- Gert Abramowski (7/5): War sehr schön, leider nur drei Tage - wir hatten ohne Verpflegung gebucht. Die Lage war sehr zentral. An das bergige Straßenprofil muss man sich gewöhnen, ein Elektromountenbike wäre empfehlenswert. die Abgeschlossenheit der Unterkunft hätte besser sein müssen.

- Irmeli (10/5): Beautiful place to stay! - We had a lovely garden apartment which had a living room, kitchenette and two bedrooms. I was traveling with a friend, so it was great that we both had our own bedroom. The living area was very spacious with a sofa and a dining table. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. It was nice to be a short walking distance from the old town restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- Giovanni (9/5): - Meraviglioso palazzo nel centro storico di Fermo. Perfetto per una breve o lunga vacanza, sia per singole persone che per coppie e famiglie. La stanza era arredata in modo originale, convertendo un fienile in una accogliente e spaziosa suite per quattro persone. Non ho nulla di spiacevole da riportare.

- Daniela (9/5): Soggiorno a Fermo - Soggiornare all interno di un palazzo antico,curato e lasciato al suo stato originale,spazioso ed accogliente e' stata una bella esperienza. Mi aspettavo che il personale sarebbe venuto ogni tanto a cambiare la biancheria (sciugamani) o togliere le tazze sporche della colazione di benvenuto dato che la camera non era munita di un angolo cucina.

- Markus (4/5): Leider keine Weiterempfehlung - Die Anlage macht einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Wir mussten nach Ankunft erst einmal putzen!! Die Gullys im Garten wurden schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt und somit zur Brutstätte unzähliger Stechmückem. Eine Nutzung des Gartens in der Dämmerung war leider absolut nicht möglich.

Alessandra gentilissima ci ha permesso di anticipare il nostro check in inserendoci in una stanza ancora più grande rispetto a quella prenotata. L' accoglienza, la gentilezze dello staff, la pulizia e la cura degli spazi, la vicinanza al centro storico sono impareggiabili.

- Michał (9/5): A place to remember - on of our best vacations - The city of Fermo was a huge positive surprise to us - everyday something interesting was happening on the main square (dance party, car cinema, theatre, sport contest, etc.). Palazzo (we had an apartment in refurbished stable) was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Aircon worked very well, bathroom was top class. Two small inconveniences were relatively small kitchen (especially small fridge) and not the best soundproofing of the other room (behind the wall)

- Axel (7/5): Alles sehr schön, aber für den Preis ist leicht erhöht.Für vier Nächte aber OK - Das Personal ist sehr Aufmerksam und die Räume sind Optisch Geschmackvoll. Die Zimmer sind zu hellhörig. Wir wurden nachts durch die Nachbarn neben uns geweckt. Es ist Das Licht der Neben Wohnung durch die Spalten an den Deckenbalken zu sehen. Deshalb Wohl auch so laut. Das Sofa in unserem Zimmer jedoch Komplet durchgesessen.

- clarissa (9/5): Mini vacanza ma un maxi relax, molto soddisfatti - Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto. L’ingresso era molto accogliente. La struttura del palazzo è tutta in pietra che garantisce il fresco anche quando è più caldo. La nostra suite era spaziosa e dotata di molti comfort. L’unica cosa che forse poteva preoccuparmi era la sistemazione delle varie spine degli elettrodomestici. Probabilmente per mancanza di prese di corrente c’erano troppi adattatori, doppie prese e ciabatte. Ho staccato metà delle cose durante il soggiorno perché mi sembrava un po’ pericoloso.

Ben organizzata l 'illuminazione con belle lampade ; più che sufficiente la colazione ; uno spazio esterno fresco ed ampio in cui godere anche del cielo sovrastante . Personale gentile e competente . - mauro (10/5): - Suite al primo piano molto spaziosa e accogliente Con vista su via Cavour,colline e mare dalla camera e affaccio su bel terrazzo su cortile interno dalla sala. Cucina e bagno funzionali e forniti di tutto il necessario. Siamo stati molto ben accolti dallo staff e consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno presso questo palazzo d’epoca molto centrale. I prezzi dei due tipi di colazione indicati da Booking non erano aggiornati a quelli effettivi. Questione risolta parlando al telefono con la proprietaria.

(Voglio tornarci) - La struttura è semplicemente perfetta: inquadrata nel centro storico di Fermo, una volta entrati nel cortile si dimostra suggestiva ed accogliente, quasi inaspettata. Lo staff è disponibile, gentile ed in grado di mettere a proprio agio. Ottima la camera/suite in cui ho alloggiato: spaziosa, confortevole, fresca, ordinata e pulita. Semplice e minimale il bagno (forse per la vasca/doccia non sarebbe stato male avere una tenda), rifornito il mini frigo e ottima la macchinetta del caffè. Letto comodissimo e ampio. Insomma, direi che ne sono rimasto soddisfatto e che tornerò senza dubbio! Non riesco a trovare dei contro! Anzi, forse unica piccola pecca è la connessione internet un po' altalenante, almeno nella stanza in cui ho soggiornato!

- Laura Maria (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione e pulizia (anche se i pavimenti secondo me non venivano puliti spesso ma la luce fioca non permetteva valutazione). Lenzuola sicuramente fresche e bagno pulito (ma il colore viola scuro anche qui non è sicuramente facilitante). Disponibilità di l’acqua in frigo. Camera molto ampia e spaziosa e sicuramente scenografica. La colazione era praticamente inesistente per un B&B: 1 pacchetto di fette biscottate a testa con un monodose di miele e uno di marmellata (senza possibilità di scelta) a testa. Disponibile macchinetta del caffè con cialde e bustine infusi, ma non si poteva avere altro. 4 succhi nel frigo, tutti stesso gusto. Mancava la luce in una stanza e nelle altre erano solo lampade piuttosto fioche, così come nel bagno. Sicuramente dovuto al fatto che è dimora storica in centro storico, ma forse si può migliorare. Le griglie non si chiudevano tutte bene così come i vetri.

- Tania (9/5): Un'oasi verde in centro storico - Una splendida location, ristrutturata in palazzo d'epoca, con giardino in centro a Fermo. Gentilissimi e disponibili ci hanno accolto con una gradita sorpresa di una suite più confortevole, visto che era libera, allo stesso prezzo per la nostra famiglia con 2 ragazzi e il nostro cane. Ci sono stati lavori di manutenzione sia nel Palazzo Adani che nella strada di percorrenza accanto che hanno dato un pò di disagio ma niente di grave. Ricordo di non lasciare asciugamani sugli sdrai di notte perché al mattino i numerosi uccelli presenti alle prime ore dell'alba testimoniano la loro presenza con tracce non gradite!!!
