- Angie (8/5): Please put elevators!!! - The hitel has a great location 2 minutes away from the metro station, service was great, the only BIG problem that they have is that they don't have elevators and we have to go up and down 5 floors!!! Imagine? It was killing us!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - В семейном номере продавлен матрас, спать неудобно. На потолке видны следы протечки. Холодильник с ржавчиной на дверце. У стола отвалилась ножка. Лифта нет, очень тяжело подниматься с вещами на 5 этаж ( Этажи высокие. Три лестничных пролета - один этаж). Звукоизоляция плохая, слышно было как соседи разговаривали за стенкой.
- Юлия (8/5): очень приятные воспоминания - приятные апартаменты на Фуршатской 17, очень стильные, только маленький номер, но в принципе, во Франции аналогичные одноместные номера данной категории. обслуживание отличное, огромное спасибо менеджеру Елене, которая помогла мне: заказ такси и сопровождение меня вплоть до апартаментов, такое особое внимание к гостям Санкт-Петербурга очень приятно! Отель расположен удобно, рядом с метро и с многими достопримечательностями города. Огромное спасибо, остались только приятные воспоминания!
- Irina (8/5): Наши впечатления. - Если вы легки на подъем, то сможете без проблем 'вспорхнуть'на 4 или 5 этаж отеля, т.к. лифт мы не обнаружили. Приготовьтесь также записать все необходимые коды от замков внизу и наверху иначе в отель вы не попадёте. Можно было бы указать эти коды, когда бронируешь отель или хотя бы написать, что их следует запомнить. ..В комнате была 2-х спальная кровать и 1-но спальное одеяло. .В остальном нам все понравилось. Есть холодильник, замечательно работает WiFi. Второе одеяло мы получили на следующую ночь. В отеле тихо и спокойно. Место расположения рядом с метро. Главное, что он с удобствами в номере и очень недорогой. Нам понравилось.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Stay away - While the room was decent and had good amenities, it's absolutely outrageous that the hotel management would accept guests for a full price when they don't have hot water in the whole place until the end of August!
