- Daniel (3/5): Modern, obnoxiously loud for most of the night. - Clean, central location The place in front of the hotel as well as the clubs behind it are popular hangout spots for the local youth, which means extreme noise levels and loud music until the early morning hours. That pretty much makes the stay very unpleasant. Would not recommend.

- Max (5/5): - Perfecte locatie en zeer goed verzorgd hotel. Ontbijt is echt super. De bedden zijn compleet doorgezakt. Je ligt in een kuil. Het personeel is ervan op de hoogte en gaf aan dat er nieuwe matrassen besteld zijn. Voor de prijs van het verblijf vindt ik dit niet kunnen.

- Piotr (10/5): - Byliśmy w pokoju typu superior. Pokój był bardzo przestronny z widokiem na palmę. Mimo ruchliwej ulicy oraz wieczornego zgiełku imprezowiczów w pokoju było cicho dzięki dźwiękoszczelnym oknom. Śniadanie a la carte na ciepło z zimnym bufetem to klasa sama w sobie. Gorąco polecamy!

Frühstücksangebot – hervorragend, inklusive glutenfreier Alternative, eine besondere Überraschung – das Ketomenü auf der Karte: trotz des Buffets, das keine Wünsche offenlässt, sind Frühstückspeisen à la carte und sogar Champagner im Angebot. Hoteldesign, -ausstattung, Service: einwandfrei. Eine kleine Sauna, das Gym mit einem Billardtisch und die hoteleigene Parkfläche im Hinterhof krönen das Hotelangebot vollkommen. Unser Hündchen bekam auch vom Hotelservice eine nette Aufmerksamkeit: ein Bettchen, ein Näpfchen und sogar ein Spielzeug. Sehr lieb! Am 25. April haben wir in Ihrem Restaurant gegessen. Wir wurden von Ihrer netten Mitarbeiterin bedient, die auch beim Frühstück sehr hilfreich und kompetent, besonders in Gluten- und Allergiefragen, war. Wir würden uns gerne bei ihr bedanken, leider kennen wir ihren Namen nicht. Im Großen und Ganzen war es für uns ein ruhiger und sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Lieben Dank!

Wspaniałe śniadania, świetne usytuowanie hotelu, zwracający uwagę, niebanalny hol. Spodziewałam się bardziej rozbudowanej karty w restauracji, kiedy udaliśmy się do niej z mężem na kolację. - Slawomir (9/5): Udany długi weekend. - Idealna lokalizacja. Komfort i wyposażenie pokoju a także optymalna temperatura przy pierwszym wejsciu do pokoju. Duzy metraż. Pies miał na wyposażeniu legowisko, miski, zabawke. Hotel posiada parking na którym jest dużo miejsca. Chetnie tam wrócimy. Pomimo rezerwacji na 3 osoby były 2 szczoteczki, 2 filizanki. Drobna rzecz ale dołożenie trzeciej dopełniłoby wszystkiego.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they let us check in early and also stored our luggage for us after checkout. The cocktails at the bar were nice, and we enjoyed spending time in the common area playing chess. The location is good too, everything we needed was close by. The hotel was pretty quiet overall. It was a great experience, and I'd happily stay here again if we're back in Warsaw. Would recommend.

- JIANG (5/5): Nice hotel in good location, BUT major noise issue from nearby bars up to 4am. - Good location overall, BUT...... On one side of the hotel there a number of bars which play very loud music up to 4am. People coming and going from the bars also make a lot of noise. This is not the fault of the hotel but spoils what is a very nice hotel in a good location. The noise from the bars in our room for our 1st night of a 4 night stay was unbearable. The hotel staff were very apologetic and moved us to another room, which was further away from the bars, but the noise could still be heard. When checking in I would strongly recommend asking for a room away from the noise.

- Natalia Parol-Ostręga (10/5): Bardzo gorąco polecam - Fantastyczny hotel, rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Wspaniała, miła, sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa, przepyszne śniadania. Bardzo fajne pokoje, przestronne, dobrze wyposażone. Do wyboru mamy nie tylko herbatę ale też kawę czy nawet czekoladę do picia :) Z hotelu wystarczy przejść na drugą stronę ulicy zeby znaleźć się na przystanku tramwajowym. W okolicy wiele restauracji, ale nie trzeba ruszać się z hotelu, bo znajduje sie tu restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem :)

Super friendly staff It is the 2nd stay and unfortunately, I can confirm the airco is not existing. First time we were there- May 2024 we literally cooked at night (30 deg plus outside).The AC wasn’t working and when complained, reception told me it has to be switched on at the reception.. when we were checking out.”-despite my several complaints during our 2 days stay.Wanted to give another chance and booked again (April 2025); asked to switch on at the reception the moment we checked in.. was back at 2 am the same night… we got another room at the other side (shade, but noisy from partygoers till 3am) and with windows open and temp outside we were ok the 2nd night. Paying 400 eur for 2 nights for this is not the value for money.

A proximité de la vie nocture, l'isolation est très bonne. Le lit confortable et chaleureux. Il y a toutes les commodités dans la chambre. La climatisation peut être dérangeante et il n'est pas possible de baisser la vitesse de ventilation, juste la température.

Pomimo dwukrotnie zgłaszanego problemu z klimatyzacją , nie działała ona przez 3 dni. Za pierwszym razem wykonałam telefon do recepcji i miły pracownik faktycznie uruchomił klimatyzację, której szum zaczęłam słyszeć. Niestety okazało się, że nie wdmuchiwała ona powietrza, co również zgłosiłam jakiś czas później, ale nie było poprawy. Czyli spędziłam 2 noce w pokoju bez dopływu powietrza, ponieważ okno było zamknięte na klucz. Dobrze, że nie przyjechałam w upały. Szkoda, bo hotel jest wspaniały.

- Elzbieta (10/5): Restful and very nice stay - This was the second time I stayed at Indigo. It’s a beautiful hotel. Since it was the Easter weekend there were not much people, but the staff, including the Indonesian cleaning crew, took great care of the guest. I also loved the scrumptious breakfast buffet. All in all, it was a nice getaway. I read mysteries, took long walks, and ate delicious meals. Now back to reality..

Deficient/non-existent A/C (inconsistently explained by staff), so accommodation stuffy. Front desk not very welcoming. Some road noise.

- SD Pamela (7/5): Gutes Hotel für Warschau-Kurztrip - - Das Frühstück war sensationell! Das Buffet sehr vielfältig (versch. Brotsorten, versch. Säfte (frisch gepresst), Käse, Aufschnitt, Gemüse, Früchte, Nüsse, Süsses,...). Zudem steht pro Person zwei "Hot Dishes" zu (Rührei, Omelette, English Breakfast, etc.). Es gibt also für jede:n etwas. Wirklich top! - Gute Lage. Zu Fuss sind einige Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach erreichbar. Metro-/Tram-/Busstationen sind in der Nähe. - Grosses und sauberes Zimmer. - Wenn die Chefin beim Frühstück anwesend ist, ist der Service vorbildlich und man erhält ein Supererlebnis. An zwei Tagen (FR 03.04, SA 04.04) waren jedoch nur zwei junge Personen im Einsatz ohne Chefin und sie ignorierten die Gäste und/oder nahmen die Bestellungen nicht richtig auf. Man sah sie immer wieder mal am Smartphone. Schade! - In der Nähe sind einige Bars. Daher kann es am Abend/in der Nacht mal vorkommen, dass man laute Musik und betrunkene Menschen hört.

- Vanessa (8/5): Très bon hôtel - Juste à éviter les chambres en arrières-cours le week-ends. - -Hotel moderne et décoré avec goût, avec un excellent petit déjeuner proposé sur une large plage horaire. -Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. -Literie de bonne qualité, même si le matelas montre déjà des signes d’usure (une légère déformation avec un creux perceptible d’un côté, probablement dû à l’usage). -Bonne douche. La salle de remise en forme et le sauna sont un vrai plus, et très propres. -Nous y étions pour une occasion spéciale, et l'attention ainsi que la délicatesse de l'hotel à cette occasion nous ont beaucoup touchés :) -Malgré le double vitrage, j’ai mal dormi les deux nuits : notre chambre donnait sur l’arrière-cour de l’hôtel, où se trouve une boîte de nuit. Le bruit des basses (“boom, boom”) restait très perceptible, jusqu’à être ressenti dans le lit, sans compter les discussions dans la rue jusque tard dans la nuit. Dommage. :(

Nouveau buffet au petit-déjeuner tres complet en plus du plat chaud déjà en place auparavant Trop chaud dans la chambre au mois de mars (22 à 23 degrés réglé par défaut avec une grosse couette...) et bruit continu de ventilation. Impossible de couper le système...

- JakubSmolinski (5/5): - Hotel przepiekny, pokoje wygodne chociaż trzeba prosić o włączenie klimatyzacji co jest dośc dziwne. Czysto. Hotel jest w centrum więc o hałas za oknami nie trudno. Najgroszej że zostalisĶy ulokowani w pokoju z okanmi na imprezownię. W mojej ocenie to skrzydło hotelu powinno być "wyłączane" na weekendy lub nalezałoby uprzedzać gości. Hałas do 3 w nocy nie pozwala odpocząć.
