach and right in the heart of town, but still quiet and relaxing. The breakfast every morning was excellent and something we looked forward to each day. The hotel also made transportation very easy, which made getting to and from the Beach completely stress-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience We are so happy that we returned for our second stay We definitely look forward to the next vacay at the Siesta🌴🌴🌴

Highlight: Der inklusive morgendliche Transport mit dem Strandbuggy zum Frühstücksrestaurant am Strand. Herrlich für groß und klein! Mini-Manko war der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur der Dusche (zu heiss). Das Wassersystem auf Holbox ist aber generell ein Problem.

Il est possible de profiter du beau club las hamacas mais par contre il n'y a que quelques transats pour les clients de l'hôtel siesta. • Austėja (10/5): Perfect for a short stay - Very nice hotel! Loved the central location, close to everything in the island. The breakfast and beach access is ~1,5km away but they give a shuttle bus. Overall we enjoyed the experience. It was a bit noisy in the evening from the street, even with windows shut.
• justmyopinion1957 (10/5): ANOTHER AMAZING STAY - Holbox is among my favorite destinations and this intimate boutique hotel is one of the reasons why. Hotel Siesta provides everything needed: a clean and nicely furnished room, functional air conditioning, enough hot water for showers, an excellent location that is close to the plaza and walking distance to the beach AND includes access to Las Hamacas beach club. Yet what makes Hotel Siesta truly special is the staff. From check-in with moist towels and water, to detailed information about the included AMAZING breakfast, taxis and tours, Martha and Dani could not have been more welcoming. They are the people who set the tone for a delightful stay. We have stayed at this lovely “hotelito” several times, with various friends from different parts of the world and no one has been disappointed. Bottom line: if you are looking for a small local hotel (not a resort), then Hotel Siesta is an excellent value and the perfect choice!

• Jill (9/5): Wunderbares Frühstück mit tollem Personal - Das Frühstück und der Transfer dorthin inkl. der Nutzung der Liegen war wunderbar, genauso wie der nette Service der beiden Damen an der Rezeption. Außerdem gibt es einen kostenlosen Wasserspender mit kaltem und heißem Wasser und jeden Tag auch eine große Kanne aufgefüllt mit Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Mitten im Zentrum von Holbox, nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Fähranleger. Die Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher waren etwas begrenzt. Außerdem war unser Zimmer zur Straße raus zwar sehr schön, groß und hell. Aufgrund der sehr befahrenen Straße (durch die zentrale Lage, siehe positiv) nachts teilweise recht laut.

• Ludivine (6/5): Attention aux arnaques! - Les chambres sont très propres et l'hôtel est très bien placé en centre ville mais au calme Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié la malhonnêteté du personnel de l'hôtel qui nous a proposé de réserver au restaurant pour le 31 décembre sans nous préciser ce qui était compris ou pas compris. Résultat plus de 600€ de repas du réveillon pour 6! Une grosse arnaque et surtout c'est prendre le touriste pour un pigeon !
• Nimrodg (8/5): Overall a great place to stay in Holbox - The location is absolutely fantastic, it's as central as possible. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean (see exception in "cons" section). We liked the remote-controller fan, incense, insect repellent, body lotion, drinking water and other room "extras". The transport to the restaurant was the best! "Las Hamacas", the restaurant where the included breakfast is at, had really good food, especially the "extra pay" menu and its location right next to the beautiful stretch of white sand leading to "Punta Musquito" was a great addition. I found the overall price to be quite high, but given that it was "New Years", "High Season", central location and other factors can explain this. The water pressure in the shower was very low and at times it felt like someone is just watering you like a human plant with a nice sprinkle of water. We understand it's an overall Holbox issue but it might be solveable with pumps or other solutions. It also doesn't really align with the bath and the bubble bath they provided, as it would take 5h to fill the bath. Additionally, the bath/shower itself was not clean at all, it seemed to accumulate some black gunk (I wouldn't just to say mold, but its likely to be it). We weren't too sensitive to it and the cleaning crew cleaned as much as possible in the next cleaning session (I'd like to assume). We would have also liked if they provided earplugs as our room was facing the street and was very noisy. We didn't care about the noise as we knew it's typical for a central location, but assumed they would provide earplugs.

Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und stand uns immer Tipps zu Verfügung auch wenn es Probleme gab war Sie sofort Lösungs orientiert Die Lage war etwas weiter vom Strand ,, playa Norte,, gelegen. In der Umgebung gab es trotzdem einige Supermärkte aber wenig Restaurants oder Bars . Man benötigt einen Roller / Golf Car um Flexibel zu sein . In der Gegend ist es schwierig ein Taxi zubekommen . Wir hatten auch Probleme mit der Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen .

Achámos o custo caro para um hotel bom, mas relativamente normal, e que não está de frente para o mar.

Ragazze della reception gentilissime e accomodanti Colazione a las hamacas con ampia scelta e buonissima ( consiglio di chiedere il pastel nutellla caldo del horno, atomico per 40 pesos) Ti danno una sacca con teli mare molto utile Escursioni tramite la reception ottime ( squalo balena e bioluminescenza) Durante il giorno puoi stare a las hamacas nei lettoni interni senza pagare ( non sul mare ), consiglio di arrivare presto altrimenti non trovi posto e a quel punto puoi pagare 800 pesos per persona ( che converti in food and Beverage durante la giornata ) per avere lettino in spiaggia. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare dei difetti : - doccia camera 4 non ha possibilità di girare il soffione - camera 4 esposta al rumore di motori condizionatori delle altre camere ( gestibile per chi non ha il sonno leggero come me ) - camera 5 ha condizionatore vecchio non telecomando universale con il quale non si può regolare split e funzione ( consiglio alla struttura di investire e cambiarlo per essere al top come su tutte le altre cose positive )

J’ai pu faire laver mon linge et c’était très bien. Les excursions qu’ils proposent. La facilité La nuit des petites bêtes dans la salle de bain sortent des plinthes et pas de fenêtre dans celle ci.
• David (8/5): Super hôtel à recommander - Le charme de ce petit hôtel, le personnel très professionnel et agréable, la localisation en plein centre pour flâner le soir dans les ruelles bohèmes et branchées de Holbox, et les délicieux petits déjeuners! Légèrement bruyant car nous étions côtés rue mais c’était acceptable.

• Alessandro (9/5): Tana ottima per due ragazzi freschi ai confini dei Caraibi - Personale accogliente che al check in ti da acqua e piccoli asciugamani rinfrescanti: componenti essenziali se hai un bisogno di idratarti maggiore di un cactus nel deserto. Struttura dal design molto bello. Il servizio di dispencer di acqua gratis molto apprezzato per due esploratori sempre a giro e bisognosi di acqua fresca. Il luogo della colazione non coincide con quello della struttura, ma loro organizzano il trasporto, gratuito, ed è molto efficiente. Letto comodo e pulito. Ottimo il servizio di pulizia camera che avviene ogni giorno. Posizione della struttura ottima: vicino a ristoranti per banchettare con tacos e nachos prelibati e vicino a locali per rendere caliente la vostra serata. Gli asciugamani non erano molto puliti. La vasca della doccia aveva il pavimento che non permetteva il drenaggio completo della sabbia dopo 2 o 3 docce. Per due ragazzi freschi ed esploratori come noi non è un problema. La camera non era molto illuminata con luce naturale, ma va be, niente di esagerato.

Le taxi est gratuit et booké par l’hôtel à l’heure souhaitée. L’occasion de profiter d’une autre plage 😀
• Cynthia (10/5): - Hotel Siesta tiene una inmejorable ubicación, a dos cuadras de la playa y lo suficientemente lejos del ruido del centro. Encuentras fácilmente tienda de comestibles y restaurantes. La atención de sus empleados excelente, siempre amables y dispuestas a ayudar. El desayuno incluido es excelente y el plus de que te llevan y traen es muy útil. El único pero que le encontré fue que no tiene alberca pero realmente no se necesita con la playa divina de Holbox a pocos metros. La relación calidad-precio se justifica si comparas con los precios de los hoteles sobre la playa. Recomiendo hotel Siesta ampliamente. Gracias! 😀

The hotel is situated perfectly to discover the island. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. And! They smell so nice. We received a bag with beach towels per room. So nice. The breakfast at the oceanfront is so good!! And the staff is always smiling, helping and just great. Nothing!

• thiago (8/5): Ótimo com ressalva - O hotel é realmente muito bom nos aspectos limpeza, localização, decoração, qualidade da internet, e funcionários cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã é um caos! Realizado em outro hotel da rede, o próprio hotel disponibiliza um táxi de ida e volta. O local do café da manhã é lindo, com boa estrutura em uma praia paradisíaca. Contudo, entre sentar a mesa e iniciar a comer o tempo de espera nos dois dias que utilizei o serviço foram de 40/50 minutos, o que considero um absurdo. O funcionamento do café te permite tomar café, um suco e um prato, tudo consumido além é pago. No segundo dia que seria o dia do meu check out o serviço estava ainda pior que o primeiro. Após 50 min de espera para iniciar a comer depois da escolha dos pratos fomos solicitar o transporte de retorno e fui informado que o transporte só estaria disponível em 40 minutos, mais um desserviço. Depois de questionar o gerente o transporte nos pegou após 15 min. Esse foi o único ponto negativo foi o café, os hotéis da rede são ótimos

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour : c’était propre, calme, et le personnel était vraiment à l’écoute. Une belle adresse pour découvrir la ville dans une ambiance mexicaine authentique ! • Petra (9/5): Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding - Het hotel is zeer schoon en centraal gelegen bij alle restaurants. Iedere ochtend word je met de buggy naar het ontbijtrestaurant gebracht. Dit is een erg mooie strandtent waar je a la carte kan kiezen uit diverse ontbijtgerechten. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten rijden vanaf het hotel. Hier heb je ook de mooie stranden. Niets

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excelente alojamiento, bien ubicado y limpio. - En general muy bien la habitación, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, limpio y silencioso. Lo que no me gustó: 1. Aunque no fue demasiada la diferencia, se paga más en esta plataforma que si se reserva directo en el hotel, incluyen más cosas como el uso de bicicleta por menos precio por noche. 2. Tienen una plaga de hormigas diminutas que corren velozmente por todos lados en la habitación, espero no haberme llevado esa fauna en mi maleta.
• Nouchka (8/5): Leuk hotel op centrale ligging - Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer met kast. Centrale ligging, alles was op wandelafstand te bereiken. Ontbijt was wat verder weg maar daar werden we gratis met de taxi naar toe gebracht. Het ontbijt is a la carte en is echt overheerlijk, beste wat we in Mexico hebben gegeten. Het personeel was daar ook heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer kleine badkamer.
• Pia (7/5): Einfaches Hotel mit super Frühstückscombi - Lage ist super, ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Treppe oder Wand, somit kein Tageslicht und es roch muffig und modrig im Zimmer. Zimmer war relativ einfach ausgestattet. Sieht hochwertiger auf den Fotos aus. Mitarbeiter freundlich und gute Kommunikation via WhatsApp, Das mit dem Frühstück ist eine coole Idee. Man wird morgens zu einem „Beach Club“ gefahren und kann a la carte wählen. War auch lecker. Man kann da verweilen oder sich wieder abholen lassen oder läuft 30min am Strand zurück. Allerdings darf man sich nur im Innen“Hof“ als Gast hinlegen. Nicht viele Liegen und auch nicht sauber. Die Liegen am Strand darf man nicht als Gast vom Hotel Siesta benutzen. Wir mussten sie einmal räumen, obwohl von 30 Liegen 22 frei waren….. Da wäre mehr Flexibilität wünschenswert gewesen.
