• Yana (10/5): Perfect apartment! - The apartment was absolutely wonderful. Its location is unbeatable—very close to everything, including the Vatican, and within walking distance of all the main sights. The space itself is stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made our stay especially comfortable. It had everything we needed, and more. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

• Yun (8/5): 整幢楼很干净，电梯在1楼半的位置，还是要扛着行李走一部分楼层才能进电梯。离开梵蒂冈博物馆和圣彼得大教堂很近，非常方便。门口是一条小马路，但是是条餐馆街，晚上10点前还是有点吵的。房间的暖气太足，挺热，半夜会被热醒。卫生间很小，其他的都好。 - 大楼很干净，公寓的房间也很干净。
• Emilius (8/5): Perfecte locatie voor bezoek aan het Vaticaan en de binnenstad van Rome! - De locatie. Dat de lift niet in gebruik is en er is geen dagelijkse schoonmaak. Dit is wel netjes opgelost omdat er schone handdoeken zijn gebracht!

Clear instructions on how to contact the host and bags storage. - Borgo Pio Charme is in a good location with restaurants and lots of food to eat and stores for shopping. Being near Vatican City helped and we were able to walk all around the area and enjoy the sites. The apartment is spacious and clean and we enjoyed our stay at Borgo Pio Charme and will stay at Borgo again on future trips to Rome. I will recommend the apartment to family and friends. Our hosts was very friendly and we were pleased with her and would like to thank her! Our stay in Rome was great and we enjoyed Rome very much. Our flight to Rome arrived at 8:00 a.m. and I had made a request to Borgo Pio Charme that we need to store our luggage before 11:00 am. I was told that we cannot store our luggage until 11 a.m., so when we arrived at the apartment's location around 10:15 a.m., we had to push our luggage to an eatery to sit and wait. There was no clear instruction that once we arrive on how to contact the host, or that we need to press the call button to Borgo Pio Charme and someone will let us in. Through our own initiative, we were able to contact the host and she was able to let us in the apartment to store our luggage. Instruction could be clearer about luggage storage and how to contact our host once we arrived.

• JLCG (5/5): Septiembre en Roma... - El apartamento esta decorado con gusto, es bonito, los dormitorios amplios. Dos aseos con ducha, el del dormitorio, extremadamente pequeño, pero funcional. Buena insonorización del exterior. Las camas nos resultaron cómodas. Situado en buena zona. La comunicación con la empresa, vía wasap, es fluida y responden rápidamente. Roces y manchas en paredes de los dormitorios, muchos, en zonas de sillas y reposamaletas; una mesilla de metacrilato del dormitorio principal rajada, daban prueba del escaso mantenimiento. Unos calcetines con “sedimentación de otras épocas” en la repisa de la ventana del salón, el congelador con restos de alguna bebida derramada en su interior, congelada hace tiempo a juzgar por el volumen de hielo, y lo más molesto para mí, lineas de moho bien consolidadas en platos ducha y rodapies cercanos a ellas. Todo ello indica una limpieza escasa o superficial. Todas las estancias disponen de equipo independiente de aire acondicionado, pero el ruido de los compresores dificulta enormemente conciliar el sueño. Ninguno de los aspectos negativos anteriores supone una gran reforma o gasto, es simplemente dejadez, escaso mantenimiento y limpieza de la vivienda. En Roma hay clientes de sobra...

• Noel (9/5): Short stay in Rome - The interior of the apartment is beautiful and well-designed. The location is next to Vatican City, so it is not central, but it is almost so. There are two bathrooms, which are perfect for a big group. All works flawlessly within the apartment. I would surely return another time. You cannot drive to the apartment because the road is closed by restaurants and their tables and chairs. The lift does not go down completely, so you need to walk the last floor. The same applies when you arrive. It is better to leave the baggage downstairs, retrieve the keys, and then use the elevator. It would have been good if we had known about this before checking in.

• Carolyn (9/5): Location and facility is clean and convenient to the Vatican and restaurants - This apartment is on a pedestrian street full of good restaurants. It is literally 5 mins walk to the Vatican. Our friends were Catholic and was able to run out and attend various activities easily at St Peters Basilica. The apartment is beautiful and had all the needed amenities. Our host waited for us to arrive because our train was late. One morning while preparing and eating breakfast, someone in the apartment above us started to bang on the floor and slide chairs around to the point that we thought that a message was trying to get across to us to be quiet (we were just talking while eating at the table), or, that someone was possibly moving out. We then received a "notice" that was slid under the door about noise levels which mentioned all the things we heard, but it implied that we were making the noise. Our group was four older adults and we never played music or were overly loud eating breakfast so I was a bit upset about that. There are permanent residents in the building so can assume they don't like having rentals in the building and may be trying to drive people out. Other than that, it was great.

Only minor detail: with bathrooms being on the smaller side there was no place to hang the towels. A few hangers on the door would have been nice.

During our stay, visiting St. Peter’s Basilica in the morning before exploring other attractions in Rome became our daily routine! :) Additionally, the street where the apartment is located is lined with restaurants, and there is a Carrefour nearby for convenience. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome amenities, such as tea, coffee capsules, water, and more. The space was very comfortable and spacious for our group of four. We also truly appreciated Jessica’s hospitality - she helped us check in smoothly, responded promptly to all our questions, and even assisted us with storing our luggage after check-out. We highly recommend this place!

• Parker-perry (10/5): Really lovely apartment - There was plenty of space for four people in the apartment. It was decorated well and was clean, light and airy. Although being on a road with lots of restaurants, it was not too noisy at night. It is in a fantastic location, five minutes from Vatican City and surrounded by eateries. The staff were incredibly helpful and really friendly, and really made the whole thing a smooth process, from getting to the apartment, to check in and check out. N/A
• Henrik (9/5): Excellent apartment for 4 close to the Vatican city - Excellent location in a very nice house. Great rooms and beds. Perfect for 4 persons (1 family or 2 couples) The apartment is in the centre but if you close the windows no noise at all. The owner was extremely helpful and provided perfect tips about Rome. I would definitely return. One of the bathroom is very small, but it is a blessing that there are two bathrooms in overall. Nothing bed, well equipped even for a longer stay.

• Narula (9/5): I really enjoyed the stay overall with my family. - The accommodation is really nice, cozy and beautiful and the location is perfect just 5 minutes walking distance from Vatican city. You can easily reach to the other monuments as well via public transport such as trevi fountain & collosium since the bus stop is also at 5 minutes walking distance. Only thing i dislike is that the shower was not working in one of the toilets, the water pressure was really low.

The guest bathroom malfunction of the shower head. You need to pull constantly the knob for shower head. The safe is not working properly and it was a little challenge

• William (9/5): Borgo Pio Charme was a comfortable 2BR apartment perfect for small family or couple(s) visiting Rome. - This apartment could not be in a better location, between St. Peter’s and Castel Sant’Angelo. Borgo Pio is a pedestrians-only street with many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment has two good-sized bedrooms with king beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully functional, although why would you want to cook in your apartment when all the restaurants of Rome await you. The street/neighborhood is very quiet after dark which makes for comfortable sleeping after a long day of sightseeing on your feet. Our only criticisms are not unique to this property but common in Rome. The bathrooms and showers are very small. There is a clothes washer but no dryer. And the Wi-Fi went out on us more than once. Again, however, we understand that this is basically what you are going to get at nearly any Rome apartment.

Great, relatively quite, location with great restaurants in the vicinity. Apartment is roomy, perfect for travelling with a teenager (separate rooms). Nothing. Had we been there by car, parking would have been a problem.

We had an issue with wifi which was quickly resolved. The second bathroom was very small. There was no clothes airer, which would have been useful as the outdoor clothes line was small and in a communal area.

• Monica (10/5): Lovely apartment in the perfect location. - Very spacious, clean and well kept. The only thing we found difficult was parking, as expected. There was a private garage for parking we but had to leave our rental keys which we didn’t want to do.

• Anthony (10/5): Modern spacious apartment in a great location. - The apartment is very spacious and in a fantastic location. The internet connection wasn't as fast and reliable as it could be.
• Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the stay was wonderful! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the pull out sofa sleeper (according to our 28 yr - 6ft son) was excellent! It had all the amenities needed, including a safe for valuables.
