• Christine (4/5): Too warm, poor customer service - It was clean and well equipped. The temperature was too high and the thermostat was not adjustable. I reached out to the smartments people by email and whatsapp but they were of no help.
• mako (3/5): Disappointed - Host communication was initially responsive, but follow-up communication stopped after compensation was mentioned and later emails were not answered. The property was an active construction site (workers and NOISE) upon arrival, which was not communicated in advance. My room was supposed to be ready by 3 PM, but I was only able to access it after 4 PM, causing me to be late for an appointment. When entering the room, cleaning staff were still present, the floors were wet, and the room did not appear fully prepared. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I have had positive experiences with other Smartments locations, but this one was disappointing.

Lai gan virtuve ir - nav kur apgriezties, lai normāli kaut ko pagatavotu. Arī pusdienu galds divām personām ir daudz par mazu. Kafijas automāts ir - bet kapsula tikai 1 uz mums diviem trim naktīm...papildus pieejams pieliekamais - ja nepieciešams atkritumu maiss, vai tualetes papīrs u.c. Bezkontaktā viss darbojās un viss bija saprotams. Ļoti tuvu Velodrom arēnai un sab.transportam. Blakus liels bezmaksas parkings. Nesapratām, kā pirmreizēji tikt iekšā ēkā. Tikām tikai tad, kad kāds nāc ārā. Spilveni briesmīgi.

• Angela (9/5): Clean, easy commute, comfortable bed and good shower. - There is a cafe near the entrance where you can get food and coffee and the staff is very pleasant. There is a Rewe supermarket located within a 5 min walk and a beautiful view of the city and skyline at sunset in the evening. It's a very busy location with multiple trains which is a plus, but also a lot of people congretating which is a minus, but still a safe area.

Man sollte darüber nachdenken, ob man im Eingangsbereich stärker ausschildert, dass dieser videoüberwacht wird, um abzuschrecken und vielleicht zusätzlich eine Person einer Sicherheitsfirma dort platziert, vor allem nachts. Uns wurde am ersten Abend draußen aufgelauert und wir wäre unheimlich froh gewesen hätten wir einen Ansprechpartner gehabt.

• John (6/5): Good value for money - The apartment is good value for money. It suited our needs. It is close to good transport links and is only 20 mins from the city centre. Supermarket also nearby. We did like that the room was serviced halfway through our stay. The pictures online are slightly misleading. Our room was basically a small hotel style room with a kitchen squeezed in, There was only a hob and a microwave and very little space around the bed etc to relax and eat.
• Matthias (5/5): Kann man machen wenn man sparen will aber sonst nein. - Das Zimmer war ok. Bett extrem aber hart aber man konnte gut schlafen. Die Lage direkt neben einen Dönerladen am Bahnhof wo nachts die Leuchte laut sind und das Fenster offen lassen keine Option ist. Die Lage ist auch nicht so berauschend da daneben direkt ein riesen Syren Asylantenheim ist.

I often stay at this hotel, and sometimes the room has only one pillow and one blanket. At times, even for one person this is not enough — there are not enough pillows, and sometimes it gets cold and I would like to have an extra blanket. In some rooms, the chairs are very hard, which makes it uncomfortable to sit and work on a laptop for a long time.

• Giada (8/5): Struttura rinnovata, ma servizio un po' peggiorato :( - Hanno rinnovato tutta la struttura, anche se era già bella prima. La posizione è ottima per me perché è vicino ai mezzi, in più di fronte c'è un piazzale per lasciare l'auto. Ovviamente mi piace il fatto che c'è la cucina, così non devo mangiare tutti i pasti fuori, ma c'è la possibilità di cucinarsi qualcosa di sano e in più a due passi c'è il supermercato. I letti comodi, la stanza e il bagno li ho sempre trovati puliti. Hanno migliorato la struttura ma diminuito molto il servizio. Per tre notti ho avuto solo una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie e nessuna spugna per lavare i piatti a mano. Come si fa a cucinare per tre giorni se non si possono pulire le pentole?? Ho scritto un messaggio ma non mi hanno risposto... Ho dovuto fermare la donna delle pulizie per farmene dare altre due ed è stata molto gentile. Stessa cosa per le capsule per il caffè, ce n'era solo una, per tre notti in due. Ah e non c'erano manco i tovaglioli. Prima invece c'erano sempre; una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie per ogni notte e stessa cosa per il caffè, due capsule al giorno (essendo in due). C'era anche una spugna per pulire i piatti e i tovaglioli. Inoltre nell'ingresso c'era una macchinetta per il caffè è altre bevande che hanno tolto. Sono rimasta un po' delusa sinceramente.

Als Ersatz bot man uns an, dass wir das Zimmer welches nicht gemacht war selber sauber machen sollten, da kein Room Service mehr da war. Das Ersatzzimmer war ein Einzelzimmer, und somit auch nur für eine Person

• Nadine (5/5): - Auf den ersten Blick war das Zimmer schön. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die ganze Nacht lief der Lüfter an der Decke und man konnte die Temperatur nicht regeln. Es war überall viel zu warm. Das ist zwar Geschmackssache aber wir fanden es unangenehm. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hätte man die Lautstärke von der Straße und S-Bahn.

• Sandra (7/5): Solides Hotel aber bitte keine Extrawurst erwarten - Checkin / Checkout ist super unkompliziert. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine Art Parkplatz, was aber nicht offiziell als Parkplatz ausgeschrieben oder angezeigt wird. Man kann dort aber kostenlos stehen. Es ist aber auch etwas dubios. Wir haben von dem Hotelzimmer Leute dort rumschleichen sehen also keine Ahnung, wie sicher dieser Platz dort ist. Wir waren dort, weil wir eine Veranstaltung im Velodrom besucht haben und da ist die Location perfekt weil man nur unter einmal über die Bahnschienen geht und dann sofort da ist. Laut was in unserem Zimmer definitiv nicht. Dafür waren wir zu weit oben. Wie schon beschrieben der Checkin und Checkout war für uns sehr unkompliziert. Leute, die aber nicht ganz so Technikaffin sind und lieber mit einer Person sprechen werden dort ihre Herausforderungen haben. Es gibt kein Personal, welches dir dort übern Weg läuft. Wenn du Probleme hast, scheinst du das nur telefonisch oder digital klären zu können. Die Einrichtung ist okay aber man merkt, dass immer die einfachsten Sachen benutzt wurden. Beispiel: Der Toilettendeckel sieht auf den ersten Blick hochwertig aus, hat aber beispielsweise keinen soft Close.
