However, I noticed termite right at the entrance of the door. It was visible. The room smelled like mold. I really hope staying here for 3 nights does not effect my health due to this smell. The bathroom was extremely small and there was not enough room in the shower. I think the price was definitely not worth the room. I will not return to this property.

- Rachel (10/5): - Very central, excellent instructions given for finding the property. The street is very central, but also very quiet. Aircon was excellent, along with the fridge. Shower was powerful and got hot quickly. We needed to leave our bags after a 10am check out and they gave us another key for the front door so we could go back later to collect our bags. We were in room 6 light and airy with a comfy bed. Would recommend.
- ZAHID (2/5): - Poor customer service nobody available to welcome us. A bottle of wine was promised when I did the booking but none was provided when we checked in. They informed us on a piece of paper that if you want the apartment cleaned then hang the green marker on your door without providing it !! So a lot of time was wasted trying to sort it out. In order to contact the staff they gave a WhatsApp number but nobody answers it when you call them. They reply to your message at their convenience. They provided us with a broken electric iron and when I asked them for a replacement,the reply from Ana was that they don’t provide it and I can go to a laundry shop for ironing!!!They only provide coffee tea on day one!! The cleaner was also very rude to me.Keeping into consideration the amount they charge for the accommodation and the services they provide, it does not go together.Its up to you if you want to book this place but certainly I won’t be doing it again.

Delighted with everything and the location was perfect with any number of bars, restaurants, harbour excursions and attractions on our doorstep. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Dubrovnik

- Michael (10/5): A Croatian Gem - Ana was amazing at helping us arrange a taxi to get us from the airport to the hotel. Everything was ready when we arrived, our room was on the first floor. Good size bedroom along with a dining table and small kitchen area. Bathroom had a nice walk in shower. Very clean and tidy. Bed was quite possibly the most comfortable ive slept on. You get two single covers which was actually pretty handy. Air con worked really well at keeping the room cool. Kitchen had a kettle, along with some plates and cups etc. There was fruit teas and coffee by the kettle. To healthy for me but there is a minimarket 2 minute walk away within the nearby square. Beautiful little place in a fantastic location. Stones throw from bars, restaurants and all the sightseeing options. Absolutely loved it here.

They were nowhere to be found when I checked in, but they came over in the evening when I was in Bed to collect! They ONLY ACCEPTED CASH! I told them that that would leave me with little to no cash. They simply did NOT care! Shame on them. This is not good Business...not worth it!

- Verified traveler (10/5): A Room on the Street - a unique slice of life in the old town of Dubrovnik. We found our hotel down a tiny street, rang the bell and in the lobby found the envelope with our name, the key and instructions. Since we had the 'economy' room, we went back outside and up to the next door, a tiny room with a comfortable, very clean bathroom and good shower, which opened directly on to the street. Ventilation required opening a small window, and we could hear the chattering of tourists in the street. But not too late at night. The hostess kindly allowed us to have a late checkout so we could leave our bags in room for the morning adventures. a charming and very private stay - apart from minimal street noise.

- Collin (8/5): - Great location only steps away from the Jesuit steps (Game of Thrones' 'Walk of Shame'), and easy access to everything. Note that this is not staffed most of the time; on arrival there was no one there to let me in and no one responded to the various doorbells. I only got in because by luck another couple was entering and let me inside. "Checking in" was picking up an envelope with your name on it - perfectly fine, but maybe not for every traveler. Rooms were clean, nice, and well done!

If you have large luggage like we did, need porter service from the Gate to inside Old town as cars are not allowed. 2. Lots of cobble road, steps depending on the Gate you enter from (recommend to use Pile or Ploce, not Boza)

- Joseph (10/5): Quaint Hotel - The hotel (although my room had street access, so it didn’t feel like a hotel) is right in Old Town, steps away from dozens of restaurants. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the action, this is the place to be. The room was very clean, and the hotel managers were quite receptive.
- Jeremy (10/5): - Lovely place in the heart of Old Town. We were in the attic apartment, which was 2 BR and plenty of space for our family of 4.
- Deborah (6/5): Nice location, bad service. - It is first important to know that this is not a hotel, so no onsite support. Second, they on take cash for payment which they don’t tell you about until 2 days before arrival when it is too late to do anything about getting cash from a bank and not paying exorbitant fees at an ATM or the exchange place at the bank. They will also meet you at only two specific times each day to take your payment. When you show them that your reservation does not specify that it must be paid in cash, they go to great lengths to prove you are wrong (and tell you that you are stupid for going to the ATM you went to to get cash to pay them).
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Short stay. Staff was in regular email contact with us and arranged an early morning cab to the airport in advance. Room was large and comfortable and the location was fabulous! Around the corner from the Jesuit steps but stunningly quiet. Wish we had more time.

Room was on main floor which was great but did lead to hearing all the comings and goings ( and conversations) of the guesthouse. Wasn’t too bad and didn’t impact sleeping

- Patricia (6/5): THINK TWICE! - The hotel has a great location only steps away from the Main Street. Expect a lot of steps not easy if you’re traveling heavy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However costumer service was terrible! As soon as I arrived from DC to LHR while waiting for my connection I was informed by Ana that I had chosen cash only payment but I was not aware of it, there was no mention of cash on the hotel.com site. It was so expensive to get cash from the local atm that the room cost $ 100 more than the original rates. After the first day Ana sent me a text around 5:00pm asking me to meet her at the hotel at 7:30pm to collect the cash. I was shocked! I was in the middle of dinner with plans thru evening. My answer was I’ll pay you on the check out. The hotel has no lobby no staff no help at any time. They provide a phone number to call with questions and concerns but it is hit of miss if they respond. At check out a guy named Nick came to collect the money, when I asked for the invoice he said I didn’t need one and I was good to go. So I have no documentation of the detailed charges or payment. Nick offered no assistance to help with carrying our luggage down 4 flights of stairs with narrow steps. The next time I would look for other hotel options.
- Heather (10/5): Great place to to stay - Very clean and cozy room. Comfortable bed. Very vertical building (most of them are inside the city walls) without an elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs with your luggage. Great part of town and easily accessible to what we wanted to see and do. We enjoyed our stay!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel in Old Town - The property is in a great location, right next to the "walk of shame" steps. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They were nice enough to let us check in early and to store our bags in the lobby after check out, so we could have lunch before our flight.
- Lonna (6/5): - This is a guest house (not hotel), in the heart of the Old Town. The location is great for that reason. However, the location is also bad for that reason, in that you have to walk in with your luggage (no cars in the Old Town) and this place is a little difficult to locate. As a guest house this place does ..not have a front desk, and you have to arrange with the owners to have someone let you in. Through some miscommunication there was no one there for us. (Thankfully another guest let us in.) The rooms were small, but neat and clean. Comfortable beds, and the rooms have a small fridge and hot water kettle. However we did not receive a refill of coffee, etc. for our second day there.

- T (10/5): Lovely place in the heart of Old Town - Lovely place, a clean and well maintained room with a little kitchenette. Lots of useful guides and such left in the room. Great location in old town. The place was a bit tricky to find at first, but that's no fault of the owners- and once you know where the Jesuit Steps are in the town it's easy to find your way back!

- Marian (10/5): - Fabulous property, adjacent to the Jesuit Steps. Our Room 7 looked out at the Jesuit Church and the Steps. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with loads of hot water and high pressure shower. Our room immaculate, beds very comfortable, also has fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Air con and heating fully adjustable if needed. Windows open fully. Excellent communication. Everywhere in Old Dubrovnik easily walkable in 10 minutes. The perfect base for a 2-3 day visit.
