- Jagdip (10/5): Great service - Stayed one night as it was nearby friends I was visiting. Requested early check in and received a reply the same day. On the day I did arrive super early (8.30am) and was in my room around 10.30. Complimentary tea/coffee/juices were offered while waiting for the room. I didnt catch the name of the lady who checked me in but she was fantastic, top service. Used the pool and gym, which were both good and clean. The hotel has a great view of the autodrome. On the day of check out I requested and received a later check out which was helpful as I was moving downtown. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Staffs were helpful and trying to help. What I don't like is check-in process takes so long; there was only one employee, and it was Eid time, which is peak time; even with online check-in, it takes a long; the hotel cleanness, I got insect bites all over my body, thanks to the receipt staff who change my room, bathroom and the room need to be cleaner, the towels smell bad, the reception area always smells like food and kitchen, the. It not easy to find Taxi in the area.. You need to use Careem App, which takes a long time

- Alan (10/5): A little gem away from the glitz - Great little spot for a moment of normality away from the glitziest bits of Dubai although still in easy reach. Surrounded by a number of nice cafes and restaurants the hotel is clean, staff helpful and a really good breakfast. In easy reach of the main intra-Emirates highways and so a good position for Dubai South and Expo2000 areas, handy for the cricket and good golf courses nearby. The ground floor Belgian bar does decent food and a great place for an evening out. Good value for money.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great value hotel in Motor City. We stayed to visit relatives nearby. It is about 30 mins from the major attractions and the beach. Junior suite was a great size for our family of 4 (sofa bed for kids). Rooftop pool was lovely. Great breakfast buffet. Service was hit and miss - it took a number of attempts to get a plug for the bath and they didn’t replenish tea, coffee or shampoo unless asked. We also found some old crisps under the bed, so not sure they were that hot on the vacuuming. Would happily stay again
