Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not 4-star. Bring ear plugs and eye shades. - This is no 4-star property. The services are non-existent. The property is a stand-alone building in a sketchy area of town on a busy street. Bring ear plugs and eye mask if you have any hope of sleeping. The apt is very bare. No frills. Poorly laid out with weird alcoves that have no usage and a bathroom with NO storage for your things. So you end up having to pile your sundries on the tank of the toilet where they can fall in or against the side of a very narrow sink where the items will fall off. Just crap. Then, there is no support. There was a phone number of someone who could help with leaving bags but when I texted him I got no answer. I saw this person on the property so I asked if I could leave my bags with him for a few hours (I was attending a conference) before I had to head to the airport, but he said he no longer worked for the owners and acted put out. He offered me such a narrow window to leave my bags with him that I opted to take them with me to the conference -- not fun lugging 50 pounds of luggage around a convention floor for 3 hours -- lest I miss my flight.
The area is gritty and that can be cool and hip if you're looking for that--think Haight Ashbury in San Francisco--but not very safe, clean, business oriented or romantic. It's also a good 20 minute walk from downtown.
Not worth what I paid for this place. Would not stay again.
- Mike L. (4/5): Picture in the ad is not the apartment- side lane exposure. - There was nowhere to hang clothes, no closet space. The promised washer & dryer were public, coin operated and on two different floors. No pods were provided. No information sheet left as suggested in the intro notes.
Location is good, Room was otherwise passable.
- Curtis (8/5): - I was given the option to pay at hotel but the money was taken off of my card weeks in advance. Not a problem for me but some notice would have been nice. The room was nice and location was good. No maid services though unless you pay extra.
- Raymond (6/5): - Good location, slummy neighbourhood however safe. No parking available with hotel - parking available nearby at $17 per day. You ave to be tech savy to get the tv to work! Clean and new overall with fridge, stove and microwave. Overall good!
- kelsey (4/5): It's okay - The pillows were disgusting, blood stains over them. No hand towels provided. Bed was hard as a board. We were given the wrong room information and had to call the toll free number several times.
