• Suzanne (7/5): Comfortable stay with a good breakfast - Hotel was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and well stocked. Staff was friendly. I was able to watch my Netflix on the TV. They charge for parking. I am not sure how someone would even get there without a car, so everyone must pay for parking, seems kind of silly. A bit noisy when the traffic starts in the morning, windows could be more soundproof.

However, they tried to charge me for an additional night that I did not reserve, did not request, and did not stay. I had to call the hotel and convince them that I didn't stay another night. From now on I will check out at the desk. No more leaving the keys in the room.

• Srivathsa Sripathi (3/5): - Good breakfast spread Our room key card stopped working, and even after going down to get a replacement, it still didn’t work. After calling reception twice, we were told the room's access card reader on the door knob had run out of battery. They briefly charged it and left, but it failed again shortly after, locking us out while we were still finishing breakfast. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes in the lobby to get back into our room. On top of that, the front desk manager was rude and didn’t offer any apology for the inconvenience. Additionally, we were charged for car parking—even though there were plenty of free spaces available, and the site clearly states that parking is free when making reservations. Very disappointing experience.

• Jennifer (6/5): Family trip - We were there for 5 nights and only had housekeeping service once. I was asked upon check in if I wanted housekeeping and said yes. They did not come the day after check in which wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t mind. After they did not come the day after the second night and our garbage was over flowing I went to the front desk to ask. I was told it wasn’t her department but she would check. I was then told the housekeeping department was short staffed but she would make sure we had it the remaining days of our stay. We did get it that day! But not again the rest of the trip. The gas was out in the fireplace outside and was never replenished after we asked to turn it on 2 nights. There was also a party in their bonus room which was fine but there were a few beer bottles and multiple bottle caps all over the patio that were never cleaned up.

Not enough toilet paper, towels were not ready till the morning after we arrived and we had to go to the desk twice to ask about them. No one at the front desk, no one around during breakfast for refills or questions, the handle for the hand-help shower head in the handicap shower did not work making the shower useless because the shower head is on the other wall away from the seat. The bed was hard. No body taking care of business and now worthy to be a Marriott product. Love the indoir pool

She told me we were not allowed to say unless she charged her card. I told her fine charge it. • CDTrip72 (2/5): Unacceptable - We booked a room three months in advance though the Capital One portal as were going to the Pinnacles National Park. We got the confirmation at the time, and then a night before our arrival we got an email from the hotel asking for early check in, and we completed the steps, and it said we were all set. We then arrived after all very long day and the lobby looked nice and was looking forward to our stay. Then the front desk person said that they were overbooked, and we cannot stay there. Huh? They would not explain further, but don’t worry as they ‘transferred’ our reservation to the Best Western a few minutes away. They never called us that day or sent any other messages. We were shocked but assumed there was not anything we could do and went there so it was definitely a downgrade and my daughter was pretty disappointed. We then found out later that the ‘transfer’ was that they just called them to see if they had a room, but nothing else and we had to pay full price at the Best Western. Adding insult to injury, they never notified Capital One as well so if I never called up to Capital One to complain, they would have just kept our money as the reservation was prepaid. Completely unacceptable and we will not be back to this (or any Fairfield) for a long time.

So we couldn’t adjust the temperature to something comfortable. When the technician came, he said to ignore the sign and use the controller in the unit itself, and that he had asked the manager to let the guests know, but the manager refused. Our room was not the only one with this particular problem •⁠ ⁠The pool was closed for repairs •⁠ ⁠The first morning of our stay there was no hot water for showers or anything else •⁠ ⁠The washing machine in the guest laundry wasn’t working and the hotel personnel wasn’t even aware. My clothes were trapped in there for an hour or more. We are thinking about asking our credit card to refuse payment. The pool and laundry were esential for our long trip. The lack of hot ware and adecuate temperature control was most anoying.

• Rebecca (4/5): Not a good experience - When we arrived the bathroom smelled of sewage. I asked to switch rooms as the smell was quite bad. I was told there were o other rooms and that maintenance would be sent up. Unfortunately whatever was done did not fix the issue. Bathroom sink was unusable as the smell was horrible. Also shower door was broken, when it was closed, it was almost impossible to open from the inside, luckily my husband took the first shower and was able to get the door open, I would not have been able to do it. I ended up taking a shower with the door open, so I would not get stuck inside.

Overall, everything was great...almost. We had men next door who talked and laughed loudly until 12:30am. We did not call the front desk or bang on their door because we were afraid of retaliation. Not your fault so I didn't deduct any stars. Would definitely stay there again.

• Suzanne (10/5): - This was very convenient to Pinnacles Nat'l Park. It's a well-maintained hotel, and we got a King suite for a reasonable price. Nice views outside of nearby ag fields. And they have an *excellent* breakfast buffet (free), which include many healthy toppings for oatmeal, cage free eggs and I liked their compostible cutlery, rather than single use plastic ware. One suggestion, which applies to any hotel stay - check the clock radio and make sure no alarm is set. We didn't even notice there was a clock radio, as it was small and black, but the previous occupant set it for 6 a.m., so we were awakened then - when we wanted to sleep in - having no idea at first even where the alarm came from. This has happened in another hotel, and we will always check clock radios in the future in hotel rooms!

We cannot take a shower. The front desk at the maintenance guy don’t come in until 8 o’clock, and the manager don’t come in on Sunday. I’m very very very unhappy. I would like my money back. This is the worst I HG I ever seen. !!!!!
• jenisiss2025 (2/5): Nightmare. Will not be coming back. - Booked a night here for our annual dance retreat. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our much-anticipated trip turned into an absolute disaster. We specifically requested adjoining rooms for the kids, who were buzzing with excitement to be next to each other. What did we get? A room with no electricity. Not a single working outlet—no TVs, no lights, nothing. After trying to call the front desk, I was put on hold for what felt like an eternity. The lady on the other end claimed she had a long line of guests, but when I went downstairs, there was no one in sight. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even offer a discount for our trouble, and there was no maintenance on site to help resolve the issue. Eventually, we managed to switch to another room, away from the rest of our group - only to find it had the worst view imaginable. A giant piece of the building blocked the window, leaving the room dark and dreary. The kids were crushed—no adjoining rooms, no fun, and no light. This was supposed to be a memorable getaway, but instead, it's a trip we’d rather forget. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different hotel. This was a complete letdown.

The following issues should be announced before booking. I think the hotel manager must be thought to improve otherwise I can't recommend this hotel. 1. Room cleaning is each 3 days it means the long stay will be not profitable. I know the environmental preserving but it's too much saving cost. 2. Breakfast is cheap, no bread, not enough hot meal plus the time was not respected (cooking was super delay).

Saturday morning went to take a shower no hot water, husband went to front desk to let them know we had no hot water. the young lady just handed him a business card. No sorry or I'll notify someone. she was too busy texting on her phone.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I’d like to bring up a concern about the lack of hot water during my stay. It took a full day and night to resolve, and there were no accommodations or alternatives offered in the meantime. This impacted my experience significantly, and I’d appreciate it if something could be done to address this issue.
• Bryan (4/5): - No hot water! We paid full price for a room that did not have any hot water. Supposedly the water heater went out. No notice to let us know, and no refund or discount on the room. Frustrating.
• Benjamin (8/5): Clean and comfortable, but no free parking - The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were basic but sufficient and very family friendly. I subtracted one star because the hotel tried to charge me an additional $5/night for parking even though the listing claims they offer free parking. Apparently they stopped offering free parking as of Jan 1 but haven't yet updated their listings to reflect this. They didn't tell me about this ahead of time - I only noticed it when reviewing my bill at checkout.

• Francesca (6/5): - No frills which is okay but no help with luggage, charged for parking?? Empty parking lot and not disclosed when booked through Expedia. Expedia showed total price including taxes and fees when selecting room. Charged for room price and added taxes and fees. $20 more than quoted. Never fixed. Add this to the unknown $5 parking fee. Breakfast that was included was good with a lot of choices kept fresh by very friendly and helpful staff member in charge of the breakfast area. Overall the property was clean, room was clean with comfortable bed. But free internet was inadequate and you need to pay to get "advanced" internet. Very limited dining near the hotel. If arriving late evening, eat before you get there.
• JOSE (10/5): - Location is great close to everything, very clean property the girl at check in and out was great.The only thing we weren't aware of was the charge for parking.
