• Francisco (7/5): Ok - Location. I arrived at 11:30 am and asked for early check-in. Clerk was indifferent and not very courteous. Clerk asked for $50 early check-in fee despite being told I had a long trip and was very tired. Check in fee could have been waived and I should’ve been allowed an early check-in as a courtesy. Sometimes a little give goes a long way for future bookings with same facility. Property needs a facelift. Side door was unlocked and people were going in and out without using room key. Did not feel secure. Clerk indifferent , not empathetic , and too busy on iPhone.

• Kesha (10/5): Stay was great, my kids love the room and pool ! - Comfy clean room, nice front desk and breakfast staff. Hot tub was not hot and maintainable man in charge of it would not do anything about it no matter how many customers mentioned it to him. More like bath water then jacuzzi . Pool was not heated as advertised either.

I will never go there again and I won’t recommend Too many discrepancies , nasty stain on couch the oven was dirty , however we managed . And the room was freezing all night we left early ti go home ti be warm , they also charged my card for miscellaneous items . W/o my permission or authorization first . No matter if it was a change as a customer we should be made aware of any changes made .

Besonders am Wochenende ist die Insel sehr voll. Sauberkeit. Staub auf dem Kühlschrank und der Klimaanlage, Flecken an der Decke und auch die Sitzkissen müssten gereinigt werden. Wenn Gäste im Pyjama (Kinder und Erwachsene) zum Essen kommen, ist das auch nicht angenehm. Kreischende Jugendliche auf den Gang bis spät in die Nacht. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

• Steven Dixon (7/5): It was a short overnight stay. I didn't get the full experience as we left early morning - It was okay. I didn't like that they didn't offer your guest/s a bottle of water. Even a small one. We're not asking for champagne.

• Jennifer (2/5): - I rented a wheelchair accessible room. When I arrived I was informed that they gave the room to someone else and had no more accessible rooms. It was not an option for me to stay in a regular room, staff acted like I was out of luck. I had to ask staff to call the room and explain the situation which they reluctantly did. The guests in the room were understanding and moved rooms. I am not an unreasonable person, however staff insisted that the people checked in under my name which they did not. Staff took zero responsibility which was simply rude. We had to wait so long for everything to get sorted and cleaned that we missed the entire cocktail hour and a half of the wedding we were in town to attend. Staff handled this very poorly and made us feel like we did something wrong when all we tried to do was check into our hotel room. I booked at the Marriott because I thought they cared about people with disabilities. I was very hurt by how we were treated and that I had to take control of the situation to resolve the error. Poor customer service.

• Joanne (10/5): - I thought this place was a great pick for our quick family vacation. My only suggestions would be to replace the sofa bed mattress and shampoo the rugs in the room. But overall the place was spotless, breakfast that was included was delicious, and staff were very helpful and friendly.
• JJ-CT-USA (9/5): Great hotel, uncomfortable bed - We LOVED our king suite. It was like a little apartment. Having a kitchen was so convenient. Our bed was so terrible. It hurt both of our legs and hips so much we couldn't sleep in at all.

There enough space in the 2 bedroom suite for my large family. The 2 pools is a winner every time. The furniture in the room needs to be updated. The paint needs to be freshened up. The $500 a night is not equal to the accommodations.

• F8888PUrichardb (2/5): If fee not worth the stay - The quality of the room was dirty and dusty. The light between the bathroom and the bedroom didn't work. The carpet in the hallway are stained. The general manager Robert Shear needs to be schooled on customer service has I don't care we are right attitude if you have a problem. And if you don't like his answers he will instruct you to vacate the premise. They also blame there system on taking money out of the card u have on file then tells you it could take seven days to get it back. And there is nothing he can do.

The rooms were spacious and offered many amenities. It was more than we expected. Breakfast was wonderfully delicious. I can't say enough how the staff made our stay effortless.

Electrical outlets don’t work. Worst breakfast I’ve had at any Bonvoy property. Housekeeping entered my room without knocking while I was changing my clothes. What an embarrassing moment! I told the FD about it, and was promised compensation but never received it. Stay at the Hilton right next door, which has a nice bar and restaurant and friendly staff.

• schong (10/5): Love the location next to Tanger outlet and close to Riverhead - Excellent property close to the charming town of Riverhead and next to the Tanger outlet. Checkin was easy and room is as all Resident inn unit. Spacious , clean with excellent amenities. Breakfast is on point and they changed up the offerings for the three days we were there.
