• Ana (5/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig, verglichen zu den anderen 2 Riads, in denen wir übernachtet haben. Das Personal war freundlich. Der kleine Pool erfrischend. Es war obwohl wir in EG waren recht ruhig. Die Terrasse ist angenehm. Anfangs wurde uns lediglich eine unübersichtliche Wegbeschreibung via Booking gesendet, in die man nicht reinzoomen konnte. Es war schwierig zu finden, obwohl ich ein gutes Orientierungsvermögen habe in neuen Orten. Wir waren recht lost, kamen in diesem Douar Graoua Platz an und wurden von einem Einheimischen gelotst, der dann vor dem Riad aufdringlich um Trinkgeld drängte und nicht mit 4€ zufrieden war. Später erfuhren wir, dass wir niemanden Geld geben sollten. Das war alles nicht angenehm. Die anderen Riads haben mich via WhatsApp davor kontaktiert und uns besser begleitet bis zur Ankunft.

• Hanna (9/5): Alles soweit top. Gute Lage, leckeres Frühtsück, saubere und schöne Zimmer sowie sehr nettes Personal. - Sehr schöne und sauber Unterkunft zu einem seh fairen Preis. Relativ kleines Zimmer für zwei Personen mit zwei großen Koffern aber für zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend und dafür sehr schön eingerichtet

Toujours aux petits soins pour nous, les chambres étaient toujours propres à notre retour en fin de journée et le repas du soir été excellent (meilleur que dans les restaurants que nous avons pu tester) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ♥️

Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et très complets et servis sur une jolie terrasse tranquille au soleil ou sous le parasol. Le chemin pour accéder au riad peut être un peu angoissant, mais nous étions 3 filles et n'avons jamais rencontré aucun problème. Egalement, dommage que la piscine n'ait pas été utilisable quand nous y étions.

• Estelle (10/5): Excellent stay, lovely staff, beautiful location - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was lovely. The property was very central to the main square only a ten minute walk away The shower would leak into the floor when used. Rooms are not soundproof (naturally since it is a traditional home but would be a bonus)

• Heleen (9/5): Een heerlijke en rustige plek om te verblijven binnen de drukte van Marrakech - De locatie was prima, goed verborgen zoals de meeste riads in Marrakech maar we werden keurig gehaald en gebracht van en naar de taxi bij aankomst en vertrek. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, pannekoekjes, brood, cake, vers fruit, yoghurt en een eitje, naast de koffie en thee. Mooi ingericht, vriendelijk personeel en een lekker dakterras. Bad/douche was prima, goede waterdruk en warm water. Het bed was een beetje hard en de kamer niet heel erg groot, we hadden weinig ruimte naast het bed om in te stappen. Verder ook niet heel veel ruimte om onze bagage neer te leggen.

• Nur Elisa (7/5): It’s actually a good place to stay if we didn’t have the smelly room problem on the first day. Overall it’s okay. - The staffs were very nice and helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop was good. Nice decorations. 5 minutes walk to souks/jmaa el fnaa. Room: Small and a little bit packed if you bring a lot of luggage. Otherwise it’s good for 2 people. However, the ground floor room smells at night. It smells like something was clogged or from the sewer. We thought it came from the bathroom or the pool if you open the window, but it wasn’t. We finally found out that it came from the wall at our bed head. The toilet wall was moldy which needs to be cleaned. The way to the riad is little bit scary if you’re not used to it. Can just use google. Beware of scammers asking to help you on the way.

• Mandy (8/5): Fijn verblijf midden in de Medina - Mooie kleinschallige Riad verborgen tussen de straten van de Medina. Alles was zeer schoon en het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijn dat we een transfer hadden via de Riad. Toen we aankwamen en door de straatjes naar de Riad liepen moesten we even omschakelen, omdat we wat donkere verlaten tunneltjes door moesten lopen, maar de Riad zelf was erg mooi en we hebben ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld.

La chambre encrée de chaussée est un peu sombre.

• Melanie (9/5): - So schön eingerichtet! Das Personal war top! Das Frühstück ein Traum. Auch sie Musik udn das Wasserplättschern am abend war sehr zum entsoannen und rukterkommen vom Alltag. Es ist alles sehr hellhörig und man hat vielew durchgehört, war vorallem beim Schlafen um abemd störend.

• Laura (9/5): Perfecto para descansar. - Un oasis entre el caos. Personal extremadamente amable y los desayunos excepcionales. La cama era super cómoda y todo está muy limpio. Todos los días nos limpiaban la habitación y nos colocaban las cosas. La terraza cuando da el sol es una maravilla, al igual que dormir con el sonido de la Fuente de agua. Las dos calles hasta llegar impresionan el primer día. Luego te das cuenta de que todo es muy seguro y que no pasa absolutamente nada.

• Maartje (8/5): Was heel erg goed en we hebben een heel erg fijn verblijf gehad, het voelde haast als een privé hotelletje, heel rustig - Hele lieve vriendelijke mensen en heel mooi schattige Riad, lekker ontbijt Soms lastig dat je via een kant altijd eerst door de drukke souk heen moest. Op de laatste dag kwamen we erachter dat er ook een andere uitgang was, was wat korter en minder druk maar de straten waar auto’s/taxi’s reden. Maar eigenlijk waren er geen negatieve dingen aan de Riad. Was super!

• Mizan (9/5): Lovely, homey riad with great staff - The property was beautiful and conveniently situated next to the Medina. Staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, I’d like to thank Mouhssine, Fatima, Souad, Kabira, Khadija and Younes for being so accommodating to my family and our needs, providing service with a smile and making us feel right at home in Marrakech! The property is situated amongst houses and you have to walk through alleyways to get to the property, however not the worst we’ve seen
• Maria (8/5): Riad de ensueño, acceso horroroso - El alojamiento es precioso, nos vinieron a buscar el primer día porque el acceso es bastante complicado y desagradable, la calle de entrada está muy sucia, y además para llegar hay que pasar por varias zonas sin iluminación que si no conoces la zona da bastante miedo. Una vez ya en el alojamiento, todo es maravilloso, parece un refugio para la relajación del ajetreo de la gran ciudad, Zakaria, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, muy agradable y servicial. El acceso, creo que podrían limpiarlo (aunque la calle sea de todos los vecinos), al fin y al cabo el Riad está obteniendo unos beneficios bastante altos y se puede permitir limpiar la calle todos los días con lejía, tal y como hacen los puestos del Zoco todas las mañanas.

• Lizette (10/5): Nos encantó!!! - Todo, es hermoso como en las fotos, cada detalle cuidado, limpio, silencioso, calefacción, agua caliente, baño súper cómodo. Puedes pagar con tarjeta. Pero lo más importante para nosotros es la atención y aquí es inmejorable Antoine es increíblemente amable y atento, las chicas que se encargan de la límpieza también, todos atentos, te reciben con te caliente y se agradece mucho en el invierno. Nos ayudaron a reservar el transporte para el aeropuerto, debíamos salir a las 4 AM y Antoine nos acompañó hasta la van que nos llevaría y nos preparo un desayuno de fruta y magdalenas para el camino, detalle que nos enamoró aún más del sitio y del mismo morroco, volveríamos 1000 veces sin dudarlo.

• Jeanette (6/5): Marrakesh is een aanrader met zeer vriendelijke mensen. - Locatie in de medina. De sfeer was goed. Bedden niet schoon, 1 bed was een groot tuinkussen met een laken er overheen. Geen goede douche. Deze lekte en afvoer liep niet goed door. Handdoeken oud. Ondanks vermelding bij advertentie van glutenvrij ontbijt, geen glutenvrij brood of iets dergelijks.

El servicio de Transfer de madrugada hacia el aeropuerto, y que nos den el desayuno (fruta) para llevar, al salir de madrugada. La cercanía y profesionalidad de los trabajadores. Volveré sin duda! ☺️
• Mari Carmen (8/5): Volveríamos a este Riad sin duda! - Los trabajadores del Riad eran encantadores. Muy amables y atentos. Los desayunos fueron excelentes, no les faltaba ni un detalle y todo estaba buenísimo. El Riad era muy bonito y transmitía mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación era muy buena a minutos de las calles del zoco y muy cerca también de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna y a diferencia de otros Riad no tuvimos ningún problema para encontrarlo usando Maps. Volveríamos a este Riad sin duda! Si tuviese que comentar algo es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en modo caliente y teníamos una estufa que no calentaba tanto, y que las calles hasta llegar al Riad parecían un poco "inseguras" pero esto pasa para acceder también a otros Riad. Después te das cuenta de que realmente todo es bastante seguro en Marrakech.

• Lucia (8/5): Un'oasi di pace - Entrare nel Riad ti catapulta in un'oasi di pace e serenità, sembra quasi di essere su un altro pianeta rispetto alla caotica frenesia della città. Le stanze sono pulite e il personale accogliente e sempre disponibile. La colazione é veramente eccezionale. La posizione del Riad é un po' complicata da raggiungere all'inizio. Essendo in centro, non é raggiungibile con i mezzi e questo significa dover attraversare le viuzze affollate con le valigie se non si usufruisce del trasferimento offerto dal Riad.

(8/5): Nice riad to stay in if you don't mind less appealing streets - The riad was very nice and the breakfast was very filling, whenever we also got eggs (some days they were included, other not). The space felt clean and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful, even with helping us print our boarding passes. The room was very tiny, we could barely walk around it. And the street it's on looked terrible and not well lit. There were a lot of empty lots on the alley up until reaching the riad.

• Ranjit (9/5): Lovely place to end one’s day in a warm, clean and friendly place, and also to start the day with a welcoming breakfast - This Riad is very close to the Souks and the square, very easy to get around. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The place is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended! The room is small, but mainly the shower had a way of getting the whole bathroom wet!

Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative ma questa volta se potessi mettere 0 lo farei e non sto mentendo. Il Riad si trova letteralmente in mezzo alle macerie ( come potete ben vedere dalle foto che allego ). Vicoli angusti e bui già di giorno, figuriamoci di sera. Sono arrivata, ho pagato tutto e la sera stessa sono dovuta letteralmente scappare da questo posto, dato che era impossibile pensare di uscire la sera in quella zona. Prima di andare via abbiamo cercato lo staff non c’era assolutamente nessuno con cui parlare. Non capisco come un alloggio del genere possa avere 8.9/10, mai nella mia vita mi è capitato di finire in un alloggio in mezzo alle macerie e sentirmi in pericolo al pensiero di uscire di sera. Staff incapace anche di comunicare, non parlano né inglese né francese (poco e niente). Ho contattato sia la struttura sia Booking che ha cercato di contattare il riad a sua volta senza ricevere risposta, ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso e neanche la ricevuta di pagamento. Non ho soggiornato neanche una notte lì dentro, non hanno avuto la decenza né di rispondere ai miei tanti messaggi, né di farmi avere un rimborso. L’unica cosa che hanno detto “ ci dispiace ma se fosse rimasta avrebbe visto che non era pericoloso” ma per piacere le foto parlano da sé!!!! Fuori dal Riad pieno di ragazzi a chiedermi soldi, non ho incontrato neanche un turista in quella zona. Alcuni vicoli talmente bassi da dover passare piegati. Sono davvero senza parole, evitate questo posto se non volete ritrovarvi a dover cercare e pagare un altro hotel appena arrivati. Ho buttato tutti i soldi e mi hanno completamente rovinato la vacanza, perché l’impatto è stato agghiacciante. Mi auguro vengano analizzate meglio le strutture su Booking e non ricapitino più situazioni del genere. Le foto sono della zona appena fuori la porta del Riad, sacchi e macerie affianco all’entrata. Mi sarei aspettata un altro comportamento dallo staff, che all’apparenza sembrava gentile.
• CORINA (9/5): Comunque un bel soggiorno a due passi dai Souk - Tutto,colazione tipica buona servita su terrazzo ,camera un può piccola (ma è un Riad) ma pulita. Non mi è piaciuto l’esterno del riad ma stiamo in Medina…😉

• Laurent (9/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette riad à Marrakech. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants, à l’écoute et toujours disponibles pour nous aider ou nous conseiller. Le service était impeccable, notamment le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse, un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin : spécialités marocaines, fruits frais, thé, gâteaux, œufs… un petit dej complet et délicieux. La chambre était refaite tous les jours, toujours propre et agréable. Une adresse que je recommande chaudement pour un séjour chaleureux et authentique à Marrakech !

• Priska (8/5): Kurzer Frauenausflug in Marrakesch. Die Unterkunft bietet alles. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. - Kleine sympathische Unterkunft. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Es gab leider keine typischen Mandelcreme zum Frühstück.

• Moritz (10/5): Eine wunderbare Oase in der Medina - Sehr geschmackvolles Riad, günstig mitten in der Medina gelegen. Die Dachterrasse und das wunderbare Frühstück haben uns besonders gefallen und auch das kleine Wasserbecken war zur Abkühlung sehr willkommen. Unsere Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
