• CHI-MEI (6/5): 晚上太亮，隔音不好 - 這酒店其實是一間公寓，入住前一天給你email告訴你如何入住，所以記得檢查email。 酒店只有位置不錯，但隔音不行，我們住2樓，但早上6點樓下收垃圾，以及晚上直至10點11點都有拍子聲，後來才發現原來地下室有人每晚跳舞。 房間太亮，對面建築物通宵有射燈，剛好照到這大樓，而且房間窗簾很有問題，完全不符合窗的比例，建議酒店的人盡快換掉。

Nice clean rooms with lovely bathrooms. The rooms are a 2 minute walk from the centre and tue surroundings are just stunning!! You wont get much better than this !!! Only slight comment that one of the beds dipped in room 8. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will be returning !!!

Minor issues : we had booked 3 single -bed apartments ( 6 persons of the same sex) but only one of them had at the main bedroom single beds.Of course we had the option of the couch by using bed sheets provided in the closet . Quick response of the apartment' s representative on the phone, but not to e-mails .It' s better to call them instead of waiting for an e-mail reply.

• Tiina (10/5): Siisti huoneisto hyvällä paikalla - Yövyimme 4 yötä kyseisessä huoneistossa elokuun helteillä. Huoneistossa on ilmalämpöpumppu, joten hellettä ei sisällä huomannut. Meillä oli ylimmän kerroksen 1 makuuhuoneen huoneiston, jossa huonekorkeus oli hulppea. Kylpyhuone oli siisti ja keittiössä tarvittavat välineet aamupalan valmistamiseen. Samalla kadulla pieni marketti, josta sai aamupalatarvikkeet kätevästi ostettua. Sijainti loistava vanhankaupungin puiston lähellä. Lisäksi juna-asema ja iso ostoskeskus ihan kulman takana. Sisäänkirjautuminen hoitui kätevästi, noin vuorokausi aikaisemmin saimme ohjeet sähköpostiin. Alaoveen on koodi ja avaimen sai toista koodia vastaan huoneiston vieressä olevasta boxista. Kaiken kaikkiaan olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä majoitukseen.

Il check-in non è andato bene in quanto non abbiamo trovato le chiavi nel box adiacente la porta e abbiamo dovuto chiamare il 15 Agosto la segreteria. Per fortuna dopo qualche decina di minuti una signora ci ha portato la chiave per accedere. Da rivedere la manutenzione. Parecchie lampadine bruciate o un intero lampadario che non si accendeva. Ottima la dotazione di elettrodomestici. C'è davvero tutto, anche la lavastoviglie!
• JA RYONG (8/5): 작게 불편했던 부분이 있지만, 전반적으로 만족스러움. 재방문 의사 있음. - 크라쿠프역에서 걸어서 이동에 가까운 편임. 전체적으로 넓고, 관리도 잘되어 있는 공유형 숙박시설처럼 내집같은 편안함이 있음. 세탁기를 제외한 거의 모든것이 있으므로, 직접 요리도 할수도 있음. 외부의 침입등 보안관련 매우 안전하다고 평가함. 꼭대기층의 지붕 창문으로 들어오는 햇살에 매우 기분이 좋은 하루를 시작할수 있었음. 단, 현관문을 같은 열쇠로 위, 아래 두부분의 잠김을 열어야 되는데, 이게 생각만큼 잘 되지 않아서 많은 시간을 문을 열도 잠그는데 고생했음. 도어락 부분에 고칠부분도 있었음. 샤워부스에 물이 하수구로 잘 빠지지 않은 문제도 있었음.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nära gamla stan - Lägenheterna ligger på promenadavstånd till gamla stan, är rena och supermoderna. Enda minuset var bäddsoffan som inte var en riktig bäddsoffa. Efter tre nätter hade jag ganska ont i ryggen.

• Josefine (10/5): Bra boende i cebtrala Krakow - Väldigt fin och fräsch lägenhet nära stationen. Bra internet och varmvatten. En trevlig överraskning var att det fanns tvättmaskin. Det är några småsaker som skulle förbättra boendet ännu mer: att incheckningsinstruktionerna kom ett par dagar innan. Praktiska saker som disktrasa, Diskmaskinstabletter och hushållspapper hade också underlättat. Sen tyckte vi att bäddsoffan var skönare än sängen. Men i stort sett är det här ett mycket bra boende till ett mycket bra pris!
• Verified traveler (6/5): They stopped carrying to keep the standard - I have been to those aprtments many times and really liked it at the begining however I have the inpression that they stopped carrying. Many things remain unfixed- curtains (that dont really cover from the day light at 5am), blinking light, cork in the bathroom sink, missing glasses. They also stopped providing coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Once I got an aprtment without any blinds in the windows and super dirty. I think for that kind of money, Krakow offers many other opportunities.

The room was good too. the only issue probably was the shower. The water ran at a low pressure and the Showerscreens did not close properly so the water splashed onto the floor outside the booth.

• RIENZIE (8/5): Great place to stay at Krakow - This was an amazing place close to the rail & bus stations. Walking distance to the Laundromat, Wawell castle & many cafes. Room & apartment were comfortable. Kettle, microwave, fridge & hot plate plus Nespresso machine available, needed to buy extra pods for the days we stayed.

Det æ vil klage på at i vår leilighet var det ikke blendingsgardin på soverommet. Var mye lys i bakgården som lyste opp rommet på natt. Stille rolig område.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Il giorno prima mi sono arrivate via mail tutte le istruzioni dettagliate e i codici di accesso per il check in perché non c'è la reception (avevo qualche ansia in merito perché non avevo mai fatto una cosa simile). Appartamento eccezionale, pulito e luminoso, in posizione davvero strategica: a circa 300 metri dalla stazione centrale di Cracovia e dalla Galleria Krakowska (un centro commerciale immenso), e altrettanto vicinissimo al centro storico della città (in 10 minuti si arriva alla piazza del mercato). Sono molto contenta della scelta effettuata, se dovessi ritornare a Cracovia (spero di si) soggiornerò nuovamente presso questa struttura. Peccato esserci stata solamente 2 giorni!

Also the drain in the shower was backed up and had to drain each morning. Also was a little disappointed that they did not offer some kind of discount after explaining that I had to pay roaming charges for to no Wi-Fi. Other than that, the apartment is a fantastic spot to stay.

The property was in an amazing location, very close to the old city and with a supermarket just over the road. It had very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and everything we needed for a city break. Check in was very easy with the door codes being sent to us by email, 24 hours before arrival.

• HB (8/5): - The property was great! The location, the condition, the overall look. My only complaint would be lack of hot water. During our four nights stay in the apartment, the water heater kept on breaking, so we were with out hot water for most of the day(s). When I reported the problem to the property management, they were very responsive, and sent somebody to fix it right away. However, the water heater stopped working again the next morning.

• ALLA (10/5): - Все супер! Лучше и быть не могло! В Кракове бываем с мужем достаточно часто,но в такие замечательные аппартаменты попали в первый раз. В последующий раз будем останавливаться только там.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 생각보다 비싸고 별로. - 방자체는 크고 좋다. 근데 처음 문을열때부터 키를 굉장한 힘을주어야 열리고,겨울에갔는데 난방도 안되고 샤워실 손잡이는 계속빠진다. 와이파이도 오락가락해서 반은 내 데이터 사용했다. 물은 왜 다 탄산인지.. 이건 다른호텔들도 이런경우많긴하더라. 제일맘에 안들었던점은 난방, 열쇠, 와이파이. 맘에들었던점은 잘구비된 주방용품, 위치 정도. 아 그리고4만얼마 주고 있었는데 그가격이면 조금 떨어진 곳에 있는 3만원대 비슷한곳 사용하는게 나을거같다. 나같은경우 블루호텔이나 아파르타멘티 보네로프스카5 추천한다. 훨씬 좋음.

• RYAN (8/5): - 部屋の鍵を開ける際、結構コツが必要で戸惑った。電話して聞いてみたところ、左に二回回すと開くというが、なかなか開かず…なんどもトライしてやっと開いた。コツは、左に二回回した後、鍵を差し込んだままさらに少し左方向に鍵に力を加えつつ扉を押すことである。すると開いた。

• Barbara (8/5): Great apartment in fantastic location - The apartment is handy to everything- the railway station, the old town, restaurants, shops. Clean, well appointed, good wi-fi but tv only in Polish. Had a couple of hiccups with the hot water system and had to contact admin to get it going. And a bit noisy...the very solid front door seemed to transmit rather than insulate from the sound of other people (and a flamenco class downstairs) in the building.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great rooms - Booked two rooms, a studio and a one bedroom apartment. Booked two rooms, a studio and a one bedroom apartment, were very similar in size and in fact, the studio actually felt a little bit more spacious. The kitchen applicants were new. There were also washing machines and indoor clothes racks which was fabulous. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable to stay. However, its location is a little far from city centre, and is still quite far from the closest bus/tram stops (10 minutes walk) and the roads to these stops were a bit bumpy/rocky, not great if you have big luggages like we did. Staff service wise was great, arranged to print my flight ticket and collected at their reception office which is not usually possible in most apartment hotels. Few good restaurants and shops open till late just downstairs of the hotel which was very convenient.
• Benjamin (10/5): Great apartment close to everything - Very convenient locational close to the main station and old town. Apartment was clean and well equipped with easy self check in process and good communication from the owner. Nice shower and comfy bedding although mattress was a bit firm.
• Verified traveler (10/5): excellent. would stay here again. - Great comfortable quiet stay at this apartment hotel. Easy to find. Close to the old town attractions. Loads of restaurant around, and a small supermarket just opposite of the apartment hotel. Easy check in and picking up keys (the staff sent us the passcodes to get into the building and key box to enter the room). Quick response from hotel staff via email or hotel messaging prior to keys picking. During my stay, I also had called the emergency telephone number given at quite late in the evening (10.45pm) but the staff answered friendly and had solved my enquiry.

• Derek (10/5): Krakow in September 2018 - Absolutely brilliant apartment, common areas and apartment very very clean. Apartment in a great central location, 10 mins walk to train station, 5 mins to the Old Square. A very clean city with lots to see and do, eating out is much cheaper than the UK and most European countries. Yellow Umbrella walking tours very good - Old Krakow, Jewish Krakow and World War 2 Krakow. Damien and Ani were very knowledgeable and informative, recommended. Moa Burgers and Sumui Thai restaurants were excellent . Auschwitz is 90 mins away by coach but is a must see venue at least once. Unfortunately our guide was bored giving the same talk each day and wasn't very informative. Salt mines were well worth visiting, our guide made our trip. Be aware there are 400 + steps down before tour starts but a lift takes you back up at the end. Airport to Krakow central 9 Zloty (approx £2) We thoroughly enjoyed our apartment and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Krakow is an amazing location, highly recommended.

• Verified traveler (8/5): A lovely apartment in a great location - This is a lovely modern, high quality apartment in a great location - quiet yet very convenient for exploring any part of Krakow. Very clean, air-con, good shower,. iron, TV enough space.... I would have given 5 stars as the property is superb but it did lack a few basics: 1) There is no kettle (so to make tea / coffee we had to boil water in a pan) 2) No tea towel for drying dishes 3) In the twin room there is no wardrobe or even shelves. There is space for a skinny tall wardrobe and shelves and these are needed 4) Some basic art in the bedrooms and lounge would give it a more comfy feel and less clinical But the above need to be taken in to context. Overall the flat is great, we'd stay again, but the above 4 points would get it up to 5 star in my opinion.

• Sk (8/5): Apartment close to railway station and town center - 7 mins walking distance to railway station and town center. The host is nice to let us check in early at 10am since the apartment is ready. Self check in, the host will send passcode via email 1 day before arrival. Apartment is spacious, every thing is clean but the sofa bed if you plan to seep on it, bedsheet and duvet were provided for the sofa bed. Overall a pleasant staying.

• Matt (10/5): Nice central location in clean modern apartment. - Fantastic apartment. Very modern and clean with new furniture and furnishings. The apartment is located in a great central place that makes it easy to get around just by walking. We also had a hire car and found it easy and cheap to park nearby. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. Everything was perfect.

• glenn (10/5): Beautiful surprise gem in Kraków! - This place blew me away. It’s a gorgeous set up. Very modern and clean and spacious too! It really had everything I wanted and more. The shower had great pressure and worked very well. The security set up was also fantastic. Very up to date and not what I expected. The location was literally a 2 minute walk to old town. It was so convenient. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! My only minor issue was that I wish there were English instructions on how to use the air conditioner!
• Wendy (10/5): Great apartment and amazing location! - We loved our stay in Kraków! The accommodations were beautiful and in a great location. We could not have been happier. It is important to note that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. Which means no daily maid or room service. That is okay with us, as we are used to staying in apartments when traveling. Please be sure to note that you will have to call the Poland phone number listed on our reservation to get access to the apartment. This is not a problem, but something you should plan for before you arrive.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Two nights in a great location - My family and I rented 3 rooms at Apartamenty Habitan for a brief 2 night stay. Each of the 3 rooms was incredibly clean with modern furnishings. The location was super close to the main square in Krakow, making walking to attractions and restaurants very easy! The room my husband and I were in had an air conditioning unit that wasn’t particularly cool, but it sounded like the other rooms’ AC units were fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
• Jim (8/5): - The property was nicely situated, being walking distance to both the train station and Old Town Square. We had an issue with the bathroom sink being out of commission during our stay, with no apparent way to get it fixed.
• Rob (10/5): Comfortable apartment in city centre, ideal for sh - The apartment was excellent and furnished to a very high standard. I only have minor complaints. Information about access to the apartment was only available late, and was not clear - very annoying when tired after travel. The curtains are good but not capable of keeping out the street lighting - black-out blinds are needed. No microwave oven! - the kitchen equipment provided would not be suitable for anyone doing serious cooking. For short-stay travellers a microwave is the best solution.
• Susan (10/5): Great stay - Very nice apartment which is just a short stroll to the old town. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, it was very clean and it had modern facilities. We really enjoyed our stay in Krakow and I would recommend the Habitan as a great base to explore the city.
• leah (10/5): Loved it - This apartment was spotless and very comfy, I was really surprised at how lovely it actually was. Literally walk across the road and you are in the side street walking to the square which takes 5 minutes. Perfect location. Would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone, will definitely be returning.
• Wira (10/5): Would stay again! - The apartment was really big and roomy. Perfect location too! Very clean. Only thing is they didn't allow early check-in or ability to leave luggage but there are lockers at the nearby train station anyway. Would definitely stay again!

The location was amazing, a few minutes walk from the Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and about a 5 minute walk to the main square! The location couldn’t have been better.

Having read small print upon arrival in Krakow we saw we should have contacted them with arrival details the day before.... we rang upon arrival at 11 and they very kindly arranged an earlier check in for us which was ver much appreciated as we'd been up since 3am for our very early flight 😀😀😀. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a nespresso coffee machine and was just a few minutes walk from the train station and main square. We were really pleased with our choice and recommend to others.

• Pauline (10/5): Beautiful apartment central to Krakow - Stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 night's. Did not meet staff as it was a late check in but key was there for us. Very spacious apartment, very clean, lovely shower. You could not ask for more. Literally less than 5 minutes walk from centre of a most beautiful city. Would recommend these apartments 100%. Our apartment just a classic but you would not need anymore but you can get bigger apartments.
• Alan (6/5): Good location, room a bit mixed - Pros - the location and price. Convenient for getting around and on a quiet street, with a well stocked supermarket up the road. Cons - while the room was as it appeared in the photos, the sofa was heavily stained and the cushions on the bed were also in need of a wash (bedding was good and clean). The shower also came off the wall and the tap was lose. I got over the above, but most disappointingly, we were woken each morning between 5 and 6:30 am by what sounded like elephants upstairs. The floors must be solid concrete as we could hear every step/ chair scraping/ conversation. This did die down after about 15 minutes each day, and I don’t imagine would be a problem in every room.
