Mendez (6/5): - Xxx Indican que tiene parqueo y al final cobran por un parqueo que no hay facilidad de entrar y salir, yo necesitaba salir a una cierta hora y tenía dos vehículos tapando mi salida ...mejor debieran decir que no hay parqueo para evitar al huésped irritación y eran las 10 de la noche y unos niños va de andar corriendo y gritando 😡 Se supone que a un Hotel se va a descansar: para oír el ruido mejor quedarse en casa.

Let's (8/5): Location, location, location! Property in the middle of Historical Xela, and close to EVERYTHING! - It was hearty. Our group shared 2 plates between 4 people, including 2 kids. It was a traditional Guatemalan breakfast and we LOVED IT!!! The water pressure was poor, and the toilet had to be filled with a bucket, but this is a problem the whole country tends to have. Besides that, everything was very nice. The administrator was an angel, very helpful, and her son became everyone's nephew.

Dr. (7/5): A Nice Bedroom and a Dirty Kitchen - The location is very good and the rooms are very spacious. The shared kitchen was filthy; I actually became sick when I looked inside the fridge and was very reluctant to leave my food there. They did clean everything up after I told them that the filth in the kitchen (especially in the fridge) was making me sick. However, they didn't clean very well and I shouldn't have had to ask them in the first place.

Weirdly we turned up having booked this hotel and the owner took us to another one, that she said was the same, but it was a different hotel, with a different name. This hotel was fine for a couple of nights but I'm not sure it is worth the price.
Charlotte (10/5): Lovely central hotel with nice staff - They did my laundry super quick, they were so kind and even upgraded the room, they were available to help with anything we asked and always with a smile. It's also close to the central park and has parking, can't go wrong here!!!
