- Loo (7/5): Good and fair - The bed is comfortable, air conditioner is good and staff is friendly. There is no telephone in the room and the door of the bathrooms are quite old.
- Samantha (6/5): Pleasant - Location is strategic Basic hair dryer not provided. Need to pay deposit up front if we requested the hair dryer. Toilet flush is slow. Easily get stucked.

- Umi (5/5): Passable - I admit the hotel ‘Very Clean’ but other than that such as “their hospitality service” are very bad. The staff and the rule of the hotel so bad.. they want to hold your passport while check in time which is everyone in the world know how dangerous if we give our passport to other people to hold it. And lastly the staff so unprofessional and guest cannot ask the drinking water ‘extra’ while stayed bcoz they just only will give you drinking water followed how many days are your stay in their hotel. And that was the first time that happened in my life.. some more , not all the staff would greeted to you.. we will never ever stay at this hotel again. TQ

- Izat (3/5): Not satisfied with the hotel aircond and water heater. - location nearby city centre. Room aircond faulty..too hot. Water heather also not function faulty-too hot, cannot adjust. So many times complaint to customer service counter but still not fixed.

The room was spacious, and most importantly, the hotel also let me check in early, which was very convenient. Actually the lighting in the room was a bit dim, a bedside light/desk lamp would be useful.

- Cheng (7/5): Considered value for money but don't expect too much - The room was very clean and there was no unpleasant smell in the room. Staff were very friendly and patient. Location is very near Lee Garden. Very convenient for tourists especially when there are always tuk-tuks on standby outside the hotel. The toiletries provided were of very low quality. After using the shampoo provided, my hair was badly tangled and felt extremely dry. Bar soap left a waxy feeling on skin after it was washed off. There was no ironing board provided. No water dispenser available.

- Munirah (8/5): It was nice la. - Our transport were ets and arrived early in the morning, so we're expecting early check in to rest. I called before to reschedule ahead. They were so nice and very professional. Since we decided not to leave passport so better for us to pay the deposit. But what I don't like is there were no official receipt. We're given a piece of paper that could lost anytime.

- Poobalan (6/5): Nice location - The location is great. Not too far from the centre of Lee Garden. You can walk anywhere from there to the nearest spots. The bathroom is a bit old and needs proper upkeep. The walkway to the rooms needs to be brighter and livelier.

- Andy (8/5): Very good - Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, is very nearby Lee Garden with 5min walk. Opposite behind have 7-11 which is very convenient for food, drink and shopping. Nearby also have few restaurants and good foot and body massage shop. Their mineral water for me taste very heavy mineral and wired texture, I have to went to 7-11 buy drinking water for myself. Fridge seen a bit ages, very old fashion fridge.
