Instead of using wall-mounted tissue boxes, the staff placed rolls of toilet paper, which wasn't enough for the number of guests. Tissues quality is very poor. They have three toilet stalls, but two had broken locks. It felt like using a toilet in China where you don't even need to lock it.

In the end, we got a room with no windows that was nothing like what we booked in the first place.

- Al-Bazeli (1/5): - I do not recommend this property. Their staff didn' show any flexibility and shew some deception just to get the money and throw out the customer. I contacted the hotel several times before my arrival to reschedule my booking due to visa delays, and they initially asked for my new dates. But once I provided them, they refused to help and marked my reservation as a no-show, even though I couldn’t change it myself. Poor communication and lack of flexibility made the experience very disappointing.

It lacked privacy curtains, bedside lights, or windows—completely different from the photos provided by the hostel. When I pointed this out to staff, they changed me to a room matching the photos. That room seemed occupied by many long-term residents, with few available beds. For reference, I'm attaching photos of both room types. - While the beds have curtains, they don't cover all sides. The uncovered side leaves you completely exposed to the person in the next bed. - There are lockers outside the bedroom, but they only fit small bags. - Overflowing trash bins were left untouched and unattended. - The restroom seemed poorly maintained. The toilet paper had been completely used up.

Staff were also nice. The bathrooms and showers. The women only had 1 shower on the Thai style bed floor while men had around 6... There were more showers on second floor though. The showers are not cleaned properly or regularly. On the weekends it seems the cleaning staff are on holiday...Was such a let down since this is my 3rd time at this hostel. I think the owners have changed but they really have to pay attention to cleanliness of showers/bathrooms and floors.

- Murat (6/5): Konum ve temizlik açısından iyi olsa da sağlıkla ilgili yaşadığım sorun nedeniyle tam anlamıyla memnun kalamadım. - Kadın çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve anlayışlıydı. Ortak alanlar temizdi ve tesis genel olarak merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor, ulaşım açısından rahattı. Diyabet hastası olduğum için insülinlerimi ve soğutma paketlerimi dolapta muhafaza ediyordum. Dolap temizliği sırasında bir soğutma paketimin atıldığını fark ettim. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimde ilgisiz bir tavırla karşılaştım ve sadece bir eczaneye yönlendirildim. Dolabı kendilerinin temizlediğini belirtmeme rağmen sorumluluk almadılar. Bu kadar önemli bir sağlık konusunda daha duyarlı olunmalıydı.
