• Ophelia (9/5): Would highly recommend this to friends - Wonderful views from the patio. Offered large accommodations very comfortable. Loved the rosemary hedge The directions to property locations were incorrect needed to go further up the road than the hostel.

• Peter (7/5): - The bedroom is quite comfortable, and the bathroom/laundry was good. The location is up a hill and there is a nice view from the balcony of the local area and the sea in the distance There is very basic furniture on the balcony which is a shame as it is good to sit out there in the afternoon. The kitchen seems to have leftover pieces - a few glasses, one cup, etc. Plus odd things that seem to relate to wedding celebrations. It could be better set up.

• Mona (9/5): - Sehr ruhig. Schöne Lage und Aussicht. Gut ausgestattet Küche. Parkplatz. Verschmuste Katze die immer zur Terrasse kam. Leider funktioniert das WLAN nicht. Und Nachrichten/ Fragen wurden spät beantwortet
• Ulrike (10/5): - Wunderschönes exquisites Häuschen (wir waren in "Summer") von der Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Küste, den Ort, das Meer und die wundervolle Natur. Zu Fuß ist es ca 5-7 Min zum Rockpool. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit :-)
• Xavier (10/5): Etape très agréable sur Pico et cette Villa avec super aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs - Notre hôte a été très aidante car nous avions une personne en plus et a adapté la configuration du logement pour nous permettre notre séjour. La villa possède un extérieur, un BBQ et une terrasse très agréables pour les soirées, mais également les petits déjeuners en extérieur. Bien situé également pour aller soit vers l'est soit vers l'ouest de l'île. La villa est aussi très bien équipée. Il manque sans doute de restaurants sur Sao Roque.
• FrancescoArmando (9/5): La vista al mattino ( anche la sera...) oceano e montagna !!! spettacolo !!! - il risveglio con vista oceano e montagna, ripaga la spesa, posizione leggermente decentrata , ma tranquilla, parcheggio privato, cucina completa , salone comodo, patio per la vista e sfruttabile per mangiare, comodo letto, buon rapporto con la Signora Solange per l'accoglienza e piccoli problemi superati. L'ampio e capiente frigorifero..non si presenta bene, piccoli problemi con la tv per accedere a you tube.

• Sanita (7/5): Good - Located in a beautiful place with nice views It looked like a perfect place for summer holidays, with barbecud and terrace, but it wasn’t that easy to get it cosy during winter. It was rather humid and chilly, when we arrived (might be due to last minute booking) and floor tiles were cold on feet. Kitchen facilities had many things, but the setup wasn’t good for cooking.

• Jane (5/5): The place needs refreshing - It is close to a very good restaurant - Restaurant "C Bistro". We stayed at Summer house and it is a bit tired. The whole house needs refreshing - the plaster is crumbling off the walls. Living room and bedroom are connected, there is no door. In general the whole place was a bit cold and bleak. In addition there is no entryway you almost step on the couch when entering room. The Moka pots in the kitchen are very dirty, I tried to clean one of them, but with no effort. There is no children's playground on the properties, which they mention in the description!

The location was good and the view from the glass doors was fantastic! The property is spacious and even has out door space. Parking just outside the door is also a good feature. The bed requires new pillows and more than 2 pillows. Also the kitchen could be better stocked for cooking and eating in.

Needs a good sign on street, it’s off the main road big time! we passed by about a dozen times! Needs more towels! Needs some deck tables and chairs, not just lounge chairs! Need to know more about the area and what is open! Hard to find a place for dinner? I would recommend the place!
