- Maria Fernanda (6/5): - Me gustó la tranquilidad pero no me gustó el servicio al cliente, me hubiera encantando un “bienvenida al hotel ….” Pero fue todo lo contrario hasta me habían dicho que habían cancelado mi reserva cuando llegue en la noche, me ayudaron porque ya….repito la atención al cliente es vital para sentirse en casa.

- Felicia (8/5): Perfect location - This was a great location! Behind the mall and quieter then the main street. We were 3 blocks from the cedula office, which was why we visited the area. Easy check in and out. Basic room and breakfast.

- Scott (10/5): - Nice room with a great window. Very close to the mall and SuperMaxi. The near by park La Carolina is also very close. We have walked it several times and really enjoyed the people and vast food selections. Highly recommend this hotel. Nice breakfast too.

- Douglas (10/5): Small clean hotel next to shopping mall. - Clean hotel. Friendly, efficient reception. Room did not have a source of heat that I could find and was a bit cool. Right across from a very large shopping mall. Also nearby is the botanical garden but I was unable to visit because they close early at 3:30 pm.

- Marie-Claude (10/5): Buena estadia - Pasamos 7 noches en este hotel que está muy bien ubicado y en una zona segura. Cerca del gran Centro Comercial Quicentro. El desayuno está incluido y tuvimos un buen servicio. Además, pueden reservar un conductor que estará allí cuando llegue al aeropuerto para llevarlo directamente al hotel y dejarlo en el aeropuerto si pasa todas sus vacaciones en ese hotel. Hay muchos taxis cerca del hotel que te llevarán al lugar que desees. En resumen, fueron atentos y ¡tuvimos una buena estadía!

- Michael (10/5): - Good place to stay around La Carolina. Compared to other locations with the same price Sabet offers better ammenities. The more expensive hotels dont even offer the same ammenities in their basic rooms. Spacious room (with mini fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, and TV) Great bathroom with hot water. Breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Biggest negative is the street its located on is a little dirty BUT parque La Carolina is just around the corner.
- Guy (6/5): Vaut le prix payé - Service moyen, portail barré à notre arrivée vers 21h, toilette petite, duvet trop chaud, trafic un peu bruyant, déjeuner minimaliste d’œufs et pain blanc. Bien situé, dans un quartier huppé, sécuritaire, près d’un parc, d'un centre d’achat et de restaurants.

Usan cubiertos desechables que no ayuda a lo "ecofriendly", entiendo lo usan por pandemia. Se escucha claeamente lo que hacen en el piso de arriba. LIMPIEZA: encontré pelos en la ducha y el lavabo. El sector es excelente.

I would be careful walking there at night. I had no problems . It was well lighted up to the hotel but I would be careful going beyond the hotel

A good, light, cafeteria style breakfast of eggs, sliced cheese & meat, croissant, fruit, juice and hot coffee or tea is complimentary with the room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice new hotel - Nice, new, clean hotel with a comfortable bed. Surprisingly there was even an iron in the room. Very close to a big shopping mall. The breakfast was fine. The internet worked ok in the room. Just the downside was that it was noisy at night and the toilet had a very slow drainage.

Clean basic rooms with helpful staff. Decent breakfast included. You certainly get good value for your $. If looking for a good budget hotel this is it.
