- Giang (3/5): Tệ - Không Jjà gửi lễ tân bán hộ, nếu k bán dc thì mình cũng coi như do mình nên k đòi gì từ khách sạn, mình có nói lễ tân thế luôn. Tới lúc bán được phòng lễ tân điện thoại nói giờ bán được rồi nhưng mình phải chịu phí 110k vì cái phòng mới nâng hạn mình ở 4 người lận. Mình có trao đổi trc đó có lễ tân nói mình thêm người được, họ vẫn không chịu. Nhưng chị đi cùng phòng bảo ở tạm 1 đêm nên thôi kệ đi, nên thôi mình cũng không nói tiếp dù mình rất phiền lòng. Chưa bao h đặt phòng booking mà gặp tình trạng này!

Très belle vue du 5e étage et très grand balcon (avec cendrier pour les fumeurs). Petit-déjeuner servi en chambre et mini-bar bien rempli. Prix très honnêtes (ex: Coca à prix coûtant). - Udi (7/5): מלון בסיסי וזול , מתאים למי שיש לו תקציב מוגבל - מלון זול מאוד, תנאים סבירים, לקחנו לילה אחד בגלל שהגישה למרכז העיר היתה חסומה וזה היה לילה של מעבר. קיבלנו שירות כביסה טוב , וסה״כ במחיר הזה תמורה סבירה. ממוקם בסימטה די מפוקפקת, מדרגות גישה לא נוחות. המקלחת מוזרה , ללא כל הפרדה בין המקלחת לשירותים מה שיוצר בריכה בשירותים . מזגן לא מאוד חזק, אין כספת, ארוחת בוקר מגיעה לחדר ואיננה אכילה לטעמנו.

- Michael (3/5): Stay here at your own risk - Very little Very steep steps into the hotel No dinning room although we booked breakfast as part of the deal. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room but we just had to except what was brought. Hardest bed we have ever slept in, No where near West Lake. We had the back room at the rear which was described as Garden view which in fact it over looked a school which every morning banded a very loud drum all the time as every change of class and whistles blown for PE in the yard. MOST IMPORTANTLY WHICH WE DIDN'T REALISE UNTIL WE CAME TO LEAVE IF THERE WERE TO BE A FIRE YOU ARE TRAPPED..... WHAT WE TOOK TO BE THE FIRE ESCAPE WAS A VERY SMALL STONE STAIRWELL WHICH WAS BLOCKED AND UNLITE. We normally do a lot of research into where we stay but on this case we booked at very short notice as we were let down at the last moment with the place we had planned to stay. We don't like leaving bad reviews like this but felt we had to warn others.

- Jitam (3/5): I won't stay here - The beds were firm, everything worked well. 1. The stairs up into the hotel is DANGEROUS. It's steep without handrails. It's even worse when you have to carry your own luggage up. The receptionist on duty did not help in any way. 2. The same receptionist asked us to pay an amount far above the sum from booking.com. We had to look up the booking and show him. 3. The only evidence for the payment was my credit card slip. No receipt from the hotel. But that's not important. 4. The room had one of those sex furniture and took up a lot of space. I could do without it.

- Robby (1/5): Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. - Nothing. Without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was not advertised as having no window. Staff were unbelievably unhelpful and showed no interest in their guests. The whole place smells of smoke. Hardest bed I've ever slept on. There is a school next door that has a PA system that can be heard throughout the whole hotel at 5am non stop every few seconds. When I went to reception and mentioned this the guy laughed at me. He showed no interest in helping me. I eventually got a better room for that one morning however I had to forcefully ask for it, it wasn't offered. Just a really badly run hotel with the worst staff I've ever encountered.

- Anonymous (7/5): Lovely rooms but don’t rely on them for help with booking taxis! - The room was really nice and modern. It had aircon and a fan as well as a nice bathroom and comfy bed. I asked for help booking a taxi which took a very long time and they ended up booking the wrong time so this made the stay pretty stressful as I had to book a way more expensive one online at the last minute.

- SP (8/5): perfect except for the bathroom and no window - We had the deluxe room which was perfect in that it was quiet, spacious and had wonderful decor. However, there's not a single window so you're basically sleeping in a chic prison. The bathroom is less than ideal in that there's no separation between shower and the toilet. You shower right by the toilet and the water spills everywhere. This is quite common throughout this country, especially for budget hotels, and it's not very ideal. There's a lot of road construction right in front of this hotel so walking is a nightmare (it's already a nightmare due to heavy traffic never making way for pedestrians so you face potential injury and death every time you walk). Staff will help you as much as they can with their limited English. Laundry will set you back about 120,000 dong for a load.
