• Tishara (6/5): Stop renting this unit! - This unit should NOT be allowed to be rented! The wi-fi didn't work in this unit at all. The tv in the livingroom was not hooked up to cable or the internet connection. The floor was FILTHY! The master bathroom door frame was broken and there was no shower curtain or shower rod. They provided towels, but do not provide washcloths, most normal people would like to know that. The decorative pillows on the couch and upstairs are beyond dingy. The experience was not a good one at all!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - My family and I absolutely loved this property! Good location, friendly people and enough room. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t cleaned well enough. We found fake finger nails on the floor, old wrappers from other guests under beds and tables and stains in the carpeting and a untreated hole in the wall. But beds and such were clean. Other than that it was great!

Beds were hard as a rock you had to take your own trash out, and they needed copies of my id and a picture of me holding my id and cc I didnt get the email to do all of this until the day before so I was running around getting everything done.

• Verified traveler (2/5): NEVER AGAIN - The separate payment for the cleaning was a hassle. As soon as I booked on Hotels.com was confirmed the management company stalked me for payment. The requirements for payment were ridiculous. Also they put a lock over the thermostat preventing the ability to adjust the AC. It barely worked. It’s Orlando in the summer!!!

• Nancy (4/5): BUGS :( - ROACHES, ROACHES and more ROACHES. It was fine overall, old but fine! Biggest problem, is the rental company isn't on property and kind of hard to reach on the phone. Had an issue with the main tv.. there are 5 remotes and you push a wrong button and your screwed. Called to ask for help, they told me they would have to contact the "cable" company to set up appointment. we were only there for two days. Same issue, with the bugs... We were first told they would send pest control. but the second day when i asked if they had come, they said i had to send videos to prove there were bugs. Why would i randomly request someone come spray, on my vacation if they're weren't bugs?

• Jeannette (8/5): - The main problem we had was the dirtiness of the pool. The pool was finally cleaned on Wednesday morning, but because it was a cold morning and we could not use the pool.
• Nate (4/5): - There was no cable in every room...i put in a work order for the cable and they said the guy would be out the day before i leave...but couldnt give an exact time..the pool was cold...no one told me when i reserved the property that we need to put down a pool heating fee so didnt use pool at all.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I cannot put into words how disappointed I am with this experience. I warn any family trying to enjoy a family vacation to avoid this property at all costs. I will explain why in this review. First and foremost, they charged me $68 two weeks after my stay for a grill cleaning fee even though my family did not use the grill during our stay. Absolutely ridiculous. Second, we asked in advance if the pool and hot tub would be operational. We were told that it would be but they would not heat the pool even though I was willing to pay for the incremental charge for the pool. Third, the “game room” they claim to have does not have any of the equipment to play the games. My family was excited to play ping pong, pool, and table tennis. There are no paddles, table tennis ball, or working pool sticks. Finally, their customer service is terrible. Despite going back and forth for weeks via email with their customer service team - they refuse to reverse the unauthorized charges. Now, I need to file a report with my credit card company to get my funds returned. This has turned into a nightmare. I am surprised Expedia even allows them to be a vender. This company is a complete scam and I should have listened to the other reviews that had similar complaints. I don’t usually review, but when I get taken advantage of, I feel it’s nexessery to warn others to not go through the same mistake I did. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT.
• Jeff (4/5): Won't stay at another one of there properties. - Cable didn't work in house. Lots of little bugs. Dead frog in pool for some time before we got there. Called twice upon arrival with issue getting. Security guard at gate was rude when we arrived. Condition of property was fair.
• Sdesouza (8/5): - Property was nice. Cute unit. Could have been cleaner. scuff marks on the walls, mildew around the tub, not enough towels. Dryer did not dry clothes properly even after a couple of cycles. Mattress in downstairs bedroom was soft. Overall it was ok.

• Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - Disappointed with everything about this stay and service. Our place had roaches, the air did not work and 2 of the TVs did not work. Pool water was murky and there was a wet moldy rug outside. I called several times for service. Never came. I had to leave on the second day and rent at another hotel. Worst place I have ever stayed out. Do not rent here!!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I called twice once checking in because the front porch light and pool lights were not working. I was told 3-4 hours someone would come address these things and no one ever came. That disappointed me very much. Other than that I would likely book again.

• Sloan (8/5): Beware of hidden fees and shady company. - I never interacted with a human being other than on the phone. Everything is sent through email. A couple weeks after my stay I received a call stating the price I paid Orbitz was less then what the hotel received and they were looking to charge an additional fee. One month after my stay they charged me the additional fee without notice. The property was very nice but the dealings were shady. I do not recommend this company.
• HeatherpW (8/5): Spacious house with excellent amenities! - Loved the house but there were issues, first with two toilets that were not working and were not repaired until late on Friday as well as lots of light bulbs blown so no lighting in some areas. Additionally, the master bathroom upstairs could not be used because the suspension rod for the curtain needed to be replaced which meant five adults were forced to use the one bathroom left on the floor. The rod was never replaced. Bathrooms are crucial...This house should have been inspected before our arrival to ensure that everything was in readiness for the rental period.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Neutral Review - We went down for a bachelorette party and overall the stay was fine. A few notes on the location etc however: first of all the place is for sure a bit dated and there are mold spots we found in a few places. Also, for as in depth as the documents are for what they may charge you for, there isn’t much info on the layout of the facility, check in procedures, or how to work their locks and alarms. Overall we had a good stay and there were definitely enough beds for all of us, but not sure I’d recommend or stay again. I’m firmly in the middle with things.

• yolanda (10/5): Awesome villa ! - I was surprised at the location of this Villa. It was close to everything we wanted to go to. The Villa was super clean and modern looking. We felt like being in our own home. The only thing I would ask for next time is a TV for the kids room other than that the place was AWESOME ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH.

One of the bathroom was full of stuff that you couldn’t use the bathroon but it tells you when you pay for it it’s a certain amount of bathroom. Wrong answer. I should be entitled of my cleaning fee and or half of the room. That was not worth the price. Someone needs to call me
• Verified traveler (4/5): House near Orlando in resort area - House was a little dirty but not terrible. The biggest issue was that there was no cable TV. The company was responsive but ultimately did not get cable to the house during my stay and to date had not provided any refund or other offer to offset this big inconvenience.

I tried to cancel my hotel the day o reserved after reading the reviews and they said i could cancel but would not get my money back..The walls and carpet were stained.. the bed had a sticker on it which ment it was dirty. I had never had this experience through hotels reserved through expedia..
• Verified traveler (6/5): - No tissue paper in the master bedroom, the shower in the bedroom upstairs was broken, very hard to open the faucet. We could not make the tv in the master bedroom work. They should have at least two people at the gate, long line to get in the condominium. The place was clean and well located.
• Disappointment (2/5): Terrible Experience! - Absolutely terrible rental and management company. They charge $170 cleaning fee regardless of the length of your stay. Stay 1 night, and its $170, stay a week and its $170 or more. Once you book the room / villa through Expedia, it is a NO refund, No cancellation policy. Then you get charged with an additional excessive cleaning charge and an additional 5 page contract that basically dictates they will sue you if you sneeze in the wrong direction, and if you decline to agree to the contract. Guess what? You lose your hotel booking stay, the FULL amount! So you are stuck, it's a catch 22. The rooms looked nice. It was spacious, however they were disgusting. The bed sheets were never changed, or cleaned. They had dirt streaks on them. The pillows had hair on them. The mattresses were like laying on a cement floor. The toilets had a paper strap going around the toilet seat with an imprint "Sanitized". Well that was not true either. They had streaks of feces in the toilet. How's that for "Sanitized"? No cable TV, just a ROKU box connected with no channels to watch except "Free" news streams that were about 1 minute long each.
