So can wash one load of clothes. 1. This facility is a self-check in. I didn't get the facility or website generated check in code. So it was stressful trying to check in. Would be better if they can give out the code a few days before hand. If knowing the code earlier I can better prepare for the check in. 2. The facility is compact so not much space to put your luggages in the room. Making packing and unpacking time consuming. 3. Would be better if there is more than 3 hangers in the room. The hangers use to hand up washed clothes.

It is possible to cook simple meals, and there is also a washing machine. I did not know it is all automated. It is fine, but having a front desk would allow dropping luggage in advance if need be. The fan in the bathroom was not working, I had to locate the breaker box to reactivate it.

Das Bett hatte nicht wirklich Platz es richtig hinzulegen. Man musste entweder den Tisch und die Sessel wegräumen oder die Matratze direkt vors Badezimmer bzw in den Gang legen. Für zwei Leute gut, 3 Personen sind zu viel für dieses Zimmer

There is also a strange smell one cannot define, in the common areas and in the flat. It’s not impeccably clean as most accommodation in Japan. Then, although you provide all your details in English, they keep sending you communication in Japanese. Check in is ok but the crucial information passes through the screen so fast, it’s impossible to read it! All in all proximity to Hakata station is a +, but consider it only if you find it much cheaper than a proper hotel. Ah- internet doesn’t work at all!

- HISASHI (8/5): いつもお世話になっております。 - いわゆる民泊型なので受付にスタッフは居らずオンライン端末でのみ対応可能です。 その分リテラシーはいりますがスムーズなチェックイン/アウトが可能です。 設備も充実しているため、普通のビジホよりも中長期滞在に向いていると思いました。 良くないという訳ではありませんが、ドライヤーが常にターボモードなのと靴べらが無いのが少し不便でした。

Washer/dryer in room available, you can start it before you head out and come back to clean clothes. There’s an iron set also to take care of the wrinkles. Full kitchen with some utensils. The kitchen was there but not usable because there were no utensils for cooking or eating. The AC leaks water and is very dirty as well. You find random thick black hair throughout the apartment. There is no basket of presents and such as shown in the pictures. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The room doesn't look as nice as the pictures.

- Pasidh (7/5): Good location near train station to airport - The location was near the main train station (15 mins walk) and the room is big with toilet separated from the shower room. The check in has to be done without assistance. That’s fine and all but I was struggling for half and hour for getting into the building alone. I had to find someone to call the hotel to send the staff to come and help me get into the door. So basically for the password to work, you need to enter the Japanese letters that they asked (it’s means enter I think) and then follow with the password they give to you.

I wasted a lot of time trying to get into the building (including a walk in the rain to Hakata station to get wifi to open the email with the door codes) because there is no wifi at the entrance to the building. Everything about this place is extremely frustrating. Booking.com should stop advertising this place as it causes reputational damage to the brand.

We were expecting a pullout futon not just a mattress That I could not check in ( in English) if there wasn’t a very nice gentleman in the waiting area we would not have been able to check in. It was all in Japanese and neither of us know Japanese. We are so grateful to that gentle man. Would have been nice to see a staff member around. We saw no one . It was still ok but nice to have someone even to ask a question of where to visit close by to have best experience. Would be a great idea for you to add a flyer with info for those who stay that know nothing about the area.
- Violet (3/5): It was okay. - the location is great! 10-15 minute walk to Hakata train stn and bus terminal Absolutely no staff. Checkin process was difficult. Instructions are not very specific. No other cookware except only 1 fry pan and microwave. No toaster, no cutting knives, no rice pot. Laundry detergent only for 1 wash, body wash soap was 1/2 full for 8 days and extended one extra day, toilet paper was 1 1/2 roll for eight days (not enough). Instructions for washer not specific, doesn’t have dryer instructions. Checkout was very difficult using ipad. Ipad seemed to work very slow in response, seemed wasn’t working properly.

Self check in is done on an Ipad which is very slow. Also, with checkout, Ipad not working properly, VERY slow. Checkin and checkout is very difficult with no instant help. There is a kitchen however, only ONE fry pan, forks, spoons, butter knife. No real cutting knife, no toaster, no rice cooker, hot water kettle didn’t work. Toiletries for an 8 day stay (1 n 1/2 roll toilet paper, body wash bottle half full, washer had only 1 wash laundry packet. Due to no staff, unable to replenish and need to buy your own.

Bathroom has a washing drying features that helps a lot to sort the clothing. The cover of the futon mattress had some blood stains (the clean sheets were provided though) We booked for 3 adults, there was a double bed and a futon mattress but there was no space to put a futon. The bed frame squeaked when we sat (even very gently). One leg seemed to be repaired after clacked. There were only 1 mug cup for 3 adults. The room could have been comfortable enough for 2 adults. (may be it is not good idea to take booking for 3)
