- Jennifer (10/5): Great Stay, Great hotel. - Nice location. Clean. The room/bathroom set up was awesome. Different than I’ve had. Love it. I was a little confused about how to get the the front desk, but that was cause we came in from the parking garage and didn’t come in from the front street. The sign on the table must have gotten turned by someone so it looked like we need to walk down the hall instead of taking the elevator down. I never been in a hotel that had floors L and LL so when it said go to L I thought that’s where we were. So partly my fault.

- 556duker (2/5): Not worth it. - The hotel is set up poorly and it ends up being a lot of walking and going up/down floors. They charge $10 a night to park in the their attached parking lot, I’d understand it if it were downtown but at this location it felt ridiculous. There was a lot of noise and it could be easily heard both from the hallway and the upstairs unit.

Breakfast was minimal and not appealing or sufficient. Front desk staff were helpful but did not go above and beyond. I also wish they would replace the barn doors to the bathrooms, or darken the door panel, or implement night lights; when a person gets up to use the bathroom during the night everyone in the room is woken up by the bright light in the bathroom flooding the entire room.

- bradrL2295AE (10/5): Visit Lenexa for Business - This is the second visit to this hotel and it was as good as the first. Everyone who I’ve met at the front desk is awesome. The location is great with plenty of great restaurants around. The rooms are very clean, room attendants are courteous and get you whatever you need. Free breakfast with many offerings but if I have to add one thing here the eggs were not real warm and the coffee was not very hot only on one morning. That’s a one half that can happen anywhere.

- Sean (5/5): Frustrating, but it’s in a great location - The staff was extremely kind The fact when I called to confirm the dates I was staying after I booked the incorrect dates (14th-15th) and I stated hey we are booked the (15-16) the hotel staff confirmed that the 15-16 was correct. Then whenever I got there and our reservation was wrong and we requested a refund it was denied even though hotel staff confirmed the wrong information. I will say even through out this process though the staff was very understanding and kind.

- Stephanie (8/5): Nice but a few unexpected inconveniences - The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was substantial, clean and well -serviced. Only having 1 working elevator was inconvenient. There were long waits to move through the floors depending on if it was goin up on down and where I needed to go. Also $10 per day additional parking fee was a surprise I hadn’t expected. It’s a nice hotel and in a convenient location.

- Stacey (9/5): Nice hotel in a safe, up and coming neighborhood - It was a newer hotel and the rooms are a really roomy, comfortable size. The breakfast was very limited with oatmeal and prepackaged breakfast sandwiches being the main items available. The towels weren’t soft, but instead kind of scratchy. The shower curtain had a dirty hand print on it from previous guests. One of the elevators was broken. The clerk checking us in admittedly said she didn’t know what she was doing and the check in process was not smooth because of that.

Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.

We booked a King suite and unfortunately the bed a pull out were both hard as a rock. We will not being staying here again, especially at the price we paid! I only gave 3 stars because the front desk girl was so nice, otherwise it would be a 1-2 star

We were there for a weekend of playing baseball definitely something that would be necessary. They did not offer any discounts towards our stay either. Other than that, everything was really good.

- AnnaI772 (10/5): Very pleasant stay - We had a great stay, the check in was smooth. The room was clean and very spacious. We had a fridge, a microwave and an iron which was very convenient. We were located on the 6th floor and had an amazing view. The swimming pool is on a small side, but it is very clean and every time I went it was very quiet. The breakfast was good. There was always porridge, yoghurts and cereal available, there were toppings like compote, dried fruit and nuts. Coffee, tea and juice (apple and orange) were available too. Fresh apples and bananas were the only fruit options. Hot options varied every day, there were waffles, scrambled egg, sausage, bacon served on different days. The car park is very conveniently located. There is a lovely park close to the hotel and we loved our walk in the snow. Overall, we had a great stay. The only recommendation to the hotel management would be to introduce plastic and cardboard recycling bins for breakfast and the amount of used plastic cups (that can be replaced by paper cups!) is ridiculous. Also, in spite of recycling bin present in the room, the room cleaning team just mixes it with rubbish waste- clearly, it shouldn't be happening?

- Foghorn8508 (8/5): Just need to fix a few things. - Good. but could be great with a couple of improvements. First off, ask for a room overlooking the parking since there is construction going on on the front side that starts at 7:00 AM. Check in was easy and all the help was friendly. The photos on the website are a bit misleading. The breakfast pictures show a waffle iron (there wasn't one) and fresh pastries (there weren't any). They also advertise a small bar open in the evenings (never was during our stay). Room and hallways were very clean, only downside was the harshness of the cotton towels (very rough). Shower pressure was 6.5 out of 10. Parking is plentiful at the free parking garage on the backside of the property but be prepared for an uncovered 50 yard walk to the building. Great location right in Lenexa City Center.

Good breakfast buffet, friendly service, new rooms, functional gym. Rooms are new Springhills Suite standard. Parking free and right behind the hotel. Recommend!

I understand city construction is not the hotels fault but they should consider better windows, especially since I could hear people’s conversations outside when I was 3 floors up. Otherwise the hotel was pretty clean and staff was nice.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Sleepless Experience - I had high hopes for this hotel after reading the reviews. There were 3 of us on this trip and we had a king suite with a pull out couch. The pull out was harder than cement. They didn’t provide a warm enough blanket. The pillows on the king bed were thin and uncomfortable. The pool was ice cold and was made for 15 people at max. The room was run down and it was hard to believe this was a newer property. I would not recommend this hotel. We didn’t sleep all night.

Just a really great experience. This would be an excellent hotel to choose if traveling with family.

- Stephanie (10/5): Weekend getaway - This was a very nice, clean, comfortable, safe property to stay at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the television did not work in our room. The staff came into the room but didn’t really know how to fix it. She stated that they were and have been experiencing issues since their system upgrade. She did switch us to a different room that did have a somewhat working television, but even that television had problems and was frequently pixilized.
