The pool is lovely and the surrounding gardens are stunning. The accommodation is a good size, tastefully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was really good and we were able to sit outside overlooking the gardens as we ate it. Nothing.

Definitely need own vehicle to enjoy this establishment (taxi fare is stated to be $30 [corrected by a guest to $50] to the nearest tavern). quiet location. Difficult to fault anything with this property. Excellent value overall.

Everything was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay, and it exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended! It might be helpful to add a small hook or towel rack for hanging wet towels, just for extra convenience

• Sarah-Menai (9/5): A tranquil break - A tastefully decorated, clean, airy, comtemporary cabin. Well-appointed with great communal facilities, this place is a tranquil and comfortable stay. Agnes Water Stays cabins are set in well-maintained gardens and offer a swimming pool, self catering/ BBQing/ breakfasting on site. The self-catering/dining facilities are communal and seperate to the cabin. They include a fridge offering some breakfast supplies, a kettle, toaster and crockery and beverage-making facilities, a large communal dining table/benches, recycling and waste disposal bins, a sink and cleaning trays. Be prepared with citronella or incense if sitting under the fairy lights in the communal space at night sharing conversation with international guests, the mozzies are fierce! The vista beyond the cabins and communal spaces offers a pretty ornamental pond dotted with water lillies and frequented by a pair of kingfishers in the afternoons. A bridge spans the the pond to a central bank covered in vegetation with a small seating area. Beyond the pond, there are more seating areas and a macrame hammock for anyone fancying some quiet time, a doze or a reading space. The site is pretty biodiverse and has a regular (rather large) roo who wanders around....much to my shock as I startled him having an explore of the gardens! On arrival there's even a swing nestled amongst the trees before the carparking facilities that are presided over by a large buddha statue, setting the tone for your peaceful stay. This was a lovely 'circuit-breaker' for us and quiet celebration of his 50th birthday! I imagine a longer break would increase the feelings balance leaving Stays. No

It is located within a short drive of Agnes Water and 1770. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. The rural outlook is absolutely stunning - peaceful, green and incredibly quiet, perfect for switching off and unwinding. We loved the exceptionally comfortable bed and the thoughtful complimentary continental breakfast was a great start to the day. We highly recommend for anyone looking for calm and comfort in a beautiful setting. Would love to have stayed longer

Our room was She-Oak so verandah was a bit pokey and not very private, but some of the other rooms had beautiful outlooks. We did book a bit late so can’t expect the best room location.

Nestled among towering trees and vibrant gardens, it offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Garten in einer kleinen Küche zu frühstücken. Es ist selfservice, alles befindet sich im Kühlschrank. Abends kann man sich dort eine Kleinigkeit zubereiten.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Dat de Kookaburra het brood jat... 🤣. Maar niet getreurd, zodra ze er eentje te pakken hebben laten ze je met rust 😂. Wel auto nodig.

• Schmahel (10/5): Gemütlich und ruhig - Sehr gemütlich, der Garten auf den alle Zimmer blicken ist wie eine Oase. Man frühstückt mit den Vögeln mit Blick auf Sehrosen und schlafende Kängurus. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat einen kleinen Terrassen-Bereich und viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Frühstück ist einfach aber alles da. Küche ebenso.

• Carolina (10/5): Our Favorite Stay in Australia - We only stayed for one night at Agnes Water Stays, and honestly, we almost regretted that it wasn’t longer. It was by far the most beautiful and memorable stay of our whole trip through Australia. The property is huge, filled with stunning trees and even a little pond. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas all around the grounds, perfect for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere. From the outdoor kitchen or the hammock, you can watch kookaburras and other kingfishers, and we even spotted pale-headed rosellas right from the dining table. Kangaroos roam freely, and the kookaburras join you at breakfast - it felt magical. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped, and breakfast was excellent. Above all, the owner was so kind and welcoming that we felt instantly at home. It’s a perfect place to slow down, feel safe, and simply enjoy nature. Truly a hidden gem - we only wish we could have stayed longer. (I would gladly give more stars if possible!)

• Tiahna (9/5): Nice retreat stay - Beautiful location, about 10 mins from town. Super peaceful and only a few cabins on the property. Hosts were really nice, and the continental breakfast was also good The only downside was that the bed was very uncomfortable on one side (we had to alternate sleeping on that side because whoever slept on that side would have a very disrupted sleep). If the mattress gets updated, it would be a 10/10 stay

The owners are friendly and helpful Recommend this property 100%
