- Rodolfo (9/5): conforme descriçao - de ser novo, da decoracao e do acabamento , do estacionamento, do equipamwento de cozinha do cano do chuveiro que é muito quente e queimou meu corpo ao encostar; tambem o anfitriao poderia ter avisado que a chave estava em cima da mesa; um dos blackouts da sala nao estava funcionando e entrava claridade de manha. Mas isto nao invalida a otima hospedagem

- Ulrich (8/5): - Einige Fotos sind aus anderen Angeboten ( scheint eine Kette zu sein) , was leicht an den anderen Möbeln zu erkennen ist. Damit war nicht klar, dass es eine ordinäre Kellerwohnung ist. Vornehm wurde es als Semi Basement bezeichnet - erst als wir es gebucht hatten.

- Mate (8/5): - Location was good, fairly fast to city centre. Recommend UBER course parking in ZD centre is a hassle. Clean. Nice setup in apartment. Main bed was great. Big room. Extra sofa bed was really uncomfortable and squeaky. For a day or two or with very small kids ok, longer then that I would not recommend.

- LOUISE (9/5): Parfait pour un couple, pour trois personnes le sofa lit inconfortable - Beau, propre, près des lieux touristiques que nous voulions visiter, sécuritaire, stationnement tout près, facile d’accès, market et restaurant près. Nous étions au demi sous-sol, mais c’était quand même parfait. Le sofa lit n’était vraiment pas confortable et craquait au moindre mouvement.

Agradecemos mucho la posibilidad de check in tardío por motivo de retraso en el vuelo de llegada. Nuestra estancia fue muy corta, sólo de una noche, por lo que no puedo evaluar más servicios. Nada que comentar.

- Destiny (10/5): Convenient, family friendly - Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The Beds were very comfortable, The showers had plenty of hot water and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It is an easy 1.5 kilometer walk into the old town and harbor, and a scenic hour drive from Pag or Sedanik or paklenica. There is a Tommy grocery store 400m away. the combo washer and dryer made it convenient to do our laundry. A broom would have been nice to have to pick up after ourselves.

Lovely facility, very clean, very modern, and extremely comfortable for two of us. Kitchen well stocked with anything we needed from coffee maker to electric kettle. Could've used a little help on where to park, as we didn't want to block anyone in/out.

- JOSE LUIZ (9/5): Excelente custo x benefício - Excelentes acomodações. Apartamento espaçoso, com todas as comodidades até uma estadia de vários dias. Tem uma pequena cozinha, máquina de lavar roupa, um excelente banheiro, camas confortáveis e é bem moderno. Toda a comunicação com o proprietário foi fácil. Vc recebe o código para entrar no apartamento e todas as instruções através de e-mail. A localização não é tão central, mas em 20 min de caminhada vc está nas principais atrações de Zadar.

Apartment is located in semi-basement, but it's not a problem at all. The neihborhood is calm and quite. The location was a bit far from the old town and the beach, but it was good to stroll. Sofa in the kitchen is comfortable for sleep Free parking is good!
