• Eyal (9/5): - וילה גדולה פרטית ומרווחת. מארחים נחמדים שדרג אותנו לויךה הגדולה ואישר צק אאוט מאוחר. למי שמגיע עם רכב תמורה מצוינת במחיר הרבה יותר משתלם מרוב המלונות ורמה גבוהה בהרבה מחדר במלון. יש 7.11 2 דקות הליכה מהחדר חוף מהמם 7 דק ומגוון מסעדות עם אוכל מערבי ותאילנדי. המיטה היתה קצת קשה

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal vor Ort sowie reibungsloser Kontakt mit dem Inhaber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

• Dmitry (8/5): - Отличное отношение цена - качество. В пешей доступности от двух пляжей Раваи и Януи. По нашей просьбе предоставили 2 дополнительных велосипеда к уже двум имеющимся - велосипеды в хорошем состоянии. Уборка ежедневно, полотенца меняли раз в 2-3 дня. Своё парковочное место скрытое от солнца. При выезде за электричество оплату не взяли, как и за 2 разбитых стакана - залог вернули в полном объёме. Хозяин всегда на связи в WhatsApp, все вопросы решаются быстро, поздний выезд одобрили без доплаты. Всем рекомендую. Всё хорошо
• Daniella (10/5): - Minden szükséges (éttermek, élelmiszer boltok, kávézók, masszázs) gyalog pár perc alatt elérhető közelségben van, mégis csendes környék. Szuper, hogy kaptunk bicikliket, amikkel pár perc alatt a tengerparton voltunk. Daniel, a tulajdonos mindig elérhető volt Whatsapp-on, mindenben segített. A ház gyönyörű, modern, mindennel felszerelt. Jól éreztük magunkat, ha tehetjük, biztosan visszatérünk még! A felső szinten voltak szúnyogok, pedig nagyon vigyáztunk, hogy csak nappal szellőztettünk és elektromos szúnyogriasztót is használtunk (mondjuk ettől nem nagyon riadtak meg, lehet, hogy az európai szer nem hatott rájuk), de alapvetően nem volt probléma, mert úgy vettük észre, hogy nem csíptek, csak zavartak.

• Shazzy (8/5): Lovely Villa with some easily resolved issues! - The villa is exceptionally well placed for a relaxing break away from it all with Ya Nui beach in easy walking distance and a stone's throw from a number of excellent restaurants! The bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms are extremely comfortable and the pool is a lovely place to relax. Having a washing machine was great also and clothes dry very quickly Accessing the pool is not very easy or safe as there is no hand rail and the steps are located in a corner by the plants! We all found it difficult and risky getting in and out! Our hand towels were only changed once while we were there despite being visibly grubby. The cleaners swept the floors daily but dud not wash them so despite not wearing shoes in the villa, our feet were very dirty. Also when we moved the sofa, there was an old milk spill from a previous guest which had not been cleaned. As this is a premium priced accommodation, daily water would have been appreciated as well as a fruit welcome basket - other reviews have mentoned the fact that their welcome basket wasn't really adequate and the response was that this would be addressed! It seems the solution was to remove everything! As an Airbnb hostess, I would recommend daily water, a fruit welcome basket and some washing machine laundry sachets as a good starting point! Our fridge broke down during our stay and was replaced that day but there was no offer to replace our fruit bowls and mango sticky rice that we had bought and were no longer edible. There was nobody to greet us on arrival and it took a couple of calls to Daniel to get a response. It was not a huge deal as we just let ourselves in as it is way too hot to be left waiting outside!

The villas were spotless, one of the cleanest accommodation i've stayed in in thailand another highlight was the location i could easily cycle to the beach and several nearby restaraunts comfortably. overall, ya nui beach villas is a perfect choice if you want tranquility, cleanliness, and great access to the beach. Highly recommended!

• Sally (8/5): Lovely accommodation. Very clean. Great location though on the expensive end. - Lovely layout and decor. We loved the private pool & relaxing outside. It was really clean & a great location being walking distance from restaurants (about 15m walk). There was also a 7 eleven about 5 min from the property. Air con & fans were appreciated! For the price I’d have expected the bottled water to be topped up & also more of a welcome basket of bits. We stayed for 5 nights & it was pretty expensive (to be fair it was the busiest time so sure that pushes the prices up) so although it was lovely, it was a bit pricey.

The surrounding beaches were not nice, which is a deal breaker for me. We had to travel 25 minutes up to a nicer beach, and it’s very far away from the airport, something to consider for early departures.

• Tim (8/5): - Toll geschnittene und auch gut ausgestattete Villen, die aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, und etwas Pflege benötigen würden (z.B kaputte Lampen, abfallende Türklinke, und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten). Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Reinigungspersonal. Pool könnte vielleicht öfters gereinigt werden (bei uns 1 Mal in zwei Wochen), da er durch Blätter der rundum stehenden Bepflanzung schnell schmutzig wird. TOPS und 7-Eleven sind in unmittelbarer nähe. Yanui Beach und Rawai Beach ebenfalls fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.
• Helene (9/5): Un logement au calme à proximité de tout le nécessaire et de belles plages - La localisation en impasse très sécurisante pour les enfants, les grandes baies vitrées qui s’ouvrent entièrement sur l’espace piscine, la taille des lits doubles (énorme !), le confort des canapés, la proximité avec la plage de Ya Nui et les vélos mis à disposition. Par ailleurs la villa est proche de quelques restaurants / street food très sympas, de salons de massage, de services de location de scooters etc… La villa peut accueillir 6 voyageurs, il est étonnant qu’il n’y ait que 2 transats dans l’espace piscine, et une table pour 4 à l’intérieur.

• Kim (10/5): Will be coming back here next time I travel to phuket - This visit i came with my friens, we all had a great time kayaking and snorkeling on yanui beach. The villas are in an are thats really quiet and its also not too far away from everything its in the perfect location. The villa is very close to 3 different beaches.

• Jones (10/5): Abesolutely superb villa! - The villa was fantastic, clean and modern. The local area is chilled out but still has lots to see and do. Many coffee shops, restaurants, nice beaches and boat trips all close by to the villas. There is a 24 hour supermarket close by to walk and get supplies. The cleaning staff came by every day and were so friendly, Daniel the host was easy to contact and gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area. Thanks so much guys. NOTHING

• Hock (8/5): Good and enjoyable stay with my family. - A BBQ set was provided if we choose to use it. Location was close to the Ya Nui beach, grocery shops and the Rawai Seafood Market. A pair of bicycles were provided if we want to ride to the convenient shops or beach. 1. There should be more lights in the living hall near the kitchen area. 2. The switches should be properly labelled so that we know which switch to press and not start pressing every switch to just turn on the lights. 3. Housekeeping should give us a call to let us know that the pool man is coming to maintain the pool instead of him turning up unannounced at night (i.e. 8pm) to clean and service the pool. 4. The pool tile edges at the steps should have rounded edges. Currently, the step edges are sharp and could injure someone if they are not careful.

• Kim (10/5): Amazing Villa - The Villa was super clean, modern and fantastically designed. the location is perfect, located in a quite natural area with everything you need only a short walk away. beautiful beaches, massage, good restaurants and supermarkets all with in easy walking distance from the villas. The staff are so friendly, the cleaners came to tidy up for us everyday and the security staff at night was always available to help with anything we asked. we will defiantly come back, except next time we will stay longer. everything was great

• Misha (10/5): Beautiful villas with lovely staff - we had a lovely family holiday at these beautiful designed and maintaned villas. the villas are so beautiful inside, we didnt want to leave them, we all had so much fun. The staff are so very very nice, they helped us with anyting, nothing was to much trouble. i miss them already and cant wait to go back. Feels like home. the area is very natural, local feel with friendly people and many tasty restaurants, coffe shops, small bars and great snorkeling at the beach. we cant wait to see you again guys.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, they came to clean for us everyday and Daniel the host gave us lots of tips on things to do in the area. There are two beautiful beaches within a short walk from the villas, the location was perfect. nothing, we had an amazing time

The villa design is just beautiful, and the location is quiet but still close to everything you need. Beaches, massage, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a 5 minute walk from the villa.
• Xianrong (9/5): Very pleasant stay. Perfect property for big families or small groups. - Everything is nice and clean. The pool is amazing. All the rooms are spacious. Every bedroom has a bathroom which is very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped. There is almost everything you need for a holiday. Bicycles were absolutely a plus. The guy on the night shift cleans very well the pool. And tries very hard to communicate with his limited English. They changed our towels almost every days. All in all, it is a very pleasant stay with a reasonable price. Nothing.

Clean, spacious and very short walking distance to some cafes and restaurants in addit - Lovely spacious luxurious place with loads of room and amazing layout I loved it all - but just to help with other guests finding the villas - they are down a non surfaced side street that you wouldn’t think would be the entrance. Maybe just a sign or two to lead people there.

I think it needs done TLC- our daughter cut her hand on some loose pool tiles and the air con was patchy. The kitchen could use some better utensils too

• Hiba (9/5): Plenty of room for a large family - The villa was spacious and very beautiful .. there are 2 big supermarkets a 5 min walk away and the lovely yanui beach is a 15 min walk away.. it’s great to unwind and relax If you’re an active group this might not be the place for you .. it’s a bit far from the action and a quite dark road

There was a fascinating view from the bedroom upstairs. Enjoyed it every morning ❤️. Everyday cleaning of the house and the swimming pool. Special thanks to the host for cleaning up the AC for my request. The rooms are very spacious. There is a bathroom at each room. There are only two things that are not really important but the subject to change. These are the coach in the living room, it’s really uncomfortable. And the kitchen faucet. No more complaints. Everything was very good. I recommend this place if you don’t need the crowd around. But you will need a car to go to the beach.

The location was a short walk to the beach but had excellent local restaurants nearby especially Kates. Settee wasnt the most comfortable. Apart from that everything was fabulous
• Sarah (9/5): Relaxing, good location. Must try Kate’s Cafe. 2 min walk - Modern, clean, well equipped. Housemaid staff absolutely fantastic and incredibly kind. I will miss her. Some pool tiles are starting to lift. Other than that absolutely fantastic and loved my stay

• James (9/5): Amazing Villa - Amazing villa located in a quiet district of of Ra Wai. Convenience stores and eateries close by. The pool is a god send on those hot Thailand days and the pool area is great for chilling night or day. I imagine this villa is booked out solid so doing maintenance could be tricky and there were a few issues that could do with fixing / cleaning but nothing major. Could do with some oven gloves and maybe a tea towel for the kitchen also.

• Jimmy (10/5): Dream villas in the best location. - Luxury villas in a beautiful local area with everything you need at your doorstep. This was the nicest place I have stayed in Thailand, everything was better than we had expected. Staff, villa and area were all perfect. Thank you for everything guys. Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike.
• Henri (9/5): Superb - The owner, Daniel, was amazing. Helped us a lot, was always available. I also liked that everything you could wish for is so near by (smoothies, eating, laundry, scooter rental, beaches etc). Totally recommend this villa. Lots of privacy for sure. All good.
• Sophie (10/5): Amazing villa - I loved everything about this place. It was In a perfect location walking distance to 711, bars, restaurants and the beaches. Rented a scooters which made it even easier to explore. The property was immaculate and cleaners were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this villa soon. This Villa was fully paid for 3 momths before our holiday however Deposit was requested on the day we arrived which was not agreed before arrival or whilst booking our stay. That is my only dislike.
• Grant (5/5): It was a passable stay, made better by friends who stayed in a villa next door. - Self catering Not all toilets worked. Not all tv’s worked. Location not great. Entrance road is bad.
• Jones (10/5): Super convenient and comfortable - Great facilities and you get your own private pool. The villas are also just a 2 minute walk from the beach, where you can do snorkeling and kayaking. Bike rental shop just opposite the road from the villas super convenient for when you need to return the bike

• Arjun (10/5): Luxurious and well serviced - The villa was very luxurious and very well serviced by the staff and owner. Any advice we needed Daniel was on hand and the staff were very attentive to there duties. Ya nui beach had some very good snorkeling and took only 5 minutes to get there using the Villa bicycles. We also rented kayaks on the beach, I would highly recommend this activity. Rawai beach was a 5 minute walk or 2 minutes with the bicycles. Rawai beach had some very good restaurants, especially the fresh seafood restaurants, we also did a really good boat trip from there to a small quite island.
• Marina (2/5): - Had a challenging time connecting with property prior to arrival. Best to WhatsApp. Upon arrival, I was informed of a $THB cash deposit. Since I was leaving back to the US after, I requested they charge my credit card instead. However was insistent it was cash. I provided $USD as deposit as that was all I had available and informed the staff that I was leaving early for checkout. Staff said it was fine. 1 hour before check out I look for staff and contact property staff lead and no response. They get back to me in the evening and ask for my bank information to issue deposit instead of issuing $ credit to original credit card transaction. This was overall a frustrating experience and does not feel authentic. do not recommend. The villa itself was okay- we get there and there are still items in fridge, sparse toiletries, and had sewer smell. The villa is far from main tourist activities (1-1.25 hr drive).
• Vadim (10/5): Amazing villa and location - Fantastic stay at these beautiful villas. The staff, the villa and location were all amazing. You can walk to Rawai or Ya Nui beach with ease. There plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and massage places close by. Can’t recommend this place enough, we can’t wait to go back

• Samantha (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and clean with easy access to everything. - Absolutely gorgeous villa with lots of space and comfortable amenities for our family stay. The villa is in a great location, easy to walk to Ya Nui beach and also to head out to Rawai with a quick car ride. Loved that we could access the local mini mart for our morning coffee and supplies too! The staff were so friendly and made sure our stay was safe and comfortable. Nothing to note, wish we could have stayed longer!
• Daniel (8/5): Nice house to stay for a short period of time wirh friends or family. - Very pretty house, lots of room. Washing machine, private pool. Pool lights not working, pool circulation/bubbles not working. Shower head upstairs not working properly. Owner dont answer on Booking site.
• Angela (10/5): We wish we were able to stay longer than just 3 nights! - Very clean modern villa with 3 large bedrooms, spacious living/dining/kitchen area, nice size pool and outdoor seating. Perfect for us as a family of 4 adults. Short walk to Yanui beach and Rawai for restaurants and shops. Nearby shops for necessities and Kate's restaurant a saviour in the pouring rain! Helpful security guard who checked us in and showed us around - thank you!😀 Nothing to dislike - the villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

• Maksim (7/5): Good - Villa is spacious and bright. It has all that could be required for short-term and long-term living. Recommended for family trip. The villa was not ready for our visit (despite that we arrived at 15:30 and check-in time is 14:00). The pool was pretty dirty. There is a boxing gym right behind the wall near the pool and training starts at 6:00 a. m. So, could be disturbing

I highly recommend Ya Nui Beach Villa - During my recent stay at Ya Nui Beach Villa in Phuket, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the polite and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the villa's convenient location next to a fantastic restaurant made dining a breeze. sometimes no water, need to call the staff to refill water.
