Donna (5/5): It was manageable for four nights but I would not stay there again - It was clean and staff was very nice. I almost fell in the tub. It was too slick with no grips in the bottom. The weight of the door was almost too much for me to open. The curtains did not close. I did not like that there were only sheer curtains in the middle of the windows. There were not enough charging stations for two people. I also thought there would be more restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but there were none that appealed to me.

Daisy (10/5): Awesome stay - Very convenient location,l close to a lot of restaurants. Our room was spacious, modern, clean and beds were comfortable. Our bathroom even has a full glass in the shower instead of a bathtub with curtains. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Apparently this location went trough a full renovation I liked everything about our stay and would stay here again

The boiled eggs were probably coming from a package and not freshly boiled. I understand that sometimes its hard to prepare many dishes in the morning. Other dishes were fresh and tasted great!

dsimons (10/5): Great Stay. - My husband and I stayed here for two days and we found the hotel to be excellent. The room was comfortable in a nice area with plenty of places to go to eat and shop. The hotel staff was awesome.I would like to specifically mention Stacy, in housekeeping, she was wonderful. Always a smile on her face, asking if she could do anything for you. Also, Mariela at the front desk, very nice. Cordia at the desk was amazingly helpful as was Sheila. Tara, the GM was wonderful to us in a time of sorrow for us. One of the employees actually offered to pay for our room because my husband didn’t get paid due to the shutdown. If you ever get a chance to stay at this hotel, actually do it you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

C-SoBa (6/5): Great Location, great staff. - ⸻ Convenient Location and Excellent Staff, but Room Quality Disappointing The hotel’s location was ideal for our visit, conveniently close to our son. We arrived early and were promptly accommodated with a king room, which we appreciated. Over the course of our five-day stay, the front desk staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and friendly — truly a highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. It was extremely small — I’ve stayed in cruise ship cabins with more space. The room contained just enough area for the bed and a single chair, which was noticeably soiled and required covering with the extra blanket provided (though it was comfortable once covered). The single small window made the room feel dark, and the television was positioned beside the bed, making it awkward for two people to watch comfortably. We were located on the third floor, while two of the hotel’s six floors were closed for renovation. Throughout our stay, the hallway carpet remained unvacuumed — evidenced by the same three pennies in the middle of the floor for five consecutive days. The property offers an outdoor pool, but no hot tub. Overall, while the staff and location were excellent, the accommodations fell short of expectations. I would consider staying again, but only after confirming the size and condition of the room.

Norma (8/5): Don’t let one ruin such a beautiful stay! - The property was great! It was welcoming and clean! I loved the Spacious room as well! I was also very pleased with the check out process. The young lady at the desk was so polite, beautiful and easy to talk to. I’m so disappointed that I can’t remember her name because I really wanted to give her praise. Checking in! The person checking us in did not do such a great job! He was not friendly or welcoming. He made me feel defensive, but I chose not to reply back! When checking in we were told he would need a card on file for incidentals, but neglected to explain what incidentals were nor did he explain how much the hold on my card would be! When I inquired, he replied back as if I should not have been asking! We arrived on 9/27 between 7-7:30pm. This person needs more training. When telling someone that there needs to be a card on file for incidentals, he should know to explain what incidentals are and how much would be held for those incidentals! Not make us feel like we should already know or we should not be asking. I did not like the tone of his reply and he could’ve been a lot more professional. Pointing us in the direction of the elevator would’ve been nice as well! But despite his shortcomings, the young lady checking us out and the breakfast staff made up for his lack!
