• Sokolinski (2/5): NOT WORTH IT . - Too far from the center. AC wasn't working. The room had terrible sewer smell problems. There were a LOT of insects in our room, like bugs everywhere.. The beach nearby is really not a beach you wanna go swim at , it's all muddy and gross with the port nearby.. so.. definitely not the kind of beach you'd wanna be next to in Thailand.

We loved watching the sun rise from the pool overlooking the beach each morning and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The only (small) drawback was the location - as it was next to the main road it wasn’t very walkable. However there was no traffic noise and in general it was nice to get away from the busier parts of the island.

We were on this side of Phuket for a wedding.. it was perfect for us (But do check location if it's your first time in Phuket, it's a drive to the popular areas and nice beaches). If you have a family, Fishermans is perfect. My daughter and I fed the animals and rode our bikes every morning. The pool is stunning (but loads of mosquitoes.. so bring bug spray). This was my daughter's favorite hotel during our time in Thailand. Her highlight of the whole trip.. was a sweet little black and white cat, that adopted us during our stay at Fishermans Way 🐈‍⬛️ Staff were wonderful and very attentive. The villa we stayed in was gorgeous and new. Excellent air-conditioning and amenities!

• Tini (10/5): Wir würden diese Unterkunft bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Phuket wieder buchen. - Von Ankunft bis Abfahrt waren wir durchgängig sehr gut betreut durch das Personal. Mit ihrer liebevollen hilfsbereiten Art haben sie uns trotz schlechtem Wetter mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Am Ende des Aufenthalts gab es ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk in Form eines Kuscheltieres. Das war sehr niedlich. Die Außenanlagen sind Sehr gepflegt und der Pool direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. In der Anlage gibt es ein kleines Tiergehege indem sich verschiedene Tierarten aufhalten. Rund um die Uhr werde die Tiere und deren Anlage sauber gehalten und gepflegt. Ich kann absolut nichts negatives sagen , da die Beschreibung des Hotels zu 100% übereingestimmt hat.

• Werner (9/5): Ruhe und Idylle im wunderschönen Rawai - Das Holzhaus und dessen Umgebung war genau so schön und gut eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Das gefilterte fliessende Wasser in der Küche und die Velos haben wir als ausserordentliche Extras empfunden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Dass eine solche Anlage direkt am Meer über kein Strandrestaurant verfügt, fand ich enttäuschend. Mit etwas mehr Recherche, hätten wir dies aber schon bei der Buchung wissen müssen. Ein nettes Strandrestaurant mit hervorragendem Frühstück ist zudem innert 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wirklich störend war aber der Preis für die Wäsche, als wir diese einmal direkt an der Rezeption abgegeben haben. Der Preis war etwa doppelt so hoch, wie für dieselbe Leistung in einem anderen Hotel in Rawai und etwa viermal so hoch, wie wenn man die Wäsche selbst in eine lokale Wäscherei bringt, was wir während den zwei Wochen ansonsten auch so gemacht haben. Diesen noch nie gesehenen Wäschepreis empfanden wir als beleidigend und das ist auch der einzige Grund, wieso wir der Unterkunft keine zehn Punkte geben können.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, but it is spacious. There were a few restaurants close to the villa however difficult to access the center if you don’t have a car.

• Sharifa (10/5): Exceptional - The place is perfect for family who escape from noise, the place has small farm and playgrounds which my kid enjoyed playing. Also they provide bicycles for each guest. They offer an upgrade which I was very much appreciated. They also create WhatsApp group for all kind of services, l recommend the place for everyone. Thanks Fisherman Pool stirs flooring is sloppy. I felt down.
• Takieddine (10/5): Stunning ! - I went with my husband, 2 kids (3 and 7 years old). I can't tell you how beautiful the 3 bedroom beach front villa is. Breathtaking the minute you walk in. Very clean, I have absolutely no comments on cleanliness. They have a filter for drinking water which was handy. What we didn't know was that the beach is not a swimming beach. But we enjoyed nonetheless walks on it when tide was low (always wear crocs or hard shoes as there are peices of broken glass bottles). The service is excellent. Reception is from 9 to 5pm only but you don't need them really, you can call the restaurants around the area and they deliver (I think they close at 5pm). Buggy is 24hrs I think and they are excellent. They can drop you at the reception and once you're back they can drop you to your villa. There is a 5minute walk to a huge grocery store which is so convenient if you had kids, we needed lots of snacks, bread etc.. they also send a cleaning team once a day to the villa. if you are hesitant please don't be, it's truly an amazing experience. And also close to everything. Like kata beach which was 15min away. Nothing really. Smiley receptions, great and clean place.

I'm sorry, but that little bastard has to go. He woke us up at 4am every morning with his crowing. I couldn't even sleep with my ear.plugs in. He's that loud.
• Raj (10/5): It was a great stay , beautiful beach and scenery in front of you every day morning and eveneng - We had several restaurents walking distance from the resort , Italian, Japanese , Thai etc…& a mall nearby for us to buy whatever we want … The charges for the items broken at the property is exceedingly high. My grandson broke a saucer and I reported this matter and was charged approx.$12/- for a saucer and I think was a day light robbery …wish the resort to consider to charge a reasonable amount to damaged articles ..instead of exorbitant charges which are unreasonable ….management to reconsider their pricing for broken / damaged items to the guests….

IMO the quantity difference is larger than pricing difference. For the relatively old villa that I stayed, the sound insulation was not good. Sometimes it’s too loud when the tide came in.

• Rijiang (9/5): Relaxing and enjoyable - Close to chalong pier, a convenient location to go island hopping. Some very good restaurants are at the front of the property and the next door is a large supermarket. The property itself is in an very nice forestry setting. There were mosquitoes coming into the room through the gaps of the wooden door frames. We did use the electric mosquito repellent provided and didn't have too much problems.

• Robert (10/5): - We were upgraded to the Wooden Cabin, which was beautiful and comfortable with a great bed. The bathroom was great. The couch wasn't too comfortable, and the recliner could only accommodate on person. Climate control in the bedroom was great, but front room climate control was a bit uneven. Couldn't quite get it cool enough. Overall, a great stay though.
• Giedre (5/5): Villa nice but to much disadvantages - Two bedroom villa was new, nice furniture, good kitchen Toilets doesn’t flush properly, windows not isolated so you hear everything from outside and the new villas are near resorts zoo with roosters, they start screaming at 5am so no sleep possible! Location not really good, need to rent a car if want to go somewhere cause resort is in the middle of nowhere. quite expensive villas and we experienced very rude service at our last day. No understanding and help for us with a 2 years old toddler who needed sleep before 16 hours flight home, they threw us out of the villa in the heat at 12 pm and didn’t let our baby sleep for two hours more, no compromise no understanding only asking for more money if we want to extend our stay for 3 hours! never experienced anything like that
• Huong (10/5): Big villa, big pool! Fantastic villa manager providing the best experience. - The 16 of us stayed at Fisherman Beach 10 bedroom garden villa and had the best time! The experience from check in to check out was smooth. Thom, our villa manager, made sure we were looked after and helped us every single way. She was pleasant, had great English and went above and beyond. The place was clean, pool was big and each room had individual keys and own ensuite. We used Grab to travel everywhere so didn't care too much for the location. Great coffee place near by. Would stay again! If I have to note something, the rooms are on the smaller size but the whole villa was big and spacious.

• Karl (9/5): Loved the cottage , it belonged on a chocolate box . - We stayed in like a Hansel & Gretall type 1 bed cottage in the grounds which we both fell in love with , so cute & only a 3 min walk to the inlet, which is not a beach but the views across from the infinity pool was lovely. No beach/pool bar open , it looked like there was one so maybe because covid it's never opened again .
