- Ariel (4/5): Not great. Wouldn’t stay again. Beds were horrible. - The parking is way to small. Nearly impossible to park a truck or larger SUV in the parking lot. The bed was probably one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. It says queen, but me and my 5 year old were so squished. There is so way it was even close to a queen size. We sleep on a double at home and have way more space than that. Hard as a rock as well. No body wash was in the container so had to go ask at the front for some. They refused any early check in, and don’t offer late check outs Apparently Left a day early to go home….

- Paula (2/5): Beautiful place but ungrateful experience. - The condo was big enough for 8 people to be comfortable. Every single bed had hair on the sheets from different people. The foaming wash was almost empty. When they send me the self Check in, they asked me if I needed linen for the sofa, I said yes, and was approved. However we needed to ask again at front desk for the linen. The person at front desk, wasn’t very friendly nor helpful.

- Sandra (6/5): An okay stay but will look elsewhere for next visit to Canmore. - Easy check-in/check-out. The place was tidy but not that clean. Walls and areas around light switches were all really dirty - one in bathroom had red streak on it, as did a wall in the kitchen. We had to do some spot cleaning in order to feel comfortable. The laundry area was dusty with used fabric softener sheets all around the area. There should have also been more supplies in the room, i.e. coffee, dishtowels, etc. (yes, we can always call the front desk and ask for more but we shouldn't have to if we're booked for more than 1 night). The parking lot spaces are really tight - even for a small vehicle. And realizing it is out of the resort's control, (hence the ear plugs they provide), still need to mention the train and traffic are quite loud and are a consideration when booking for next time.

- Grace (7/5): Great value, for a nice suite, location was excellent. - It was perfect for our last minute booking, the value, comfort, accessibility and location we great. We had booked for 6 people and there was 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, which we required to accommodate all of us, however we were very disappointed that pillows, sheets and blankets were not provided for the pull out and there was not enough towels for all six of us. - Diana (2/5): Not a great stay, would not stay here again - Room was not clean, smelled bad, bugs/worms in the bed, hair left on the counter and floors, counter had not been wiped and were full of dust, additional bedding given was stained yellow and brown, dishwasher also was moldy and all the dishes had been washed in it prior to our use…. Everything about the room, very poor cleaning practices. Building is also wood frame, very loud with upstairs unit and nearby train (runs till 2am)
- Taras (2/5): - We were staying at Basecamp Resort from December 31 to January 1, and we are writing regarding the hot tub closure during our stay. We understand that hot tubs may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, Alberta Health Services regulations, or weather conditions. However, we would like to clarify the specific circumstances of our stay, as our situation went beyond a standard or routine closure. The hot tub was the main reason we chose this unit and paid a higher price compared to other available options. We booked well in advance, on December 11. Unfortunately, we were only informed of the closure two hours before check-in, while already driving from Edmonton on New Year’s Eve — a four-hour drive — which left us with no realistic opportunity to change or cancel our plans. Additionally, upon arrival, we were initially told by staff that the hot tub was operational and ready to use. Later, we were contacted again and informed that it would not be available. We had hoped it might at least be functional the following morning, but were told it would not be. This conflicting information further affected our experience and expectations. Late December weather in Canmore is predictably below freezing, and ice formation is a known and foreseeable risk during this season. Had we been informed in advance that the hot tub might be unavailable due to these conditions, we would not have booked this unit.
- Yana (6/5): - View from the window. One parking space was included in the payment for the order. All vehicle details were also provided. However, when we checked in on the day of arrival, we were given a room without parking. The room was poorly cleaned (209). It was also very noisy, with trains constantly passing by and something humming all the time. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

- Ron (9/5): We loved the spacious apartment in Canmore, which easily slept six of us - Two story apartment with two bedrooms upstairs and full kitchen with a great dining area. We liked the outdoor hot tub and there was extra linen for the fold out couch. The beds were ok. There were no dressers for clothes.
- Charmaine (5/5): - Convenient location, on a nice day it is walking distance into town centre. The bagel shop located on site is awesome, great value for the money. The walls are thin, can hear everything in other units. It is also situated next to the train tracks so very noisy. There is only the one hot tub which is always full. Ventilation needs work, whenever we did laundry and the dryer is on, the whole unit got very humid to the point where there's condensation on the laundry room door. Stains on the sheets and couch, when brought up with front desk, they didn't address it, more so brushed it off.

Located on the railway track Could be definitely cleaner at our arrival

- Binder (8/5): Spacious. Clean and right in the center of Canmore - The Basecamp resort was very nice, clean and had a lot of space. It had free parking and was right in the center of Canmore. We had a nice stay there. It had a fully eqipped kitchen, which was handy for our stay. I realize that somethings are just timing but it was unfortunate that the hot tub was not working. I specifically booked because they had a hot tub. I was however given a discount for this. The location is prime in Canmore but it is right beside train tracks so it can be very loud if you have the windows open. The do supply ear plugs for this.

- stefania (1/5): Pessimo - Abbastanza pulita e spaziosa Nonostante i ripetuti solleciti da parte sia mia che degli amici che viaggiavano con noi non ci e’ stata restituita la caparra di 200 $ richiesta il giorno del nostro arrivo. La struttura ha sempre risposto che non ci fosse alcun problema e che la caparra sarebbe stata sbloccata entro 30 giorni. Tuttavia i 30 giorni sono trascorsi e dellq caparra nessuna notizia In tutte le altre strutture dove abbiamo soggiornato nel nostro lungo viaggio le caparre sono state sbloccate dopo 24/48 ore.
