- HAKAN (8/5): Fiyat / Performans oteli - Resepsiyonda sanırım 3-4 farklı kişiyle muhatap olduk; bir tanesi hariç kalanların hepsi kaba, sizinle konuşurken soğuk, bişey sorduğunuzda (örneğin ANITKABİR’e nasıl gidebiliriz gibi basit bir soruya bile) sinirli bir tavırla, kısa ve kaba sayılabilecek şekilde yanıt veriyorlar. Başka bir örnek; çıkacağımız gün odayı saat 13:00’e kadar tutabilir miyiz diye sorduğumda;”hayır. Çıkış en geç 12’de deyip yüzünü çevirdi. Başka bir zamanda başka birine otopark ile ilgili bişey sorduğumuzda yine aynı soğuk ve sert tavrı sergiledi. Kahvaltı salunudaki görevliler ise son derece kibar, ilgili ve sıcak davranan kişilerdi; teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca, otelin kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi. Otel 3 yıldızlı tesis olarak fena değil ama, oda ve özellikle banyo bakım ve tadilat ister; uzun yıllardır ilgilenilmemiş eski bir oda ve banyo gibi hissettiriyor. Banyoda duş alırken küvetin altından su akıyor ve yerler ıslanıyor. Fiyat / performans açısından tavsiye ederim; ama resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan güler yüz, veya sıcak bir “Hoşgeldiniz” karşılaması gibi şeyler beklemeyin.

Personel çok ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar, belliki işlerini severek yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı iyidi, otoparklı otel olması avantaj park yeri bulmak gerçekten zor. Oda ilk girdiğimizde biraz kokuyordu, Giriş saatine çok yakın bir zamanda geldik ve oda havalandırılıyordu kokuda çabucak geçti. Odada jakuzi vardı ancak çalışmıyordu ayrıca kokunun nedenide ilk duşta belli oldu banyoyu su bastı fakat enteresan bir şekilde sabaha kadar su kendi kendine kayboluyor ve büyük ihtimalle personelde bunun farkında değil kokuda bu nedenle oluşuyor. Minibarın fişi çekikti sanırım arızalıydı. Benim için fiyat perfonmas oteliydi çünki ailemle gittim ve benim için önemli olan Anıtkabir yakınlığı, otopark güzel bir kahvaltı ve personelin yaklaşımmıydı gersi keyfimi kaçıracak şeyler değildi. Buraya yazmanım nedenide çikarkan söylmeyi unuttum bilgileri olsun misafirlerle sorun yaşamasınlar diye.

- ILGIN SERMET (2/5): Rezalet bir gece - Türkiyenin hemen hemen tüm illerinde konakladım. Ankara gibi bir yerde aileye uygun olmayan bir otel. Yataklar leş gibiydi. Çarşaf değiştirmesi talep ettim. Bize çarşafı getirdiler sermelerini bekliyorum demez mi ben mi sereceğim diye bu ilk şok. 2.nci şok ise wc heryer kıl yumağı içinde klozet rezalet üzerine tuvaletini yapmışlar. Eşim ve çocuklarımla gitmiştim şok oldum. Otel olamaz orası sivri sinekten geçilmiyor.

The bathroom was a disaster of broken fitting with shoddy repairs. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

- Vaseem (8/5): My only two problems - I stayed for 1 night, there were only two problems that I want to talk about: 1st. There was no internet in my room when I asked the reception they said it's because crowded. 2nd. The walls have not soundproof, so I can hear all the neighbor's voices.
- Michael (10/5): - Very nice small hotel. It is walking distance to the train station where the Eastern Express departs. The Atatürk Memorial is about a 20 minute walk. Good breakfast and very polite and friendly staff. The price was reasonable so overall a great choice.

Для меня главное было это двуспальная кровать, вай фай, парковка, завтрак. Наткнулся на данный отель. Всё было хорошо, до того момента как мы вошли в номер. На полу ковёр весь в пятнах, дверь от шкафа скрипит очень сильно, окно не плотно закрывается, из-за чего в номере очень холодно, Wi-Fi почти не работал, а если и работал скорость была 2-4 mbit, иногда доходило до 7 Mbit, постоянно выключался. Из всего только завтра понравился, если ещё была бы сама чистая ванна, то её тоже отметил бы. График уборки не заполняется с 2020 г. Может это только в номере 406?

- hii-leen (2/5): Horrible - The hotel is awful , rooms are very dirty, the carpet is way too dirty and has holes in it , in the bathroom they have little bottle of shampoo that are used , the walls are very dirty and have holes . There is no minibar in the room . The chairs and the table are broken . We checked in and checked out in less than an hour because it's way too horrible. This hotel does not deserve the 4 star , it doesn't even deserve to be a one star hotel .
- Rawandvisor (2/5): Dirty rooms very bad service - This was my second visit to the hotel since 2014, but huge change is seen, rooms are all dirty carpets are full of dirt, bathroom is broken and dirty. Very bad service no refrigerator inside the room I asked for iron utu twice and they never brought me. And internet very bad only in lobby is working I do not recommend it and will never visit there again

This hotel is where that you can easily find dirty;carpet , windows & toilet... BTW rooms or I can say my room really sucks. you will find beetle in toilet almost every day which it's not part of function of 4 star hotel !! I decided to changed my room but there were beetles too! room servers are not clean rooms good and toilet is always dirty finally i bought a cleanser and i cleaned toilet by myself.one-day air conditioner didn’t work and for 2 days hot water was brown!!!!!!!!!! blankets and bedsheets was realy old and dirty and ragged. rooms are so noisy and there is no voice insulation and you can hear every single word from the next door totally this hotel not deserved to got 4 star in my opinion 2star is enough for them and positive point it is that to I got place and I didn't sleep in street btw I'm so angry and sad and regretful to get and stay this hotel wish that is really useful for being in that hotel.

- Bensohmb (2/5): Terrible choice in Ankara ! - I had to stay 2 nights in Ankara right after New Year' Eve. I choose this Hotel just because it was close to Maltep station. But hotel staff was not good and they look weird all time. Housekeeping smells very bad, i had to open windows all time after housekeeping. All rooms smell incredibly dirty smoke. They say non-smoke but I guess this hotel is for escorts at night and they smell smoke in rooms. Even it look likes 4 star, carpets are dirty and their brown colour had already turned to half/black. The towels they gave us was also dirty and change it to blue,black colour. I have photo. I guess someone used towels for other purpose and this cheap hotel didn't refresh towels. It was terrible experience in Ankara...
- IMW_SK (8/5): Nice - An above standard down-town hotel. Block rooms but clean and functional. The staff are very helpful especially if you have to check-in online for your early morning flight. The breakfast is a comprehensive hot and cold buffet. Unfortunately there is no alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar in the room. Also there are no bars in this Muslim area of Ankara. However all is not lost. If you want a cold beer on a hot Turkish day go out of the hotel and turn right. Within 100 meters there is a small shop that sells cold beer to take away. Non-smokers with sensitive noses should realise that a no-smoking room in Turkey is one where they have removed the ashtray just before you get to your room. A pleasant hotel for a few nights but I would not like to be stuck there for a week or more.
- olcumdi (4/5): Unexpected bill/beklenmeyen fatura - We stayed as two people in 2 twin room. The first day they told us there is no twin available at that moment due to the fact that we did our reservation a week before. They placed us in a single room with queen bad and brought a very small bad (almost half of a single bad) and my friend (1.98 tall) slept on it. We talked to reception and were informed that we would be charged for a single room for that particular night due to the inconvenience. However, they charged as double saying that the number of the people in the room matters. Don't say :) 2 arkadas 2 kisilik odada 6 gun kaldik. Ilk gece daha oncesen reZervasyin yapmis olmamiza ragmen 2 kisilik oda olmadigi soylendi ve single odaya yerlestirildik. Bir gecelik buyuj yatak yanina ufacik katlanmalik rahatsiz bir yatak koydular. Ertesi gun odamiz degisti ve twin'e gectik. Durumu konustugumuzda ilk gece single fiyatindan olacak size denildi. (130tl) fakat cikarken 170 aldilar. Hatirlatinca oyle birseyin mumkun olmadigini ve odadaki kisi sayisinin onemli oldugunu soylediler. Sanki bilmiyoruz. Her neyse, giderseniz hesabinizi iyi yapin verilen sozler icin senet isteyin :)
